Great quality door, and fair price on the door installation. I would recommend their technical work for installation. Make sure you tell them ahead of time if you plan to keep your old door as it’s standard practice to remove your old door from the property. We had expected it to stay on the property but it was taken after installation. We are overall very happy with the quality of the door.This was an edited comment. My house was hit with Lightning and that took out many things including my garage door opener. Two knowledgeable and friendly employees came to my rescue on a Saturday and within an hour and a half I had a new garage door opener installed. They also programmed my cars Home Link remote and the outdoor keyless entry. I am very pleased with Lakelands and highly recommend them for all your garage door needs.

My husband and I had our home built in 1997. Lakeland just replaced our garage door opener and installed new controls, two photo eyes, installed 4 garage light bulbs, plus replaced and painted some garage door trim. They arrived on the job site a few minutes early and did excellent work while here. We would recommend them to anyone.

Lakelands overhead door had a glass garage door designed and built for me to my specs. The door is very well built and looks fantastic in my kitchen. They came when they said they would and I couldnt be happier with the install. The cost was very reasonable and they offer a great warranty on their products! Great company to deal with! Great service!I passed John in the hallway at work. I just mention to him that my garage door was opening and closing on it’s own. John replied, I’ll have someone check on it. Fifteen minutes later, I got a call from his technician. He was at my house to repair my garage door. About 30 minutes later the problem that I was having with my garage door was resolved!

Came out 1st thing in the morning on a day they were installing 2 garage doors in the area. Charged me $450 for a pair of springs and less than an hours time of labor. Charged a $75 trip charge for a 30 minute drive and seemed to feel like they could charge my wife whatever they wanted as I had to leave just before completion. The door works fine. I just cant wrap my hands around what seems to be a pretty exorbidant price for an hours time. Called the company and the receptionist was very nice and said they used torsion springs which I could not get in a retail store but still doesnt seem reasonable to me and then the whole issue of a $75 trip charge when completing two installs that very day in my community. I would hate to have seen what an emergency trip would have been had I requested that.

I purchased an insulated roll up door for my shop, then purchased two doors for my garage. The customer service is through the roof, and the pricing is excellent. One call in the morning because my car was being held hostage by my garage door and by that afternoon it was freed!!! They were prompt and efficient! can not say enough good about the repair guys that were sent out! Our garage door literally fell apart over the weekend. It was off the track, and we were unable to close our garage. My husband called Lakelands and left a voicemail over the weekend. They fixed an issue where another company was trying to make me get another garage door, so they also saved me money. I am very pleased with them. Great service! Patrick even wiped down the doors after the install. He took the old doors away for disposal, and there wasnt a crumb of mess left behind. The doors are perfect. I was very pleased with Lakelands Overhead Doors service. Within 2 hours of the initial phone call, they were at my house and replaced my torsion springs. Our torsion spring/coil snapped early one morning and we couldnt get our garage door open to go to work (a Monday morning, of course!). The owner came out as soon as he got the message and opened the door for us so we could leave, and he had the coil replaced and the door working by the end of the day. The crew also took the time to lubricate and inspect the rest of the parts and gave us a thorough evaluation of the rest of the system. We really appreciate their effort and how quickly they responded.

When I called I was NOT told of the DIAGNOSTIC FEE of $99.00!!! I was informed when they showed up to see the garage door. This is not a good business practice. The fee is not applied to the cost (nor is any % of it applied) I was told I need a new garage door, handed a brochure with no prices and told someone would call me with the estimate.

I had a door that was hard to open. Called them up and they came right out, they knew exactly what to do and did it quick. I have used them since and have had quick service every time.

They just replaced 2 garage doors. They did a great job and aligned the doors. They adjusted and tested the openers functions. When they were finished they cleaned up the work area and wiped off all dirt and smudges on the doors.

GREAT JOB FAST AND ON TIME

Oh my...I sprayed belt dressing on the drive belt of our two year old Liftmaster garage door opener (unnecessary really, but sometimes I just do stuff like that). I must have over done it because the door started to do funny things...open too far...not close...stop half way. I followed the directions for resetting but I failed. After three days of manual opening and closing I swallowed my pride and called Lakelands Overhead Doors. When James arrived I told him the story. Within seconds he had the door working. I headed for the checkbook but James said no charge. I guess you know who Ill recommend to anyone from here on. Thanks LOD.

It took three days for the spring to come in and they had to come back 4 times because it kept coming apart and not closing. Told me my system needed to be completely replaced $$ $. We went two months with our entrance gate out of service. We called four different businesses to fix the gate, two never showed up and two said it was the motor and they both ordered a new one and never showed up again. James with Lakeland Overhead Doors came in to do some repairs on our roll up door and noticed the entrance gate not working. He asked to look at it and determined it was not the motor but a bad contactor which he had one on his truck and he then replaced it. The gate now works fine. Lakeland Overhead Doors will now be on my speed dial.
