The store is closing so they are putting everything on sale to get rid of it all. My mom and I were looking at a coffee table that was listed as $380. We asked for a discount and they said $250 which was reasonable. But since we were on a budget, we declined. As we were leaving the store, I hear the guy speak very loudly to his coworker “They’re wasting my time”. Umm we were there for 5 minutes, we didn’t argue for a discount, and we respectfully declined to buy it. What he said was completely uncalled for. I’m not obligated to buy your overly priced furniture when there’s much better options for a lot cheaper. Everything in the store is crazy expensive even the items on sale. The true waste of time was driving up there to see all the over priced badly designed furniture.Edit: Responding to the owner, I said the price for the coffee table was reasonable. I appreciate that we were given the offer. My problem was the comment from the guy saying “They’re wasting my time.” This I thought was rude. This isn’t something you say about a customer especially right in front of them. This isn’t professional.

Fantastic experience! I bought a beautiful, new dining room table just before Thanksgiving, and it has been great. Debra was extremely helpful in narrowing down the inventory to find the one I ultimately purchased. She obviously knows her stuff.On the delivery, they were able to get everything delivered just in time for Thanksgiving, and they did a great job communicating when the truck would arrive. I will definitely be back.

Furnish your entire house! Debbie and Ron are very nice to work with. Everything is laid out well for anyone to view, touch and experience comfortably without the sales pressure. When in need, Debbie and Ron will take care of you. Its an hour+ drive for us, but we would still shop there instead of the many nearby choices. A very good year-end sale is going on now until 12/31.

Going out of business

I shopped for sofa and loveseat here in 2018. I found a set in the clearance center that I loved and had it delivered. I found that it was wool and very scratchy. I spoke to Ron (the owner) and he was happy to refund my money or I could pick out another set! I picked another set. After about a year, I had an issue with the sofa. He contacted the manufacturer and replaced the sofa with a prorated amount and discounted the delivery. Needless to say, Ron will do what it takes to keep his customers happy!! Im very pleased with their service and friendliness of the entire staff. I will definitely shop here in the future!!!

Sadly closing.

The large leather chair I bought now has a sprung seat, quite deep sage. I have been trying to call the store for possible repair but the line is always busy. The fabric on a couch I bought stretched so the fabric still looks nice but it has many wrinkles. The leather couch and another leather chair have been satisfactory. I am short and find that this furniture is not comfortable for long evenings.

Ron and team have great knowledge, selection and provide top notch customer service. Highly recommend if looking for home furnishings.

Ron has always been really great to us. I think we may have been his very first customer after opening here in Greenwood. Without a doubt we much prefer the higher-quality lines that are carried here over the cheap, mass-produced garbage from other big box stores. Everything we’ve bought from here (large sectional, love seat, coffee table, floor standing mirrors, office desk, etc) we just love! Yes, prices are slightly more on avaerage on some items than your usual big box store but the QUALITY of the pieces is MUCH MUCH better than anything you’ll find elsewhere. Even if you don’t dig the Scandinavian designs, Ron has many more “traditional” looking pieces than can blend into your typical Hoosier-inspired designs. Beyond this, Ron has done us a couple of great favors that we really appreciate and wouldn’t have gotten anywhere else, and I can’t recommend this place enough!!!

We looked at this place from the road for a long time assuming it would be too expensive, but we love Scandinavian styles so we eventually checked it out and we were very pleased. The styles and selection was what we hoped to find, but while we were afraid we wouldnt be able to afford anything it turns out to be more Iike a Kittles price point--just with all the merchandise very much to that clean modern taste. So we ended up very happy with it! We were looking for sofas recently and found a really nice Palliser set that was very comfortable, not stark at all, but just clean and nice and at a very reasonable price. We would definitely look here again for other furniture.
