Me an my daughter went in the store the two people working there was Setting on a couch never payed us any attention we walked around for a few min seen that my money wasnt good enough for them unless we looked like trash an didnt have any money

Great service, beautiful furniture, great prices.. We went in at the end of day and purchased our living room suite, and a dresser with mirror.. Within 2 hours they had delivered it to our house & set it up.. Thank you

I went into the location and purchased a bed for my daughter and another matress for a separate bed. I was told it would be delivered 2 days later, on a Wednesday at 3. However, Tuesday night at 9:15, we were frightened by loud banging on our door. My first thought was to call the police, I wasn’t expecting anyone and they get were banging pretty loudly. I asked who it was and a guy yelled, it’s Mallette furniture, the number we have for you doesn’t work and could I please allow him to deliver my stuff. He said they were busy the next day and pleadingly asked so I allowed it. They took my daughter’s daybed apart in the muddy lawn and brought it in with bud and leaves all on the bottom legs. They didn’t not remove it. The daybed matress wasn’t the right matress either. The next day I went in and the owner stated wasn’t aware they did that and didn’t know why they wouldn’t call before showing up first. His wife kept trying to tell me the matress was the same when I knew it wasn’t and I had photos of the one he assured me would be delivered. He was nice when I purchased the items, but when I went back requesting the correct matress, he wasn’t very talkative or friendly at all. Said he wasn’t sure where the movers were and they should’ve been back. I purchase something from them every 1-2 years. I expect better.
