This Jared store has always been great to my husband and I. Tiffany was able to get me my second wedding band that there was only one left in the entire company. She went above and beyond to find it for me to finish my vision of my wedding rings. We will only shop at the store and location. The whole staff cares about what you want and goes above and beyond just like Tiffany did for me. !!!

Not sure why but I always a little skeptical of Jared. Most jewelry stores, really. Anyways, this location specifically totally changed the. Great staff that made for a great buying experience. We ended up going a completely different direction than what we had intended to replace a lost wedding ring. We both love what she chose. I would highly recommend.Also, if its important to you, they offer promotions and financing as well. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

The people here were wonderful to work with! William Kelly was the one who helped me and was extremely knowledgeable on rings. He quickly assisted me and my girlfriend in finding the right ring. The rest of the staff was so willing to help whenever I called with any questions. There were no mistakes made on anything. Cannot recommend these people more!

I went in looking for an engagement ring and was helped by two extremely nice ladies who in everyway made sure I found something I loved. Throughout the whole process and even walking out the door they made me feel like I was honestly making a great decision! I went and looked at a few stores and they seemed to be the only people who made me feel like this was it this was the ring and in my opinion that in itself sold me on the ring. I will definitely be back in the future.

Went in for my inspection and was helped by Cheyenne. She found a missing prong that I never would have seen! She was so kind and helpful setting up my repair and even suggested having my wedding band refurbished as well. It only took 1 week. She was just the best and when I picked up my jewelry it looked brand new! Both times I went in she was so friendly & pleasant to work with. Thank you Cheyenne!!!

Thank you to the Jared team at the greenwood location in particular Robin, Ziad, and Kristie. Also thanks to their jewelers working behind the scenes. They did an amazing job customizing my Grandfathers ring back to what I remembered. From day one they treated my ring as if it was their own keepsake from a family member who had passed. Kristie personally kept in touch with constant updates which let me know I left it in the right hands. 65 year old gold ring and now it looks brand new. I cant say it enough, Thank You, Thank you, Thank you.

I went a week ago, customer service was excellent, I just walked past the store door and they was able to help us. The policy guidelines used for Covid 19 were for all bodies to be safe. I was looking for something for a ring and the manager was very kind and friendly and helped us and gave us good ideas for our budget .I’m very happy and highly recommend this place.

If I could rate a zero I would. We purchased a necklace from here and it has broken and been repaired 6 times and finally after several complaints the replaced the necklace. If the new item breaks I dont even care at this point. Either way we will NOT be back.

We just had the perfect experience here. Z did a great job helping my husband and I pair the perfect diamond to the ring. A few days later I came in to get my ring sized and possibly pair it with a band. Chey was kind and had several different ideas making the process easy. This location is awful. I regret my husband ever buying my ring at Jareds because I cant remember a time when Ive had a good experience. Today, I was informed that I was supposed to make an appointment. I had no clue and the associate said she understood as it was put in effect two weeks ago and was going to assist me. Another associate comes up to ask if I made an appointment in which I stated no as I was not aware of the new process and he proceed to inform me that I would need to make an appointment. I understand covid has caused policy and process changes within organizations but to treat a customer that way after someone already to said she would assist me is unprofessional and rude. To top it all off when I went online to make an appointment as I was told to do I couldnt even make the appointment. To anyone ring shopping Jareds is not the place to go! If you really love your future wife. Find a place that will treat her like a human even after you purchase the ring!UPDAT: I scheduled an appointment as requested and when I arrived there was someone at the service counter that I had to wait on for her to finish up. I hear her sale to the associate, thank you for your help, Ill be sure to make and appointment next time. Furthermore, after I completed my service the email confirmation I received said. make an appointment or stop by any Jared location.

My boyfriend purchased a personalized necklace from here WITH the protection plan. The chain was very fragile and broke. The personalized pendant wasn’t broken - just the chain. The necklace was brought in March 2020. He was told that it would be sent off to be repaired. Finally heard from them again in November. They said the chain couldn’t be repaired - which we knew. The protection plan covered the chain and pendent. They told him they couldn’t simply replace the chain. But then turned around and said they could replace the chain and it was covered by the protection plan. Sometime in December, they contacted him and said the necklace was ready for pick-up. We came in January to retrieve the necklace - he travels a lot. And they said it was “unclaimed” so it was sent back. They said if it goes unclaimed for 30 days it must be sent back. However it had NOT been 30 days and no one had said this was their policy. So nice to know that. They said they would get the necklace back to the store in two weeks. Four weeks go by, and we’ve heard nothing. He called the store, naturally NO ONE answers. So he calls the customer service line and they answer. He tells them what’s going on and they call the store. They answered for them and we were told the necklace was there and ready to be picked up. That was a week ago. Yesterday he went to go pick up the necklace, and he was told they couldn’t find it. But then they found it and he was told it was unrepairable. But he could pick out something of equal value. He said he would like the same thing. They told him no because they no longer make that one and they cannot simply replace the chain. At this point we’re not even sure they sent the necklace off at any point. Both times in they “couldn’t locate” the necklace. They had to go digging around for it. We HIGHLY do NOT recommend Jared’s. If I could negatively star rate I would. The staff at this location is also VERY unfriendly and rude. They have an attitude every time in there. The manager might be one of the rudest people in there.

While waiting for a staff member to help us with a few rings, a staff member came over and told me I was looking at the expensive stuff. Even though we did no make our original purchase at this store, the associates still went above and beyond. They helped us locate a band in the color that we wanted while the other store would not. They also pointed out that the other band we purchased could not be sized down to the appropriate size. Now they are locating the correct size for that band too! I will make the drive from Fishers just to continue to receive this kind of service. Specials thanks to Tiffany!

Extremely rude, almost unwilling to assist. Unhelpful with their own battery replacement policy. No work is done in-house and there is no company responsibility for damaged merch when it is sent out (you must sign a waiver). If you do not pick up your item within a certain amount of days they keep or sell your item. Funny, I was never contacted to come collect my watch. Good thing I marked it in my calendar! I will never be returning to Jared again. Reis Nichols has a new long-term customer.

Ive been to several jewelry stores over rhe years. Never have I had the experience I had with Jared in Greenwood. They were prompt to address me when I entered the store. They were more than willing to go above what was necessary to ensure I had my rings in desired time frame. And when they couldnt, they found an immediate remedy so I could still get them on time. They were not pushy or rude nor were they impatient or frustrated with my questions. And not once did they try to upsell me. Best, by far, experience Ive ever had at a jewelry store.

I went into the store and was about to purchase watch, at that point I was considering a hamilton ventura and tag heuer formula 1; I was waiting for some person to ask me but no one walked over, there was a guy with a couple, and that was understandable but there were other people behind the counter saw me standing over the watch area but no one came over. I got myself out of the store and went to reis nichols, what a terrible service, I got off from my class in Bloomington and drove an hour to the store, I guessed that the reason.

Reading through these reviews they could not be any more wrong. This is the best jewelry store I have ever been in. My wife worked with one of the managers Tiffany when she was in the store to get a cleaning done. She was very friendly and took care of her right away, she then ended up asking about our anniversary and my wife decided to spend a decent amount of money with her. I have owned a very successful business and would hire someone like this any day. She also had others step in once in a while to make sure she was supported while helping us. Great Work.

Went to get my husband a wedding ring and the first girl that helped was amazing. My husband decided to switch colors so I went back a couple days later to do that and the girl that helped me that time was obviously rushing to get to a different sale. She took the sticker off the new ring and didnt clean the residue off. If she had cleaned it off she would have noticed the multiple chips out of the ring. I looked at the ring when I got out to my car and took it back in immediately and spoke with a gentleman about the chips in the ring. He told me to hold on to it for the ceremony and after my husband could bring it I n.v ti get it sized and order a new one. When my husband took the ring in on March 2nd they did not size him and they told him the new ring would be here in a week. At a week and a half I called to check on it and the lady couldnt even verify that the ring had been ordered. She had to have someone else call me back about it and I was told it would be in BY THE 20TH. Now its been almost 3 weeks and the store is shut down until further notice so something that was supposed to take one week will now take a whole lot longer. Worst customer service. With wedding rings I expect customer service to be 100% but they obviously only care about making the sale and not keeping customers. Will never be going back.

My 96 year old Grandmother bought a watch with a life time battery warranty. Jarred refuses to change the battery because of the “virus” COVID-19. When I ask why they said it’s due to CDC guidelines. I then asked them to read me what guidelines they were referring to. They said it’s just our company policy at this time! So I commented, I could come in and try on any piece of Jewelry in the store and touch the case without gloves or mask and this is ok. They said that is correct because you are a customer and spending money! Wow, sorry Jarred my family will not be spending anymore money with ANY of your company’s!

Went into Jared order a matching wedding band and they told me they would need my engagement ring for 2 weeks to make an image and mold of my ring to create the band. They’ve had my engagement ring 3 weeks already and I was just told it would be about 2-4 weeks before I get it back. Keep in mind I got a custom engagement ring and it was made in 4 days. I love my engagement ring but I wish I never went to Jared.

After you buy from them they go from nice, friendly, and helpful to rude and treat you like you do not belong there. They become irritated when you need your items serviced or clean and overlook you and make you wait because they are only there to help when you are buying items. Also they do not service watch battery changes in their store which they have before but did not let their customers know they no longer do it there.

If I could give them 0 stars I would! I absolutely love the staff at the north side location but I dropped my rings off on Saturday and the promised to have them done by the Thursday. They were just getting rhodium plated and tighten. They used to be able to have them done the same day. Anyways the lady promised to have them done by 7 pm on Thursday (which i was not told the timing originally) so I went to pick them up at 6:32pm. And this older blonde/gray lady rudely dismissed me and didn’t even apologize but just stated that they were not ready yet . Moral of the story drive up to the north side!

Went in yesterday to have the battery replaced on the watch that I bought from them, they lady helping me told me that they would have to send it out & it would be 30 days before I got it back. I told her that they have replaced the battery before so I didnt understand why it could not be done. She went & got someone else who informed me that I had a waterproof watch & they could not change the battery. I had all of my paperwork with me & showed it that it was not waterproof & had the receipt from where they changed it before, he just shook his head & walked away. Went to another jewelry place today & had the battery replaced in less than 2 minutes. Do not work in customer service if you truly do want to provide customer service.

I’ve never had good customer service here, ever! The employees are either rude, short with the their customers, or hurry them out the door, so they can move on to the next sale. There’s only been maybe two times I’ve been in where the employees that greeted me were friendly. I don’t know her name, I can’t remember. She was short with blonde streaks in her hair, and she wore glasses. I apologize I forgot your name, but your customer service was excellent! But my gripe with the store is a recent arrest of an employee that was working there. I read online that the employee Gunner Yurack was arrested earlier this week for theft, inside the store. As in he stole either money or product from inside the store, while he was on the clock! Now I got onto mycase, and this guy has had multiple misdemeanors, and now is sitting at a level 6 felony. So my question is did the manager even do a background check? Did the manager even pay attention to the background check if it was done? I overheard the manager speaking to a customer the last time I was in. He introduced himself as Z. So did this Z character do a proper background check on this employee, or did he just hire him without much care or thought put into it? If so that would also explain why the majority of his staff is of piss poor quality. Needless to say don’t waste your time going here. You’re better off going into the mall, or if you must go to Jared, go to the keystone store.

Ive went in multiple times to get my wifes rings cleaned and re-plated and have never had any issues.Last Valentines day I went in to get some Pandora charms and the whole process was really smooth and satisfying. I am absolutely and utterly appalled at the amount of incompetence, and lack of respect from the employees I dealt with during my few visits at the Greenwood, IN Jared store. As soon I walked in I was greeted by an employee named Mike. Long story short he was very rude, and in a rush to get rid of me. I came in for was a cleaning and inspection, but he rushed me out in order to get to a couple that was looking at the bridal section. Another employee I’ve dealt with is Michelle. I don’t even want to get into that mess. But if I were the manager at this store, she would have been fired on the spot. I complained to a manager about her, and it’s obvious she didn’t do a thing to correct the complaint I had about her. I believe the managers name wasn’t Robin. Because I had gone into the store just to browse, and Michelle was working that day. I got the same snobby attitude from her, and I refused to let her help me. Every other employee was either busy with a customer or not doing a thing. I will never go there again. And I suggest no one else goes unless you want the absolute rudest customer service. Unless you’re wanting to spend thousands of dollars, you’re not going to get any good customer service. But I will say the one saving grace that store has for itself is one employee named Jennifer. She briefly pointed me in the direction of what I was looking for, and I kindly said if I needed anymore help I would go straight to her. I was only browsing so I never asked for her help again. But I listened to her interact with other customers, and this woman had it together! If anything she should be running that store. Or at least replace the one manager, Robin. Her customer service skills were off the chart! Friendly, courteous, outgoing, and helpful. So if you do have to go the Greenwood location, make sure you ask for Jennifer. If she isn’t there don’t bother staying. It’s not worth it.

Went in to Jared saying that I was just looking around and wanted to get an idea of pricing. I set a price point for them and the guy helping me continuously went over that price point and continuously told me I can break a budget real easily. Its obvious these people get paid on commission as theyre very pushy and persistent on trying to sell you something. After a couple minutes of talking to the one man who was helping me, a woman who also worked there walked up. Bear in mind I told the man I would be more comfortable if I just came back in with my fiancé later and he agreed that was okay. Until another woman walked up to help. She was very pushy on trying to get me to buy a ring right then and there even trying to get me to sign up for a program I didnt want. This program required a drivers license number so I told her I left my license in my car and would have to go out and get it. This was the only way I could get out of being pestered into buying something. After leaving I felt violated even going in there. DO NOT go to Jared. I recommend looking online to find something or going to another store like Kay Jewelers. I went to Kay right after and the gentleman was very okay with me coming back in another time.

Awful and worse experience especially getting a ring for such a special time! I ordered a ring online, when it came in it was to small. We then took it to the store to exchange it.. the man immediately pretty much grabbed my paperwork went to his computer and went ahead and ordered the right size without consulting with us really! Then I told him the size wasnt in stock but he came back with a paper saying the ring would be in a week later. A week later no call. So I called in and the salesman contacted the order department and said since it wasnt in stock it had to be special ordered and would be in by the following mid next week.Again no calls.. I followed up and called.. finally after getting ahold of the sales rep he said that the ring we were exchanging 2 weeks prior with a confirmation paper and everything would need a 10% deposit down and i would have to rebuy it since it had to be ordered.. NOT one time 2 weeks before did he say anything about that or the week prior that it was supposed to already be there! They just tried to get my to repurchase something I was already exchanging and had all the confirmation paperwork on! I took it back thank god and a nicer woman helped us return and pick something else out which wouldve been nice to have done way sooner! I wish I wouldve took my business elsewhere!

I took a ring in that I purchased about 8 years ago from Jareds to be cleaned and checked over. I take it in to get cleaned once a year. On the last visit, I asked that the ring be cleaned and the prong holding the diamond be checked because my wife said it felt loose. Got the ring back and was not happy with the cleaning as there was still gunk on the bottom portion of the ring. On top of that, the diamond had fallen out a week ago and luckily my wife was able to find it. The service is getting worse every year from this location in Greenwood. Additionally, I do not see any manager answering any of the negative reviews on this site, which leads me to believe they do not care. I am now going to Reis-Nichols to get the ring fixed properly and purchase an additional band that I intended on buying from Jareds. Customer service is huge for me when comes to Jewelry and Jareds has dropped the ball.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! This store in particular is one of the places my now fiance went to research engagement rings. He decided to purchase the ring from a competitor, the proposal happened, and we were excited for this new phase in our lives. Then someone from the corporate office called my fiance saying he was late on his first payment. He couldnt have been late on a payment because he never purchased anything from the store! When he had gone into the store initially they offered to send a band and a diamond off to get set so he could get a better idea of what the ring would look like so thats what they did. They said that the ring that the store had sent off to be set was no longer in the store so it appeared he had come in, taken the ring, and was not paying for it. They were reviewing camera footage and were going to send him papers to fill out in regards to a fraud claim!! After about a week of wondering what was going to happen, my fiance received a call from a store employee saying that they had found the ring and it had been in their safe the whole time...WHAT?? So you would accuse a potential customer of stealing without proof? How is the store so unorganized that they misplaced a piece of jewelry?? How did it get as far as their Corporate office?? Then they said sorry and we heard nothing more. When we voiced our frustration to them over the situation, they sent us a $75 gift card...why? So now to use the gift card, we have to go back into the store and use the gift card plus some of our money to even get anything there...why would we even go into the store to use it? I do not want to give them any business, even if that means we cant use the card. My fiance was treated with no respect and they did not even recover the situation appropriately. I will do my best to let everyone know to not go to Jared for anything, especially if its a wedding ring...they will ruin the experience!!!

Walked into the store today to purchase a wedding band and get a bridal set sized. It was my fiancé, my 3 children, and myself. The store was not busy. There were at least 4 sales reps working. No one ever helped us, there were 3 other people who walked in after us and sales reps helped them instantly. We waited for about 25 minutes, walked in the direction of the sales reps. They would not make eye contact. One lady even gave our 1 year old a smug look when he walked out of the childrens play area. Our kids were well behaved. Not sure what the problem is at this store but they lost our business.

My fiance and I went in to look at wedding bands. We told the sales person we were simply looking and we were in no way shape or form ready to buy. We also told them what our combined budget was for both of our rings and that we werent interested in financing (cash is king). After asking what my fiance was interested in and what our careers were, they showed us literally one example of what my fiance wanted to look at. They then moved on to items 20-40% over our combined budget since apparently they know what we can afford better than us and repeatedly pushed financing. After we said thank you and wanted to leave, they kept pushing us to register with them so they could call us regularly to see where we were in the process. After declining twice, they stormed off without so much as a pleasantry for a goodbye. I will continue to drive 2 hours away to a non-chain jewelry store where they listen to what we want, not how much commission they can get, and have always been under budget.

Terrible experience so far. My fiance and I went in on March 6th, to order a custom engagement ring that wed bought at a different jeweler. We wanted the exact same design as the original engagement ring, but made with different materials. We were told it would take 6-8 weeks, possibly faster, since we werent designing a ring from scratch but using an existing ring as a model. We left the original engagement ring at Jareds.Its now 6 weeks later, and they havent even gotten 1/3 done with the process. 3 weeks after we dropped off the ring, we called for an update. They asked us to bring in the original ring..... wed left it with them 3 weeks prior. They said they would begin work and call us with an update. 10 days later, we called again - said they havent started, but would begin asap, and would have the mold finished in 2 weeks. Its now 2 weeks later, and they still havent started the mold process!I would not recommend this place - they dont stick to timelines, dont give you updates, and misplace items provided to them (like the original engagement ring!).

Horrible business practices. We found a basic mens plain band wedding ring there and placed and order with them for one in 12.5 and 8mm width. They said it would arrive in 2 weeks and they would call us. 2 1/2 weeks later we called them and found that the ring manufacturer doesnt make it in that size. We complained that they should have told us that a long time ago; so they said they would take care of it and absorb the expense since it was their fault. Another 2 weeks later, we had to call again and found that the ring had arrived. Went there to pick it up and found that it was 12.5 and 6mm.We specifically asked for a 8mm, repeatedly and verified with them multiple times, 8mm. They place orders but dont pay attention to what is wanted.Come to find out I found the same ring at 12.5 and 8mm online for 1/5th the price they were selling for. Made out of the same material, tungsten in this case.

Purchased ring at Greenwood store. Was not informed that resizing would cost $65 additional when I purchased the ring. Store could not find my ring after contacting me that it had arrived. Stone was missing and had to be replaced from floor model. Was at the store for over an hour waiting. Was told it is common for stones to fall out and was offered extended warranty. WOW! I wont be back!

If there was a way to put zero stars they would get it. .After going to the greenwood store and my fiance` and I designed her ring we had to wait a week for the stone to come in and get set ok no problem then call on that Saturday morning and sales rep says it will be done by 7pm so we make the 2 hour drive to find out that the stone had been broken during installation so now we have to wait a few more days no offer of anything for the inconvenience but they will overnight it to a Kay jewelers close to where we live when its done so monday comes and it actually gets put together and I talk to my sales guy in the evening says it looks amazing and will ship overnight first thing Tuesday morning so Wednesday comes and I call Kay jewelers and its not there I call jared immediately and they tell me that there was a problem with one of the prongs and wasnt up to thier standards but they didnt bother to call and tell us about it but it had shipped Wednesday morning so call kays today thursday and still no ring so they get involved with contacting jared and customer service and for no good reason it didnt ship till this morning and didnt even get shipped overnight .DO NOT GO TO JARED GREENWWOD ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE STORE WITH NO CUSTOMER SERVICE !! !! !!

Nothing like being treated like you’re a criminal. Haughty sales person. I brought in for watches that need batteries. The receiving clerk took no information other than my phone number. Didn’t finish it on time so had to come back another day. Did not give me a receipt. I went to pick up a couple of days later the clerk was not friendly. When I asked what the charges were she didn’t know and could not find me in the system. She treated me as if I had stolen the watch batteries when I was merely trying to pay for them. I knew two of the watches had lifetime batteries but wasn’t sure of the other two. Since they couldn’t find me in the system they thought it was fair for me not to have to pay for the two I knew had like time batteries so essentially I may have paid for a battery twice. I still not confident that I have any paper trail showing that I have paid my batteries. I will only go back because of the lifetime batteries. Very frustrating encounter and the clerk should be embarrassed for the way she treated me.

My wife bought me a Tag Heuer watch at Jared Greenwood. She chose this specific watch because after telling the sales person about my job it was decided that a handsome, rugged watch that did not scratch and was indestructible would be best. She also bought the warranty only because the watch so expensive. After a couple months of wear one of the two little rubber loops that the watch band tucks into broke off, a second month the other. Disappointed? Yes, but the watch face was perfect and I loved the watch. I took it in and was told wed have to send it to Switzerland for repair and it would be back in 12 weeks! What!? I was reluctant and annoyed, but was told that is all they could do, and the silver lining was as part of the service the watch would be impeccably cleaned. Ok. 3 months later we get it back with two plastic loops, but its NOT clean. Disappointed? Yes. Another month later both the loops have torn off again. I bring it in and this time Im angry. They say we will have to send it in for another 3 months. I ask cant I get a loop here from your repair area? No. They suggest I purchase from them a new band because clearly this one is not working for me. I am told the cost is $250. I asked for discount or a break on the cost and … No. I had them print off my account history. I have been a loyal customer and have purchased several items over the years. No impact.Now my wife is pissed. She immediately drive to Reis Nichols Greenwood. She walked in, showed them the watch. And even though we did not buy the watch there the woman walks it back to the repair area where they fit it with a matching thick loop for free! Now its been 6 months, no issues with the watch! I am now a loyal Reis Nichols customer!

This is were osterman sends their jewelry for sizing according to them. When I picked my engagment ring up from being sized the rose gold was painted white. As I cried the people at osterman kept saying it was Jarrods mistake. So I wanted to give Jared the recognition of making a mistake so drastic as to paint an engagement ring! Dont trust jewelry you care about with jared or osterman. When they screw it up theyll just blame eachother and not try to make it right with the customer. Lies to cover up lies. My wife and I went in to pick out a mothers necklace as a Christmas gift and to celebrate the 2nd birthday of our twins that we lost at birth. We decided on sterling silver pendant with a gold chain. The total was almost $500 which isnt a big sale for them, but still significant for us. It was clear they were annoyed by having to deal with us.First of all, the jewelry was defective. The pendant turned black (I mean black, rubbing off on my hand) within days of getting it. When we called, they told us that silver reacts with their boxes so that was the reason. We went back in, and they polished it. Again, it turned black within days. Another store manager later told us he had never heard of silver reacting with their boxes, and if it did they would not use the boxes. We were also up-sold on an adjustable gold chain. The adjustable clasp would not catch and would slip to full length. We had this replaced, but the 2nd one did the same thing. We decided we wanted to return the necklace for a refund and find something worthy of our twins and daughter.All of the back and forth above took most of the first 30 days. We had a few days left in the 30 day exchange period. It is a 45 minute drive to the store. We were going to be by the store on the 31st day anyway to meet some friends. We called on day 29 and asked if we could return it on the 31st day since we were going to be down there already or if we had to make a special trip inside the 30 day window. The lady (Tiffany) told us she was a manager, it would not be a problem, and told us she was working that day and asked us to come in when she was there.When we went in the store, they told us we were outside the 30 days and couldnt return it. Tiffany then told us that she never said we could return it after 30 days and they were not allowed to accept a return unless corporate said they could and corporate said they wouldnt allow it. When we told her what she said on the phone, she called us a liar (why would we come in when she was working if we were lying?), passed us off to an assistant manager, and refused to talk to us the rest of the time. We were told if we had a problem we could call corporate and complain to them. They obviously didnt expect us to do this.After spending hours on the phone with the corporate office, we were told that corporate could not make the store refund us the money, that it was completely up to the store, and our only option was to ask to escalate it to the district manager (which the store was obligated to do). When we asked to escalate it to the district manager, we were told they would not go to their DM for that small amount of money and would now give us the refund if we left the store.The 2nd lady (Robin) told us she did not like having her manager Tiffany lie to her so she would have a talk with her. Through the manager of another store, we found out that Tiffany was not even a manager but had lied about that too.Lie #1: The necklace was reacting with their boxLie #2: Tiffany said she was a managerLie #3: Tiffany said she would refund the money on day 31 without problemLie #4: They could not refund the money without corporate (they did!)Lie #5: Robin again told us that Tiffany was her managerWe bought our wedding rings from a Jared in Arizona and have had previous horrible experiences with this store. We should have known better. We ended up going to Helzberg Jewelers and had a wonderful experience from beginning to end.We have never been treated like this before. They just continued to lie to cover up their previous lies and it just got out of control. I would never give this store any business.
