Been coming here a decade now. I love this drink, but wheres the rest of it? Not sure how long I can keep coming back, when this past year its been made differently almost every time and the restaurant hasnt been kept the cleanest.

Been coming here for 30 years. My sister used to always get the little clown cones when they had those for many years. Now weve moved from the area, but I still bring my kids for a special treat sometimes. Its definitely needing some TLC, but their bucket ice cream hasnt changed and is always delicious. I hope it can get the attention it needs, and Im really glad theyre still around. I hope they stick around for a long time yet to come.

Received an email coupon for my childs birthday for a one scoop kids ice cream. She picked bubble gum. Flavor was really great actually. We will definitely be back.

Don’t plan to get served without a mask here. The city has completely allowed patrons to not wear a mask yet you open the door and get yelled at across the store asking where your masks are (my whole family). Unbelievable and unprofessional. Of course there was a were hiring sign. I surly wouldn’t want to work for a place who yells at customers to put a mask on.Very sad

We had the Vegan/Dairy free chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream with waffles bowls. It was delicious! It is nice to have ice cream instead of sorbet every now and then. We will definitely be back.

Nowhere on the menu does it list the price for cherries . And at no point was I told by the employees. I was only asked how many I wanted. I was charged $3.95 for 5 cherries when I asked the manager and employees why they dont have the price listed .they all acted Clueless. I showed my father the receipt he then went into the store and ask the same questions why the price wasnt listed why was I charged so much for 5 cherries the manager was completely unprofessional instead of making good and pleasing the customer her customer relations went the opposite direction and my father was told to leave the store because they felt uncomfortable I would suggest going to any other possible ice cream store or other location other than this one.

Shift leader on our visit asked patrons to put on a face mask after they felt entitled to disobey the regulations. Much respect to her, and a great ice cream experience.

We told them the name is “karan” WITH AN “A” and they proceeded to write “karen” with an “e”. I am very dissatisfied with the service I have received.

The owners are VERY nice people. Great place, well kept and very clean.

My wife and I were not served because we didn’t have masks even though we are both vaccinated and the state has no mandate for masks. We will never go in this business again.

Always polite staff and new flavors. Prices are a tad high but its worth it for hard serve ice cream. Their cakes are so cute too!

Always a favorite... Baskin Robbins has been a family tradition for over 40 years.. for celebrating report cards, birthdays and special achievements. Also as a comfort after shots, surgery or dental procedure.. Always fun.. rough to decide between the great Staples and fun new flavors. And having friendly staff just makes it better.

It is a great place they are very friendly and have great prices and a great variety to choose from

Tuesday night is Family Night. Single scoop cones for under $2. Good ice cream with a wide range of flavors to choose. I personally like the mint chocolate chip. The staff is nice and patient. (One of our kids had difficulty making a choice.) They have ice cream cakes (expensive) and other prepared items that can be taken home to eat st a later time.

More than 31 flavors! The service was excellent, very nice young lady had an excellent attitude.I love the napkin dispenser mounted to the wall next to the table, perfect if you kids with you so never run out of napkins.

I’ve seen a review just like this one from a month ago. A few weeks ago my significant other & I decided to get ice cream on our way home from a friends house. Their online hours said 10pm and when we got to the store it wasn’t even 8:30 and they were closed. Tonight I tried ordering online through Doordash at 9 p.m and they wasted our time again as they were closed before their hours had stated. Please change your hours on every site and ordering service as your wasting people’s time & money. If I could give them a 0 star rating I would.

Very popular place and a large number of young people when we were there. Those serving were very friendly and the ice cream flavors are easy to see (something that isnt true of all Baskin Robbins). Would have given five stars except it wasnt completely clean in the seating area, which could have something to do with how busy they were.

If I bring my family there for ice cream do you offer some kind of 4 year low interest financing? Were only a middle class family and dont carry that kind of cash.

SOOOO Good! We ordered my sons ice cream birthday cake from here, and it was perfect. We brought in a drawing of what we wanted the top of the cake to look like, and it was beyond what we thought it would be. It was an intricate design featuring panels with like 8 to 10 different colors and symbols for different super heroes. The cake designer did an amazing job. We will definitely be going back!

Lots of yummy flavors to choose from!! My favorites are baseball nut and chocolate peanut butter. They have sorbet and lots of other options to choose from.

The polar pizza I received was about the size of a personal pan pizza, crust paper thin and ice cream layer just as thin for $16 very disappointed and my son will be too when we celebrate his birthday today. I am going to have to go and find another dessert to feed our guests. Thank baskin robbins for not providing the product advertised. 😕

One of my favorite places since I was child! I love $1.50 scoop day and the flavors of the month that force me out of my Prailines and Cream comfort zone. The staff overall are nice, knowledgeable, and patient which is always appreciated. The store is always clean and has that wonderful Baskin Robbins ice cream smell that makes me happy and forget about the stress of the adult world :).

Our summer Sundays go to. Ice cream is delicious. Can be a bit busy but get in and out quick. Employees can be a bit snooty.

The young girls were nice, but they did not mention, nor was there a sign that the scanner for the BR app was down. We ended up wasting alot of time and holding up the line, while they tried to get it to work, repeatedly. The line was kind of getting angry. We ultimately had to pay cash, when we had plenty of money on the app. They did not offer a discount for the trouble either.

I used to love BR when i was growing up and it still taste good. The only thing I have an issue with is the constant touching with no gloves then handling the cash register... other than that it was a good visit.

This is a good ice cream shop. It is located very close to other shops in the area. The parking area is very small, so keep that in mind on busier days and times.

This is one of the best Baskin Robbins Ive stopped during all my years of traveling to 48 states! The store was bright, service was quick, friendly, warm, and the specials made me wish this was closer to my home in Evansville!Its now on my list of places to visit on my trips from Evansville to Noblesville in the future. The service staff was uniquely warm and dips and Sundays as perfect as the pictures. These girls on 12/31 at 6:30 need kudos and s raise! Theyre gems !!

Worst experience ever. Walked in and grabbed a pre packed ice cream and walked right to the counter and of the 3 employees working, not one of them offered help or even came to the register for 5 minutes. I ended up putting the ice cream back and leaving. Instead they decided to help the people who came in after me and then do other things instead of simply checking me out. Won’t go back, no wonder people go to Cold Stone and other places now.

We hadnt been to a Baskin Robbins in YEARS! They were fairly busy, but even the new guy was super friendly. And my brownie sunday was fantastic!

I had visited a Duncan donuts in my home town Philadelphia which has a Baskin Robbins and it reminded me of how good their ice cream was when my family took road trips every summer so as I reached my destiny this year in Indiana I found that they had a Baskin Robbins in my journey of exploring the town of Greenwood in which I stayed for my time there well as for the store the ice cream is still as good as I remembered as a child the staff was great the prices was really good the staff works quick and if they dont get it right the first time they will start over but I only seen it happen once so in summation I thank you for reading my story stop by grab a ice cream cone or take the family out for ice cream its a bonding experience.

The new owner, I guess hes the new owner, came over and ripped up my punch card when I was asking about the $1 off coupon I had. The previous owner would give me a military discount, the $1 off coupon and punch my card, but the lady wasnt honoring everything so I was asking about it. He then brings up my last visit when the same lady didnt want to punch my card, but I was buying a scoop. She couldnt show me what he showed me today, which is not my fault. He was so upset about punching my card a few weeks ago for a 99 cent cone that he didnt even take the time to figure out what was going on in that moment. Instead of trying to talk to me, he came over and ripped up my card. I grew up on Baskin Robins and will still go, but not to this store.

Friendly ice cream shop, good location; wish I knew this place was here a few years ago, not very busy or crowded they give a free samples before so I can pick a flavor that Ill enjoy, definitely coming back here.

First time Ive ever been to Baskin Robbins. Checked their hours (close at 10pm) on their website before i drove 30 minutes to get there. Arrived at 8:56 and was treated rudely. At this time, I still thought they closed at 10. They kept rushing me and since Id never been there, it took me a few minutes. Got my ice cream and sat down to eat and after a few bites (9:10), they kicked me and my gf out. I stated that their websote said close time of 10 and she told me there is a sign by the door saying they close at 9 in October. Ive never heard of a restaurant kicking customers out unless they stayed over 30min late. I wont eat ice cream in my car, nor drive 30 minutes with it to eat at home. So we sat on the curb outside and froze (50 degrees) while we ate our ice cream. Heck of a first visit, right?

My boyfriend and I had a date night planned and he loves Baskin Robbins. We were headed to a movie and called ahead to see how late they were open, and the girl on the phone said 10pm. We got there right at 9:30 and there was a sign that said, closed due to weather. And there were 5 teens just standing around laughing about it. I was pretty upset considering there was nothing happening due to weather. I understand we were under a tornado watch but nothing happened, sirens didnt go off. Just lazy kids. I called the manager to ask about it and her name was Crystal and she didnt seem to care at all. We will not be returning, ever again.

Went in for ice cream last night. Three young ladies working behind the counter. Place was doing a steady business. First young lady finished scooping ice cream for the customer she was helping, then proceeded to LICK her fingers! She then turned to me with a, Can I help you?. No hand washing involved. I gave her my order (what I wanted, ice cream flavors, toppings, etc). Then the door opened and a bunch of her friends came in. She turned to another young lady working there and said, here, you take over here and walked away to visit with her friends. Niiiiice. Well, at least I didnt have to worry about her germy, finger-licked hands getting near my food (gag). I then had to give the order all over again to the second girl, since the first one never bothered to pass along my order. Sonofa...... Second young lady was conscientious, washed her hands (yay!) and seemed like she actually wanted to work in a professional way.Might be a good idea to have some sort of night manager on to supervise the staff on Sunday evenings.
