All were so nice to me I get mixed up and they all helped me

The most terrible customer service I’ve met, they don’t care about the customer, blaming customers on there own mistakes... while scanning register reward they will say a couponer holding the line…very rude…what makes people go to Walgreen is the good promotion that is going on, but it seems they are not welcome these customers...This store members need to train how to respect customers!

Very disappointed with customer service at this store. Placed two online orders at separate dates and different products. I went to pick up to store and had very poor experience. My two orders were found and were packed with receipt attached, they try to scan it to checkout and one order said that was expired, although order had just been placed 3 days prior. My second order was saying “not found”. They suggested canceling my orders and charging me again, which they did, but then wanted to charge me double what I paid online. I showed them my online orders and receipts, supervisor was called and she said “well that was online price”. No apologies, no attempt to resolve the issue and provide real customer service. What was supposed to be a quick in and out pick up of online order, turned to 15 minutes wasted on store, frustration and going home without any of my orders. Will not recommend online order with pick up at this store to anyone.

Pretty good pharmacy. Not my favorite, but for casual need, it does the job. Being opened 24/7 is also a great point.

This is the best drug store/pharmacy in town with the most professional and efficient store manager and pharmacists. I switched from CVS and so happy I did.

I love my local Walgreens

Went in to get a kneek brace and could barely walk. They did not have the size i needed. I asked the pharmacY tech if she could call and ask the other store across town. I am standing there try not to cry from pain and she told me I would have to just go in and look that they could not answer that over the phone.

Always find sales or bargins

They give my wife trouble every time she picks up the pictures I took because they look too professional. They claim I should write her a release.... how about you guys get over yourself. I have been doing photography for 10 years and have never needed a release form to print.

Great customer service. Couldnt fill my prescription.

No pharmacists on duty on either side of town at 5:00pm
