Employees aren’t very welcoming and they’ve been out of stock of basically everything for awhile. The price of fountain drinks is a little ridiculous. The past few times I’ve gone there at night, there were employees in their phone arguing with someone outside, leaving no other employee inside to help us. Atm doesn’t work a lot of the time either.

Staff during day is friendly . Staff during nights talk about you and think you cant hear them always seem in a hurry to get you out the door . Everyone I know would rather go to rickers for friendly service.prices are cheaper for pops at thortons. That being said last 3 pops I have gotten have not tasted right. Its okay if your right here but if you drive or bike thortons is not the way to go

Your corporate policy to card everyone is ridiculous. I realize there are fines you get for selling to underage and I know that you are required to card anyone under 40 years age in appearance. Im well over 40 and I have frequented this location daily for almost a year carded each time so the people there recognize me. The one time I go and dont have my wallet with me they refuse to sell me my normal brand (yes they know my normal brand) I had an online coupon also that was timed that expired due to having to go back home to get my wallet. I got my wallet and you know what. I decided to go around the corner out of my way to speedway where at least they hire people with common sense. I will not revisit a Thornton again.

Called to ask a quick simple question about how much their bundles of wood were. They dont give prices over the phone...... what.....!?

This place is good for cheap and easy last minute pick ups. But this gas station is gross. Floors are stained, bathrooms unleaned, employees yelling at each other. If you want to go to a clean and friendly gas station go to Rickers (BP).
