I have more than 10 years buying my coffee every day and until today I had a terrible experience in the establishment of the meridian st in Greenwood with the employees who do not even use the mouth mask and bad treatment of the customers just for being Hispanic I do not recommend this establishment

This starbucks specifically, is the absolute best. They are always so friendly, but more than anything they always make my drink exactly how I want it. They listen well, and Im never unsatisfied.

Love going to Starbucks. Today was a disappointing visit. Ordered my drink with specific instructions which the lady making the drink failed to follow. When I ask her to complete the order as requested, got a dirty look and attitude.

Cant remember a longer wait in a drive-thru in my life. Got in line about 11:30 & pulled out of the parking lot at 11:59. Never should have waited, but at some point you have so much time invested, you dont feel you can leave! Would never return to this location.

Rachel was extremely kind and professional while someone in drive asked them to remake a drink not once but three times. Some people are overly difficult or take it out on the baristas when theyre having a bad day and its disgusting. The barista was extremely sweet and apologized over and over.My order was also fairly complicated, it came out perfect the first time just like it always does. Really Sad for anyone who Loves coffee. What a joke watered-down throw some cream and sugar in until you realize that they didnt really put coffee in it at all. I would be ashamed of owning a company that dosent give you what there known for like a shoe store that just sales flip flops.

Love this location, the staff are always friendly and will learn your name and order quickly. They sell hot and cold coffees and teas, as well as bottled juices and water. Hot and cold options for food as well, both sweet and savory, even some vegetarian options. Using their app lets you earn points toward freebies, pay at the counter, and order ahead for in-store or curbside pickup.

Your regular Starbuck, very crowded when we stopped by on a Friday mid-morning. The online order was ready on-time and that is a big plus for any Starbucks. I would definitely return there is I am around the area but there is nothing special.

They were out of the drink I wanted, but the worker had a suggestion on how to make a similar drink. Also, had a suggestion on my bakery item to redeem (I didnt see the one I specifically wanted) and warmed up my pumpkin muffin. It was so good! I enjoy going to this location. The biggest struggle is the giant hill when entering off of 135.

The nicest barristas! They were out of raspberry syrup for my daughters cotton candy Frappuccino so they made an extra dragon fruit Frappuccino for her to try try for free! They went above and beyond.

My gpa get me a Starbucks about 3 days a wk ! After waiting 36 min in drive thru The lady working the window was very rude saying he shouldn’t smoke in his own vehicle, last time I checked your an adult and can smoke in ur vehicle, very rude and u should not talk to customers like that ! Another thing they get the order wrong every single time so disappointing that you spend that much every week to be treated this way ! I as well have Starbucks every day, customers come first and need to be treated with respect ! So disappointed in today’s experience

Line was very long due to inefficiencies. Our order was also incorrect, but we waited so long there was no way I was getting back in that line.

Ordered the new Iced Chocolate Almondmilk Shaken Espresso. Very delicious. Drove off and 4 sips later, it was gone. Cup was filled to the brim with ice. After waiting in such a long line I decided to go back, I went inside. When someone finally came to the front I expressed my displeasure with the amount of ice and asked if that was normal. While the young woman wasnt rude, she was rather dismissive. She said that it was normal and next time to ask for light ice. She chuckled as she agreed that it was basiclaly a $5 cup of ice. She said they have to add a lot of ice because the espreaso melts it (apparently not). There was no offer to remake the drink with light ice or asked if i wanted another or anything. Dissapointed.

Absolutely the best Starbucks I’ve been to. The baristas here are second to none. Excellent customer service while understaffed.

I love this Starbucks! When I am up early in the morning, I come get me a drink and sometimes my 2 year old (non caffeine) and they always in a good mood! I love how they are only a few minutes away and I always have a wonderful experience! They are like my new best friends! If I could give a 10 out of 5 I would!

One snotty girl. I ordered a chi TEA, got a late. When I told her I just wanted tea, she told me I should have said something else, to fast for me to understand what she said, then turned away from me. If thats the attitude of the people here, they should post Starbuck language posters.

This starbucks is sad. Its the only one on my way to work. Ive recieved more bad coffee from this starbucks than Id like to admit. Ive given up. This pic was taken right after I pulled forward from the drive thru. Im not the kind to hold up morning coffee traffic at the window and I was late after waiting. It was my first time ordering that drink but I knew I ordered a coffee and not a single shot under a huge cloud of sugar.

Ive been to this location several times in the past few months. They always have friendly and speedy service (even when busy). Their seating area and restrooms are always clean. My coffee is always prepared correctly and fresh. Also shout out to Peyton for being the best!

Waited almost 45 minutes here today. They were under staffed, had people getting mad about the wait. But I did not mind one bit. Because I love this Starbucks and how friendly they are. So who ever reads this today, that works here, keep your head up highIt was buy one get one free. That alone would annoy me. If I waited in any other one, I would be mad. But I will never be disappointed in this place. Each time I got nothing but good things to say.

Great place to get coffee. Any way you want it. I like the Americano with vanilla sweet cream and vanilla syrup over ice. Thats my favorite but theres many many choices.

This is by far the slowest Starbucks I have ever encountered. However, they do make good coffee’s but damn......even when I do a pick up it says wait time is 15-20 min

I got a Shaken Ice Tea and a Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin they ask if I wanted the muffin warm and I said No Please well I got a warm muffin, so I was disappointed. If I had not not had an appointment I would have brought it back!

This Starbucks has always done a very good job and been quick. I recommend them.

I had placed a mobile order 3-4 min before arriving at the store. I get there and wait 20 min before finally asking where my drink is after watching drive-thru and walk-ins place orders and leave. There was an empty cup with my name on it sitting there the whole time. No one bothered to ask me if I needed something after standing there for literally 20 minutes...or informing me that they were out of something. I had no clue that empty cup was mine. How was I to know?

Frappicino drinkmix tasted watered down

First off, I will say the staff was very friendly but seemed over whelmed and panicked. My friend waited in the drive through while I went inside and ordered. Obtained my beverage and proceeded to find my friend next in line for the window. Upon sipping my beverage my taste buds were confused because that was my name adheaved to the cup, however it was not the beverage I had ordered. They happily corrected the issue. Take a deep breath team, you are doing a great job!

Order was correct, but spent 25 minutes in a drive through line at 3:45 in the afternoon. Only 6 cars in front of me. Update: 9:30 on a Friday morning. Spent 32 minutes in drive through.

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever gone to. Service is exceedingly slow. We normally go out of our way to go to a different Starbucks that has better service. Decided to give it another try. Big mistake. After waiting for 15 minutes for my high school daughter to return, I was told they lost some tickets and wanted to know what her order was?!? Hey...just a suggestion...if you know you lost some tickets, maybe let the waiting customers know.

Ive been going here regularly for a few months. This Starbucks can often be fairly full. There are 2 armchairs, 2 tall tables with 2 tall chairs each, and a couple of long wooden tables with several chairs. There is additional seating outside on the patio. Service is polite and pleasant, and generally quick with orders. They enjoy bantering among themselves though, so combined with the crowd it can often be pretty noisy inside.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks. All the employees are friendly and always helpful. The drinks are always well made. This would be my main Starbucks if I lived closer to it.

If you dare to elect a pour over, prepare to be punished. Couldnt describe what I received in mine in any other way but purposeful. My coffee ended up with floating grounds on the top, all over the lid, and a quarter inch of coffee grounds in the bottom of the cup. It was essentially French pressed coffee without the press.

Always empty. Ive never seen more then 2 people here. Once I was behind one person in drive thru. Its good if you dont want to wait, you dont mind rude employees, or a slight burned taste to your coffeeI should mention there is one rock star employee working here and if your lucky enough that he takes your order and makes your drink you will have a great visit.

It was busy, it was crazy, and everyone was still smiling. Huge shoutout to Hannah, she was working super hard and super fast to make sure everyone got what they wanted, keeping a smile on her face. Great experience.

Good coffee. But they were out of cookies before 1100. At $2.00 a each. No excuse.

Lowered rating due to the fact: employee was dusting up above in ceiling flood lights, etc... directly above and while baristas were making customers orders by espresso machines and counters; also dusting directly above tables with customers sitting trying to enjoy their orders. This was during heavy A.M. hours. Not very nice!!! 👎

Friendly location who always makes a consistent product. Order ahead if you want to avoid a drive thru line. Its really busy doing peak times.

I waited in line at the drive thru for about 30 minutes. Took about 20 minutes to be able to place my order and then 10 minutes to get my drink. Not sure why the trouble, but I will find a different one next time I am needing coffee.

We have been here 45 mins watched 10 cars go thru drive thru while 15 ppl or so stand around waiting! Told the manager and nothing! While the *dude?*working in here doing everything slow as possible! So hard not to go across the counter and scream HURRY THE HELL UP at these ppl! They clearly dont care about anyone in here right now!

What has happened to Starbucks?!?!?!?!? Ordered oatmeal... The same oatmeal Ive always ordered at every Starbucks Ive ever visited. Today I received two orders of oatmeal with barely enough water to make it wet and NO brown sugar, nuts, or raisins. Is business that bad that you have to save pennies on water? Sad part is Im sick and it took a lot of effort to get this oatmeal only to receive something I cant eat. If Starbucks doesnt fix itself soon its going to be the next business to disappear.

Their coffee (black n creamer) is so delicious! I dont ever have them put sugar in it cause its absolutely perfect in flavor without it. I love the bacon gouden sandwhich as well with it. I spend about 6.00 on the two and its satisfying without throwing me into too much or not not enough

I’ve been to this location a few times and every time the service is very slow. My last (and final) experience at this location was yesterday. I ordered my drink made with almond milk and no whip at the drive thru. When I came up to the window, he asked me if I wanted whip and I said no. Several minutes later, he hands me my drink with whip. I told him no whip and he disappeared and came back with the same drink then laughed and said there were just small traces on top. I was done at this point after waiting for about ten minutes so I didn’t argue even though I have a dairy allergy. I assumed the small traces wouldn’t bother me either. I was a short distance down the road before I took a drink and realized it was all dairy. They didn’t use almond milk at all. I was already headed north so I went to the other Starbucks near county line, ordered my drink which was prepared correctly, and was on the road again in less than five minutes. I know people make mistakes but this wasn’t the first time it’s happened there and, after visiting several Starbucks in indiana and other states, it remains the worst as far as service. I will say that the staff was very friendly and that’s why I gave it two stars instead of one.

They pander attention and got the order right completely

Worst service ever. Order a white hot chocolate with raspberry and a coffee and cinnamon swirl cake. Was the second person in line and 20 minutes later still waiting. She could not find any of the order on the computer. Asked me so many times about a peppermint hot chocolate that 2 customers behind me said she needed to listen right to her face. The woman behind me repeated my order after I repeated it 6 times.
