Im a truck driver who got stuck 3 miles at my pickup for the night and had not eaten all day. I drove down here to get me something to eat and the food was awesome. The staff was pleasant and friendly as well as the other patrons. Definitely not a bad place to stop if your in this area.
They had a Columbus deal small 2 sides pizza...it was very good 👍I was surprised they had deals for Columbus Day..thanks pizza was very good
Pizza is pretty dam good. Crust has a nice chew which is what I like. Sides could be a bit tastier. Its really all about the pizza though.

Didnt even step foot in the place because we sat outside on the patio and really enjoyed it!The food was good, reasonably priced, and the service was fantastic. I would definitely recommend trying it out.

I have eaten here many times and I love the owners but Friday was quite different. My pizza had very little sauce and tasted more like the box than a pizza. My girlfriend ordered the lasagna and I can tell you that will never happen again. It completely lacked any type of seasoning and tasted like Chef Boyardee. I guess eating at T.A.T has us spoiled on Italian cuisine but cmon man, step it up.

After work, met my wife and her friend for pizza. After the bill had been brought out we decided to stay for a pitcher before heading out. Waitress said she would not serve us any longer due to another guest who had complained about being offended over something they had heard, she wouldnt elaborate as to what we had said that was offensive, just that we were. Owner/manager came out and stood behind the waitress and again only repeated what she had said with no explanation as to what we said that was offensive... We were in about a month prior, with family, for a birthday celebration. The wife and I arrived early to secure a table and were told by the waitress that there were time limits on the tables?? We asked when are we on the clock, right now, or when the last of our family arrives and is seated? Lol, what a joke.I grew up down the street and have been going to pink cricket my entire life, never any issues what so ever.Pizza is good, but not that good, wont spend another dime in that place and will share my experience with everyone I know..

I heard about it this place actually, because I served the chef and his family at my restaurant the day prior to my visit. So I’ll add to this review a unique perspective of knowing going into it, two things: the Chef was a very nice, courteous, family man, who was very excited to talk about the food he and his staff produce. And the second, he told me in a passing comment that he wouldn’t be working the next day. That said, I was able to visit this place for the first time knowing I’d get to experience the food when the boss man wasn’t overseeing.My brother and I loved the unique divey, vibe and atmosphere walking in. I’m a huge baseball fan, and the restaurant has a very cool collection of baseball Decor. I already sort of knew what I was ordering, because it was recommended to me the day prior that I should get the pizza and wings. Well, as luck would have it, Monday’s have both a great pizza, and wing special. (10” two-topping for around $10, and $.75 traditional wings)There was some confusion about who our server was, as the Bartender and Server sort of tag teamed it, but it didnt cause any issues. Never had an empty drink, never suffered a miscommunication. We got our wings first (as requested) and they were great! Breaded, and crispy. We went for the Buffalo mild sauce, because that’s what I always do when I order wings at a place for the first time. It’s usually very telling, because if it’s Franks Red Hot, you can bet the other sauces are also going to be from a bucket. This was not. It was very buttery, and really enjoyable.Next the pizzas came. We took advantage of the pizza special and got two 10” pies. One Pepperoni and Mushroom, the other Sausage and bacon. Both were excellent. Thin and crispy crust which is tough to achieve without over cooking the cheese and toppings. but, they nailed it. Good coverage on the pizza, unique sauce, plenty of cheese. Very tasty.Most likely my new Monday hang. I really don’t have anything bad to say about the first visit. I’m glad I took this recommendation.

The service was Awesome❤ He took the time to make sure everyone was ready. Even though half out party was late. Their pizza is excellent for thin crust, he also made sure there wasnt a drop of dairy near my pizza, which really showed he cared about me with my food allergies.
Good pizza. I like the outdoor seating options and the attention to safety shows. Will definitely be there again.

Best pizza in Lancaster, hands down! Friendly staff, and they created a really cool vibe. I really wanted to like this place, but its filthy. You can feel the crud in the booths, between the back rests and the seats. Dust is everywhere in the place. The bathrooms are appalling. Here are a few pics, the top of the hand dryer, the door pull cylinder, and the exhaust fan. If they let public areas of the building get this out of hand, its absolutely scary to think what the back of the house must look like. I cant eat there anymore. The servers area and kitchen must be shocking.
We love the cricket. Its got a nice pub atmosphere. The owner is on top of keeping rowdy jerks out so its a good place to take the family. Food is great. Fries are phenomenal.
Had the lasagna, it was OK but not something that I would return to have.

Well... let me tell you how our visit was. Not good. The food was okay, but the service was far from good. We had a buy one get one free dinner coupon and the waitress split hairs and refused to take it...long story, not going into it here. She was very rude about it. We sat with empty glasses and empty plates for like 20 minutes. She never checked to make sure our meals were ok... she brought our check back and after refusing the coupon asked us which bill in her hands was ours. She had another tables check too. She gave us another persons refill glass and ran off when we tried to tell her. Praying that person wasnt sick! Let me just say, I have absolutely no reason to ever return to this place...way better other options in Lancaster. They were also a little pricey! So, please... avoid this place and have a nicer time someplace else 😡
In a town full of great pizza, Pink Cricket stands out. Hadnt been there in a while but checked it out again today, the food was better than I remembered.
Service was not very welcoming. After work long shift at the hospital. Was looking forward to my first time there. Was not treated well. Wont be back.

First time there, service was rude, I was obvious at the bar everyone walked past me..., it took 5 minutes for someone to realize it. I almost walked out. I went there based on their reputation so I waited, ordered pizza to go because their website offered no call in info or menu. I guess they dont need more business. The pizza was awesome. But I dont think I will return to eat in. If you can order for out as they only care about close friends in the their bar!

This place has been around for years and always has great food and great service. The interior has not been changed or updated in a long time but it is always clean and takes me back in time every time I walk through the door. Paul (son) is always friendly and goes out of his way to talk to customers and get to know them. I highly recommend there pizza!!

We visited the Pink Cricket because we had a BOGO entree coupon from the Entertainment Book.Typical bar and grill decor... Probably not updated since the 80s. Aint broke, not fixing it. The bar and dining area were clean and relatively busy.The wait staff were having trouble keeping up... We were greeted ten minutes after sitting at a table. Decent menu variety... We ordered the Cod dinner and a meatball sub with soft drinks.Despite the slow service, I did get a couple drink refills... However, they refill your glass instead bringing a new one and I was brought the childs root beer refill from the next table. Following a large gulp and realizing it wasnt my glass, I stared at the kid for fifteen minutes, I decided that he PROBABLY wasnt a carrier of the next world killing super virus and went ahead and finished his root beer... Since the server had disappeared and I was thirsty. I waved it off and didnt complain.The food was pretty good and that is why Im giving two stars. The service was slow and rather unfriendly but adequate. Totally prepared to give her the standard 15% gratuity cause I try not to be THAT guy.The problem came when I went to pay. Since we didnt purchase two ENTREES, they would not honor the coupon. I attempted to explain that my meatball sub was actually less expensive than any entree on the menu so I was saving them money but they were apparently looking for a loophole to avoid honoring the coupon. I wasnt going to war over an $8 sandwich so I paid the bill without further complaint. Our server returned with a handful of paid checks, held them out, and asked which one was mine. I apparently took too long to answer as she became impatient and asked, Whats your name?!. We figured it out, I signed the bill. I honestly feel bad for not leaving a tip... Maybe she was just having a bad day. However, I can assuredly state that Ill never return to the Pink Cricket.
This is a great and relaxing place to have a few adult beverages. They have a great pizza. The owners know 90% of the people that come in to the Pink Cricket by their first name.

Visited once while in Lancaster looking for something different. Food was good but not great. I see over reviewers raving the pizza - we had the pizza and it was just OK. Restaurant was very dated and could use some work. Service was sufficient but not great. Worth trying if you want something different or some local flare but we do not plan to return as there are better options in Lancaster.

If you go in on a Friday night and expect to sit at the bar to enjoy dinner.... DONT!! Bartender EVER tells me I need to order my food now if I want anything. Visited Hocking Hills State Park and was really hungry after the Winter Hike. We googled nearby Restaurants and glad we found this place. Everyone was so welcoming and kind. Homemade sauce on the pizza is AMAZING!
As always my dinner was delicious grilled chicken french fries and Sprite Paul is not only a great business owner he is also a great chef... his employees are all very polite very kind I would suggest it to anyone.......

Not the Pink Cricket pizza that I remember from 20 years ago. Must have changed ingredients since then. Not worth the above average price in my book. Bread sticks were on point though!
