We ordered a Birthday Edible Arrangement for my mother-in-law and it was BEAUTIFUL. The pineapple flowers were big and the fruit was fresh and it was just beautiful. It was delivered when promised and the delivery driver was kind enough to bring the arrangement in for her and sit it on the counter. This is our first order from this location and we were very impressed! THANK YOU TO EVERYONE AT THIS LOCATION! Cant wait to order again!

We received an arrangement as a gift. That is when I found out that this location had new owners, and had reopened. The person who made the delivery was very polite, and delivered the basket with great care. As always with Edible Arrangements, the fruit was delicious

Communication could be better especially if they are making your order in the afternoon and it doesn’t get delivered till 7pm. There was no knock at their door. My friend was leaving for work and saw it on the doorstep. Not sure how long it was out there before he found it.

They did a great job!! They were so helpful and courteous when ordering and I had no idea what to get. I Couldn’t be happier with my experience. Most importantly my wife LOVED IT!!

I placed a same day order with this location for an out-of-town relative and they went above and beyond to make sure that my gift was delivered. The owner called me personally to try to make arrangements for a 2nd delivery after a failed attempt. There are so many companies that are so big now that you dont always get this type of care and service. Thank you for the service you provided, Edible Arrangements!!! If youre thinking about placing an order this location will NOT disappoint : ) Oh, and they LOVED the gift!

Not very impressed...I ordered the LARGE Rainbow & Butterflies Bouquet with additional pineapple #10 for my son and daughter-in-laws 10th Wedding Anniversary. Although delivery driver was VERY courteous, the arrangement delivered sure didnt look like what was pictured on the website! As a custom cake decorator, I understand that nothing ever looks as good as those photos, but this arrangement was just sad looking.The disclaimer on the website said that the product container may vary, but that wasnt the problem. The differences between the arrangement pictured and the one received were disappointing.Received was: the pictured container, the pineapple #10 that I ordered, 2 pineapple butterflies, and 3 pineapple/cantaloupe ball daisies as pictured (okay so far)... BUT skewers of honeydew had only one melon ball per skewer (3 per skewer are pictured); skewers of cantaloupe were wedges (instead of the 3 balls per skewer pictured); 5 skewers of 3 grapes each (6 are pictured); 3 pineapple hearts (4 pictured); and 6 dipped and drizzled strawberries (8 pictured).The arrangement of the fruits provided was not very pleasing to the eye, either. Fruits were all grouped together on the same length skewer and all were toward the middle of the arrangement instead of stacking/staggering for the more full look pictured.Perhaps this is a training issue...perhaps the person assembling was in a hurry...perhaps I expect the quality work that I strive to provide for my own customers...I dont know. But I DO know that this arrangement falls WAY short of what I expected for my $81+ investment in a unique gift! I wish I could post a side-by-side photo of what i ordered and what was delivered. It truly is disappointing.Ill not be ordering again.

Ive purchased here many times and never had an issue, employees that arent meant for customer service usually ruin your experience, went in at 2:30 explained to Mr. Smarty pants Kyle that I had an emergency gift I needed for tomorrow, online it says they close at 5, he says sorry i dont have anything to make an arrangement with, i turned the chocolate machine off a while ago because they actually close at 3, little kid tried lecturing me that I should always call somewhere to make sure the places Im going to are open, that was the 1st smart comment, I followed with can you take my number down and pass it to your manager to see if we could work something out as I really needed this tomorrow, online also says theyre open Sunday from 10-3 he says well she has a family and will most likely not call you till Monday, yea thanks for the great customer service kyle 👍

I got a Mothers Day platter of strawberries for my mother which looked delicious and she enjoyed greatly! The only issued I had was that your company did not have enough supply of Mothers Day balloons for the demand, which is fine. Yet, you are charging $5 each and a customer should get exactly what they paid for, Mothers Day balloons. I get that you cant possibly predict how many orders you will have for this holiday during a pandemic. However, walking down to the Dollar Tree where your customers can see where your getting their balloons from because you have a shortage is not good for business. Especially when those balloons cost you $1. At least go to a different store out of view of your customers. I mean i would have done the same, but not in the view of customers. It just leaves your customers with the feeling of, I should have just got my balloons there and for a lot cheaper.

I ordered an arrangement to be personally picked up at the Greenwood IN location, and to my amazement...it was ready, fresh, and correct. Thank you for making it the right way. And for rendering excellent customer service.

Great service and prices! I asked to be notified so the birthday girl could receive the gift herself, they called me 20 min. before and arrived just on time. Fruit was fresh and pretty. Ordering on their web page is very easy.Will order again!

If i could give a 0 star i would. I live in Atlanta Georgia and i wanted to send my friend an arrangement to greenwood indiana. it was her birthday i placed the order online got a confirmation and it took the payment out of my account just for them to call me and tell me at 4pm to tell me that they cant deliver my order. Do not order from this location if you want your loved one to receive their arrangement on time. horrible experience ever!!!!!!!

Orderd a dozen strawberries and brought them to my wife for her anniversary. The first night we ate a few of them and left the rest in the fridge for the next day. When we opened the fridge the next day they had all turned to mush and had to be thrown away. These must have been frozen or on the verge of rotten.

These are unique gifts which are a little on the expensive side, but well worth it. Best to view the website first. I ordered and picked up at the store. The employees were friendly and knowledgeable. I wanted to personally give a Thank You arrangement to the Guidance Counselors at Whiteland HS. They *loved* their delicious gift; it just hit the spot during AP Exams.

I made an order for Valentines day for my wife. What she received was nothing like I had ordered. I called to let corporate know and they said I would hear back from the store in 48 hours. I finally called the store and a worker there said they had run out of items and had just substituted items! Said they had too many orders to call every customer and let them know! LOL Its now been a week and still no call back or refund. Everytime I go by the store the manager is never there and she is the only one who can issue a refund. Ive called corporate several times and usually give up after an hour on hold. Their customer service to resolve issues is just poor at best. Their FB page is overwhelmed right now with people not receiving orders and not getting refunds. Looks like a big problem, so beware if ordering for a popular holiday.

Store and website plastered with 15-20 percent discounts non of which are valid. They wont honor any because of a variety of reasons. Even the 5 dollar off coupon they send to your email isnt valid.Bit the price bullet anyways and scheduled 1 pm pick up. It wasnt ready till almost 2 oclock pm. I live no where near there and stopped by in the middle of my work day.So 0 discounts even though advertised and on top of that it cost me payroll.2 stars because even though they wont honor prices or time they were still polite people working there and they worked hard. The online ordering system seems to be the flaw not the staff.

I went in a spoke to the person in charge on the friday before easter, had a very pleasant conversation and ordered a easter arrangement and paid $197. Had it delivered the day before easter, it was a big arrangement because we had around 15 people over. Any other time we had purchased the fruit it was gone the the first day or the 2nd, all goneBut this arrangement wasnt fresh or something because the cantalope and other melon was old tasting and the pineapple was hard to chew so we put it in an airtight container and on monday it was trash. I called and they had the manager call me back ( I wont use any names) but she basically told me I was nuts or lying to her and she wasnt going to do anything about it so I said thank you and hung up. I have ordered several arrangements over the past 3 or 4 years personally and professionally for my flooring business clients and had good luck the only problem Ive ever encountered was with the help at another 2 stores so I started coming to the one in greenwood. I know Im not a huge customer but I went back and looked and Ive soent over $1600. In my company name with edible arrangements but Ive spent my last dollar with them I guess Ill go back to sending flowers.#very disappointed

Not great with problems. My husband ordered something for me and I wasnt home when it was delivered. They left it with my neighbor who insisted he wouldnt be home to give it to me. They left it with him anyway. When I called to complain they told me theyd go pick it up from my neighbor the next day and re-deliver it. First of all Im upset my neighbor was pressured into taking it. Secondly it seems weird that theyd want to pick it up and then redeliver it instead of just making a new one to deliver. Not impressed.

Took them for ever to deliver my stuff. I kept calling them during normal business hours it kept saying they was closed. They items I received was very small like my bear.
