I had just spent 4000 plus and everything was good then a day later light came on again saying a issue that was fixed within the job that was just done but when I dropped my truck back off they said different than what the test told me and charged me another $209 which is confusing and upsetting but overall it was done but I hate waiting so long before it’s done but Johnny the advisor is amazing and always make things happen and the truck is now fixed again… excellent just long wait times and I don’t understand why they test showed different than mine and I prefer seeing what they test showed instead of just being told and charged which I agreed to but just stating my concern but they do still have my business always

My car was in the shop for over a month. Poor communication. I had to call for updates and physically go in. When I picked my car up I was very unsatisfied with the repairs. They had to put it back in the shop to fix it a second time. I am still not pleased with the outcome but Im tired of trying.Update: They reached out almost instantly after my post. Im impressed because most companies dont care. They have offered to fix my car! Kudos!Update: 4 weeks later they have not repaired my car and are not willing to work with me to do so. I am being told I have to drive 13hrs to bring them my car... THEY WANT ME TO PAY MY GAS, MY TIME AND MISS WORK TO DRIVE 13HRS WITH ONE HEAD LIGHT AND A MALFUNCTIONING EMERGENCY BRAKING SYSTEM!!! UNACCEPTABLE

Called to see if then could help me with my car. The people were friendly and where very helpful with their advice. Carried my car in and left it over night and they fixed it and called to give me an update. The two gentlemen at the desk were very helpful and answered all my questions. Everyone at Cannon Motors of Greenwood were great.

Quick and efficient service, however the service included a tire rotation and instead of reprogramming the info center to show the tires and pressures in the new correct positions, what was done was to zero out both the A and B trip meters. I am on a long cross country trip and keeping statistics and this ruined my daily and trip totals.
