Great experience with Martha. Bought an electric Lazy Boy recliner. They said no delivery until Sept. or Oct. Delivered in July by two terrific young men who were pleasant and courteous. Going to go in next week to see Martha about a sleep number mattress. I would recommend this store to anybody and everybody!

NEVER purchase anything from The Mattress Factory and Furniture & Mattress Galleries in Greenwood, SC. Currently waiting on a couch since May that I have already paid full price for & being told they cannot guarantee when I will receive it & they will not issue me a refund. By the looks of it we will have a newborn before we ever have a couch! Worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

Definitely the most friendly and helpful staff. Great selection of recliners. Also very helpful to let me purchase but delay delivery until a specific day. Super helpful team. Great delivery and great product.

Love love love this place!!!! Moving from out of state, you just do not know where to get the best selection and prices, but this store has proven to be a true gem!!! We purchased 3 bedroom suites, mattresses., pillows.. all exactly what we were looking for at very reasonable prices and the sales associates were very knowledgeable and friendly! Delivery and set up was also quick and no problem! Start to finish, I would highly recommend this to others hands down!Looking forward to supporting this business in the future and you should also!

The customers service is excellent. We felt welcomed as soon as we came in, not knowing they were closing soon. Martha answered all my questions and showed me the best options for what I was looking for and price range. It was overall a great experience and Id recommend this place to everyone.

I went to buy 4 mattresses and 4 Mattress protectors yesterday and I only opened one when I realized their mistake. They gave me mattress covers instead of protectors and I went back the next day so I could return or exchange them and the lady said she couldn’t give me a refund or exchange because of covid but still had the audacity to try and sell me the ones that I wanted in the first place. For someone to come up with covid as an excuse to not exchange or refund me my money you would think she would have a mask policy and any other sign indicating that due to covid they will not exchange or refund any purchase. Since that’s a policy they decided to have with me I hope they make sure all customers are aware and leave their store with items they asked for instead of cheap items that I won’t be able to resale.

I came during a sales event and got free sheets and they delivered out to my area past Lake Greenwood! The young men setting up my bed and mattress were respectful and quick. The nice lady helping me out gave me suggestions about different mattress types (who knew there were so many) and got the perfect one for me and my wife. Good people there!!

Bought an Ashley dinning set here today. Prices are great. Customer service was wonderful. They all were very friendly and accommodating. I had a great experience here and will definitely be returning.

I am from the Laurens area and was moving my son in at Lander. He needed sheets, pillows, and small chest. They were SO helpful! made the process of getting my baby into college easier and afterwards I went and ordered a dinning set I found there for myself!! They delivered it out to me and had great service the entire time! 10/10 recommend if your in Greenwood or the surrounding areas

Love being able to look at the item online and even order from there or go in store and try them out! They will order you any thing you want and do it with a smile! Also, really enjoyed getting my new sheet set and pillows from them they are SO comfy and they shipped them to my house 🤗

They always seem to have a sale going on which is great for the wallet!! The owners were super friendly! As we tried out mattress and chairs in their lazy gallery they gave my husband and I complementary drinks and kept checking on different prices for us. Really great local place!!!!!

The staff is so friendly here. They have a great selection of mattresses and the prices are excellent. We were so impressed by them the first time we bought a mattress together as a married couple, we decided to go back to them to get our second one. Highly recommend everyone check them out when you need mattresses or furniture.

I found this place by accident and it ended up being the best decision ever. Great customer service, affordable prices, they even gave me a deal for my new mattress with sheets and a mattress cover, and delivered it same day! Then the delivery guys were so friendly and helpful, they finished putting together my bedframe for me! I am so satisfied with this purchase and reccomend them to anyone in town.

In early September I went into Mattress Factory here in Greenwood looking to purchase myself a new mattress since my current one was too firm and causing me back pain. I spoke with a sales lady and told her I needed a SOFT MATTRESS. We went around the store and I tried several mattresses and eventually found one I really liked. It felt much softer than my old mattress, and was within my price range. I purchased the mattress that day, and it was to be delivered the next week. Once the delivery guys arrived with the mattress (a whole week late, mind you.) they carried it into my house, REMOVED THE PROTECTIVE PLASTIC and set it on my bed platform. I signed for it and they left. I then went to put the sheets on the bed only to discover that it was VERY firm. Surely there had been a mistake. This WAS NOT the same bed I tried in the store. I went and checked the receipt and sure enough it said “Sealy Firm mattress” Obviously something got mixed up somewhere along the way. I called Mattress Factory they next day and asked what we could do. The lady told me she would have to speak to the owner, and that I should call back later. I stopped by the store that evening and the lady behind the counter told me that since I had removed the plastic (the delivery guys actually did that) from the mattress, they could not accept a return on the mattress. I was stuck with it. I called back several times trying to reach a more suitable solution with Mattress Factory, but even after speaking with the owner I was basically told to go kick rocks. I will never do business with that store again, and I warn anyone else that goes in there to get a return policy in writing before purchasing anything from them. If I could give less than one star, I would. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS.

Ive worked here over 4 years. Staff and bosses are wonderful! Although i am an employee, I am also a customer as well! Ready for my sofa to arrive that i ordered the other day! Various price ranges! Something for everyone!

I purchased a box spring and mattress along with a Sleep Tite mattress protector from the Mattress Factory this weekend for my daughter. I was uncertain of the mattress protector because it was $103.99 but was sold on it by the sales staff. When we got home we tried it on the new mattress (which again was purchased at the same place at the same time) and immediately realized that this was not going to work on this mattress. I took the mattress protector back the next day and was told that there are not refunds for any items. I explained to them that I purchased the mattress protector based on their recommendation and that it doesnt fit this mattress and that I would like a refund. At this point the owner came in and told me that he could not refund me the money because he would lose money. I priced the same mattress cover on Amazon and it cost $38.99. Based on that price the Mattress Factory has approximately $25.00 invested in the product. During the entire discussion the owners justification for not allowing a refund was because he was going to lose money. Thats poor and short-sighted customer service and this is not where I want to spend my money in the future.
