I love this store. It is always so clean and organized and the staff has always been friendly. My favorite skincare line is here and the rewards points are so great. Ill keep coming until they stop selling products I love...which I doubt will ever happen.

Sephora was my favorite shopping destination. I’ve been trying to shop there for the past year. I understand Covid changed things but this location has been just AWFUL. They are downright unwelcoming. They make the shopping feel like an interrogation when you enter and browsing? Forget it.

I will never return to this Sephora again. Everyone there is super rude! Especially their Manager. No one deserves to be treated rudely. The second you enter the store the atmosphere is just not comforting, the employees are not welcoming their customers.

Dont ever call this companys location and expect professional service. My wife called asking a question so she could purchase one of their products online, but was abruptly hung up on. The manager was very short with her and disrespectful. Not a great customer service experience at all from a condescending manager.

I will not be returning to this Sephora anymore. I went three different times to get foundation. The first time, they didnt have my shade in any brand I wanted. The second time, the girl recommended me an ABH foundation which actually was nothing like what I requested and it was too light.. The third time, the girl was in an obvious rush because she gave me a foundation thats at least 3-5 shades lighter than what I am. The staff here are not knowledgeable. Theyll follow you around and act as if youre shoplifting. This is why I shop at Ulta.

Only God can judge you? Try walking into a sephora lmao. The women working today were nasty, they didnt say anything rude but they followed us around the store the entire time we shopped and were giving us stink eyes the whole time. As we left 3 different employees looked us up and down like we were trying to steal from them (even though they followed us around the entire time AND DID NOT LET US TOUCH ANY OF THE PRODUCTS). I went to ulta yesterday and everyone was so much more polite and the experience was overall more pleasant.

I like this place only time i got treated bad was when i returned something they really don’t like it when you return stuff but other than costumer service is ok if you want to go there to shop but if you want to get your make up done go to youtube and do it yourself i definitely do not recommended the make up artists here one was super nice but i didn’t like the end result the other one rude and arrogant and trimmed my eyelashes extensions way way to short.

Personally,I buy most of my makeup here because I dont have an ULTA near me. The prices are relatively similar to the products at the original companies site. However, Sephora decided to lay off more than half of their employees without any notice at all after promising a period of two week pay. For this reason, my business has been lost.

I went to update my look. They give free makeup sessions on eyes, foundation, etc. Their store has a huge selection. Most personnel are very nice and helpful and teach me new things. If you ask, they have a quick checkout when there are more than 30 or more women standing in line.

Horrible customer service. I’ve gone in there multiple times, never was I greeted. The employees looked right at me and never greeted me, but greeted customers who came in a few moments after I did. I was never asked if I needed help and one lady stood on the side of me and watched me as if I were trying to steal. I will not be returning and will instead try the one inside of jc penny. Their loss.

I went to the location in JCPenneys at Greenwood, they asked how I was doing, I told them I needed a pick me up day. They girl looked at me like I was insane. She asked what I was looking for, i told her lashes, she had the gentleman working with her show me where they were. He did and walked off. I felt brushed off. I left and went to MAC, the experience was amazing and the sales woman was attentive on the fact I was in a bit of a rut. She made me feel wanted. Sephoras sales people made me feel like I was a bother and inconvenience. Never going back. Ill stick to MAC. Train your sales associates to make people feel important.

Just go to Ulta.Seriously, the testers at this Sephora location are always nasty, and I know thats not truly the employees fault but you can at least wipe down the displays so theres not product smeared everywhere. Then again, it might be, as I can never get any service in here at all, regardless whether or not Im wearing makeup, dressed up or down. The only time I have ever seen anyone get service in here is if you are in a group.So unless youre in a group, just go to Ulta.

If I could give this store zero stars, I would. I’ve been going for a long time to this store, and usually seek help from the same salesperson. Earlier this year, I went in asking for help because my makeup wasn’t staying on my face for more than an hour. The salesperson recommended the Huda Beauty primer. It did help makeup stick to my skin, but buyer beware...it clogged my pores, horribly. I could see my clogged pores through my makeup. It took time, but by the time I figured out what was going on (multiple visits to Sephora, Ulta, and a final visit to my dermatologist), I had used just over half the bottle of primer. I went in yesterday to find a new primer, and asked if I could return the bottle. I told her it was outside the return policy, and that I had used more than half. But since she recommended I use it, it clogged my pores, and I spent more money there trying to un-clog them, I asked anyways. The salesperson told me I could return it, even given the circumstances. When I went in today, they wouldn’t take it back. The salesperson and the manager told me they couldn’t do anything for me. So now I’m out the $35 for a primer that damaged my skin, and another $75 for products to help undo the damage.

Kids were running around opening things as I was shopping with two friends. They accused me of stealing product then after searching me and finding NOTHING, my friends even told them they could search them and told them they are fine. They made me pay $80 bucks for items I did not have.Dont go to this Sephora if you dont wear makeup one day there because they will try to make you into a bad guy.They laughed at us because we had questions.They gave no attention to the children running around the store opening things, just the girl with vibrant red hair shopping with two friends.

I went to the one inside Jc Penny and the guy who I assume was the manager was awfully rude, I bought 3 pallets spent about $300 and I asked for 2 primer samples to find a new primer and they were just rude about it. On my way out I saw there was another Sephora down the hall, this one, and as soon as I walked in I was greeted, I asked the lady there that I had shopped at the previous Sephora but they couldnt help me find a sample for two primers and she was so nice about it and even apologized for the previous store.

Sephora is a good makeup store. But the employees arent as good as Ulta.My experience at Sephora wasnt the best. I asked two women if they could shade in my brows and show me different products. One of the women walked away and the other helped me. She was nice but then basically read me to filth about how my brows arent good. And she had NOOO idea what she was doing. Now I can do my own brows. But you know sometimes youd like to see new products and I was told the employess know what they are doing. So I let her do them. It was a older woman with long red hair. Shes there all the time.Basically I wont go there again. Ill have to travel to a different one.Sephora has always had employess who never knew what they were doing.
