I love shopping here. 99% of the store is always on sale, and for the other 1% theres always coupons for it. The staff is always sweet and helpful, the store is always clean, and everything is super easy to find! Best craft store ever!

They have fabrics if you want them, my friend bought fabric for pjs and now she made pjs with the fabric that they sell so buy fabric if you want it from fabric joananaananana

Nice store loaded with craft supplies; however, if you are a serious fine artist this is not the place to come for most of your supplies. If you are a student or are just starting out there is a small selection of low-to-medium quality paint kits and other economical kits, including low priced brushes, canvases and drawing/sketching/multi-use/watercolor books. I love the crafting side of JoAnns however. It carries a large yarn selection in all weights and many fibers, and some nice lines of needles. If you cant afford boutique yarn store prices you can usually find a reasonable substitute at a low (comparatively) price. Fabrics are likewise, with good supporting sewing supplies and machines. Overall, JoAnns is worth making the trip to. I can spend hours in this store just looking at things! Happy crafting!!

This store, in Greenwood, is always a fun place for me. Its a big store and its clean. Always a plus.

Ok, got what I need, staff was kind and accommodating, the store itself needs a rework. Its super cluttered and like a maze, it just a poor layout, and it didnt used to be this way.

The cutting counter service is great. I love being able to get samples, too. Love the app for coupons.

Stopped in on our way back to Texas. We spent so much money. Lol had so much we didnt have local.

The assistant i asked knew where the product i needed was and was very helpful suggesting a variety of options.

First had a return couldnt do it at one side. Had go get in the checkout lane and wait in line to doa return at the same counter??. Didnt find what I needed but did find some clearance items. Got to check out couldnt get my coupons to come up on the app.The cashier seemed to be put out, to even ring me out....gave me attitude also about a clearance price .I paid for my items, I said have a good day. Dont need attitude, sorry wont be back. 😔

Everyone was great and nice. And then the cashier was in to much of a hurry for me to be comfortable or for her to be helpful. Know I had a coupon to use but could not remember which 1 and normally they know which would work with things being purchased, but this young lady, was not. I will be back because of other staff but I will remember her.

This place is huge. Ive never been inside a Joanns before, I usually just shop their online store. I decided to go see what yarns were there and I couldnt believe all the different kinds available in store. I ended up getting almost $200 worth of yarn that was either on sale of on clearance. I saved over $100 off regular price. I now have enough yarn for so many items. Ill be busy for months using this up this yarn. Looking forward to cooler weather and days spent crocheting to pass the time.

They had 108-120 inch fabric for with backs!!

This trip, well still smells like an antique store however, I saw the store a bit differently.Visit was with a friend, so saw through a TRUE crafters /needlers... eyes. Quality and beautiful fabrics! Prices are high but with coupons, I end up paying reasonable amount for stuffs. Also they hold sewing classes and repair sewing machines at this location. Love it!

Staff are always friendly and helpful. The wait times to checkout can be rather long during peak hours, and it is partially due to their old technology --it takes several minutes before all the receipts and coupons are printed.

Have a lot of fabrics to choose from just about anything you need that had to do with crafts and fabrics definitely has the most fabric choose between Hobby Lobby and Michaels. Dosent have much stuff on the hobby side the more a fabric store only. Its located right by the Greenwood mall in a very nice clean location.

Very pleased! Found some Calico Critters for my daughter and granddaughter. They had a great selection of them, and most of them were the hard to find ones.

Whenever I get a coupon, I cant wait to shop here. Usually I have something specific Im looking for and find it right away. This time the Christmas cookie cutters were 90% off and I couldnt resist. Bought several to tie onto jars filled with cookie ingredients for presents next year. Always get inspired by something on sale. The check out line was long and within a minute, 2 more cashiers were added. Great store

The people at this Joann Fabrics are pretty nice and really helpful! The only downfall to this store, in my personal opinion, is just space. There are always things in the large aisles that make it hard to maneuver but then the actual product aisles are really narrow as well. It makes it really difficult to navigate through the store and almost impossible if there are a lot of shoppers. Otherwise, this store offers a great selection and service!

Greatpeople for the most part in the store runs fairly efficiently really loved the one young lady from the sewing machine company viking she did a fantastic job of assisting us above and beyond her duties

I was so offended last nite when shoping here. The lady who was ringing up my order was sitting down behind register picking a sore on her arm that was bleeding. So distracted with wiping the blood her picking was creating. I swipe my card and have to let her know the machine says it waiting on cashier twice. She finally finishes my transaction and with the same hand thats been holding the PT and she has used to to pick her arm she goes to grab my reciept and coupons to hand to me. I abruptly tell I do not want them and go to the next cashier to ask to speak with a manager. To my Surprise she tells me that April the lady that attended me is the Manager. I have never been so shocked and disappointed in my life. All the while she was not wearing a mask and has the gull to be picking a bleeding sore in the middle of the situation that the world is currently in. I stop at this location a couple times a week. I have the app on my phone and I usually enjoy shopping for yarn here. But I will have to consider Micheals or Hobby Lobby.

Nice selection of fabric & accessories. They also have diversified there stock to become a full service craft store. Their baking & cake stock is extremely comprehensive. Their fabric tends to be more on the expensive side, but when theyre the only game in town its better than it could be.

I like coming here to peruse fabrics and jewelry making supplies. I can normally find something to suit my fancy, whether it be new/different beads or an eye catching fabric that would look cute made I to a skirt or other such garment.. Prices are reasonable, especially with coupons and sales.
