Put windshield in motor home correctly . left a little black stuff around edges. I can probably remove. Big surprise was unless you pay by check[cant remember last check used] or cash, you have to 4 percent. which is 4 dollars per hundred. The bill was $500.00. This isnt the 1980s is it?? Plus during covid19 most places dont like cash. They didnt disclose this in three phone calls or in person conversations. Would have been over hour round trip home. 07/29/2021 update and short reply to be honest. I recieved my money back for the fee. From the people who sent me there. no one understood wanting to accept credit cards, but not the fees ? Plus I get the extra waterproofing, I didnt get lack of clean up

Eric Davis and everyone at Perfection Auto Glass in Greenwood are awesome! I had a crack in the windshield of my Class A RV so I called my insurance. After having problems with them understanding what they needed to do, I called to local RV dealers and was referred to Eric at Perfection. Eric took care of EVERYTHING. He fixed the insurance people plus had to reorder the windshield twice due to damage in shipping. He kept me updated on what was going on during every step. I thought that it might take a month to get my windshield replaced but they did it in 2 working days! They did quality work too. The windshield looks better and looks sealed better than it did from the factory. I say that he went above and beyond but I’m sure that’s how he handles every customer he works with. Excellent job!

Called on Tuesday 12/8/20 for a quote and they got it to me right away and even was able to get me in on Wednesday 12/9/20 as soon as they opened. They said it would take an hour and a half, but had my windshield replaced in only an hour! It was great!The only issue I had was, upon entering, they had a sign that asked customers to socially distance and refrain from touching multiple surfaces. That makes sense, but I didnt see a single employee with a mask on and I saw multiple employees in close proximity to one another with no masks. Id give 5 stars if it wasnt for that.Customer service, and the service itself was amazing and would recommend!

I was very happy with my experience at Perfection, the people were great. They did a 3 way call with my insurance company. There was no wait when I showed for my appointment, the guys in the shop were very nice and answered all my questions. The windshield was great, very clear with no waves in it, the installation was clean. When I left it was raining and I had no streaks on the glass. Long story short...unfortunately the electric door lock on my car got broken while working on the drivers side glass. The door lock was replaced without any charge to us. They even offered to come to our house to make the repair when they got the part in.After speaking with one of the owners, it’s clear this company strives to make sure each customer has a great experience. Very easy to work with. Called on Monday and had someone fixing my windshield by Tuesday morning. Price quoted over the phone was the final price of the repair. They also mentioned if for some reason the repair doesnt work as expected they would take the cost of the repair off of a new windshield if it was needed. Overall a good experience.

After being stood up by a different Auto Glass company, I called Eric at Perfection Auto Glass. He was very upfront with me on the phone. He had me come to the shop to have a technician look at my problem. I did not have to leave my car (I have 2 small kids), he came out with a technician and gave me a quote if I did decide to have the work done. Ultimately, I was told it was a cosmetic issue and it was my decision if I wanted to do the work or not. I was very happy with their honesty and professionalism. I would highly recommend Perfection Auto Glass.

They were nice on the phone. However, i was not given the choice of a mobile option just to take my truck in. Made an appointment for 8 am. Once i got there the receptionist asked if i was waiting or coming back. I told her coming back. She proceeded to tell me if i was coming back then they fit my truck in and it will be done by end of day. This was very disappointing to me. The whole idea of making an appointment was so i wouldnt have to wait. I did tell her i would just go somewhere else. She changed her mind and asked me what time i would want to pick it up. An hour later i had a call stating it was done. They did a great job and when i went to pick it up they were very nice. But i would suggest in the future if someone makes an appointment dont tell them they have to wait or it wont be done until end of day.

They were able to replace the cracked windshield on my Toyota corolla next-day, at a fair price. They drove out to where my car was parked, very professional throughout, no hassle at all. I shopped quotes from 5 places and Perfection was the most responsive and among the best priced. Id be happy to recommend anyone to use Perfection for windshield replacements.

This place treated me right. Needed to replace my windshield. All the electronics made it pretty expensive. Perfection gave me a quote and they were slightly lower than others in the area. Super nice people in there and within walking distance to my house. I went there for those 3 reasons. When I picked up car, it was about $150 cheaper because they discovered they didnt have to recalibrate it after all. Nice surprise for my wallet. A couple of days later, the cover behind the mirror came off. Since Im so close, I just went by to have them put back on. Discovered the tabs had actually been broken when they did install. They immediately ordered another cover for me. No hassle. I will go here again if the need arises.

They did a wonderful job after someone broke into our vehicle. They had the glass ordered in 6 hours after I called them and took about 45 minutes to install and get us back on the road. It was great to work with them and I highly recommend them.

Wife took a rock off the windshield a month ago, they worked me in same day and took care of it and billed my insurance for the repair....No hassle at all! Now a month later, Im having to take my car in due to the same thing (stupid rocks!) Got my claim info from insurance, called Perfection at 11a, they got me in set up to come in today in at 2p for the repair! Loving the convenience of working with them and the repair on the wifes car was perfect!

Where do I start! They did an AMAZING job with everything. From the phone call to set up to coming out at my work place to fix it. I called on a Thursday and spoke to Eric and he made the appointment set up so easy and it was half the cost of Safelite saving me over $200 and had a better warranty! They were able to come out the next day to my work and by time I went to lunch I had a new windshield. I believe the mans name was Colton and he did a great job! My only suggestion and it wasn’t that big of a deal, was that the glass was a little dirty and I had nothing to clean it with at work. I know he was alone and did the installation himself so again it wasn’t a big deal. I hope to never have to call them again but if I do I won’t think twice!!

They gave us excellent service on 2 windshield jobs. We thought that we had a wind noise in one and they tested it at no charge and they found that the cowl was vibrating and making the sound. We bought the part and they installed it free. We will use them again for future glass work.

It pays to go with the locals, great price, fast service, overall good experience. Tried to go with the big name companies like Safelite, they wanted more than double and gave me a three week turnaround. Highly recommend Perfection!

Great experience with these guys, they came out and replaced 2 of our vehicle windshields for much less than safelite quoted. A few weeks later we got a rock chip in one of the replaced windshields and they came to our house and repaired for no charge. A+ service, highly recommend.

These guys were fantastic. Had a windshield replaced back in June of last year. After not one, but *two* failed attempts to get Safelite to come out, I found these guys on Google and called them up. They came to my home, had the windshield replaced super quickly, and even worked around the construction that was taking place on our street that day (road resurface). AND they did it all at a significantly lower price than Safelite quoted previously. Cannot recommend highly enough for a windshield replacement! Thanks!

I made an appointment for 4PM on Thursday on a Tuesday. When I arrived not only did they not have my glass but their system had me booked for Friday and no one told me I got bumped back a day. I am going to be requesting a discount on my windshield to compensate for my wasted time and gasoline. If you need glass work done on your vehicle I recommend you look someplace else.

Quick, professional and great price

Good response to a problem. The windshield repair itself had no issues and looked like it had come from the factory. But my wiper rain sensor no longer worked. PAG did come to my house to attempt to repair it but I ended up having to go to the dealer to get the sensor replaced. When I spoke to the folks at PAG to let them know the issues I had they took care of my bill with the dealer. If Id had no problems at all this would be a 5 star review. But Im very pleased with the way PAG handled a job that didnt go perfectly. I absolutely recommend them.
