These guys are great! Our washing machine was leaking, and after calling several other appliance places, including the one we bought our washing machine from, and getting service times of two weeks or more, I called Efficient Appliance. They were able to come out that same day and found where the leak was. Then they came back the next day with a new part to replace the one that was leaking, installed it, and made sure everything was working properly. They were super knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous.

I will highly recommend this company for repair services. I called this morning at 10 a.m. and they were at the house for repairs by 12 p.m. the same day...just so happen to have a break in his schedule. During our conversation on the phone he was extremely honest and transparent about potential issues and cost concerning our dryer. Upon arrival he was very friendly and personable. Was able to get our dryer up and running in no time. Will definitely use them for future issues with appliances.

Our dryer stopped working the week before Christmas. I called got an appointment within just a few days! Mark was awesome. He showed us everything that was wrong and gave us a VERY fair estimate. He did the work quickly, and now our dryer runs better than before! Will definitely be using again.

Awful products- I’ve gotten 3 dryers from them and none have lasted over 4 months- the last one they came out to fix 3 different times within 45 days of purchase- just broke down again after having for only 4 months- Just save you a few more hundred and buy new- not worth the price and headache for 20/30 year old appliances .. i have also bought a washer from them about 4 years ago lasted less than 3 months- I have a stove from them so far so go with it the last few years though- but 4 out of 5 products were horrible..
