Definitely not a happy customer right now, this place has been closing early now for (2 Weeks) at 1pm due to a stated medical emergency. During this time period I have been struggling to retrieve mail as well several Amazon packages being returned indicating unable to access the locationAdditionally now Im being inconvenienced by having to cut lunch breaks short to fit getting mail. Although I am sympathetic to anyone with a medical issues it remains this is business and it should always have enough staff on hand to maintain normal business hours. Finally the fact that there are no Saturday hours which is also inexcusable. I am starting to wonder why I did a mailbox renewal at this location and definitely will be establishing a different location for further mail services and will not be doing another renewal.

This is truly one of the worst mailbox plus places I have ever had the misfortune of holding a mailbox through. I understand there is a pandemic I understand that hours sometimes change. However, I believe you need a contingency plan if you were going to be closed every afternoon and for three solid days during a weekend and not tell someone. I use this for my business and I feel as though my mail is being held hostage right now. This has been the most frustrating experience I have ever had.

Jim has been wonderful to work with. He offers excellent prices for his mailboxes and his customer service is exceptional! We greatly appreciate him and his staff. We highly recommend ‘Mail Boxes Plus’ if you’re ever in need of a postbox or if you have any other postal needs.

Jim is fantastic. Always provides efficient and quality service with a positive attitude. Its conveniently located next to King Soopers. They have mailboxes with actual addresses and will sign and hold packages for you. Definitely a step up from your local USPS.
