They do a great job of providing affordable hearing aids that otherwise wouldnt be available.

The person ( Jessica) was not at all helpful. I don’t know how you can work for a company and know nothing about it. Totally dissatisfied with the service aspect of this company in general. Once you purchase them your pretty much on your own .

Been almost two months and still waiting for my husbands hearing aids. You cant even get a person on the phone to find out whats going on. Terrible service. Better off buying the cheap knockoff hearing aids!UPDATE: Come to find out the order was never sent to the manufacturer ~ but they couldnt tell me whos fault that was. Still waiting.

I have been extremely pleased from the beginning with Hearing Care Solutions. After my research, I chose a brand that I am very happy with. I saved $5000 on the pair over the cost of the highest quote I had received prior to contacting HCS. I am thrilled after the apprehension I had going on about ordering online. I actually lost one hearing aid within 4 months & had to have it replaced while I was in another state for several months. Everyone was very helpful & courteous, including the provider. I was aware of the replacement cost & programming fee, of course. One note: I had had a hearing test at two reputable Hearing aide specialists prior. I then took one over the phone. I highly recommend that you have at least one done at a specialist first. If you get a copy, take it with you to the provider for HCS so that you can compare. This is a true & valid account of my dealings. I am a happy customer.

This was the absolute worst customer experience ever. I would never use them again. They made the process very difficult and extremely time consuming. Buyers please beware!!! Their agents make it sound appealing and easy but it is not worth the headache

My mom through her local care in her home state was encouraged to use this company as a third party to save her money. She was told she would have a 30 day trial and except for shipping cost would receive a full refund if not satisfied. $150.00 restocking fee charged. Very unhappy. I was the payee and I got taken. My mom had them less than 60 days. Nice Try!

As a provider for Hearing Care Solution I find that they do help people save some money usually only about 10% but the problem as a provider is getting reimbursed for services provided I have now seen and fit 2 of there patients and it has been like pulling teeth to get reimbursed from this company so I have decided that we will no longer be seeing patients in the Hearing Care Solution network and to be honest can offer more discount than they can thank you Hearing Care Solutions for allowing us to serve the patients that you did send to us

As a former provider of this group, I found this organization to be unsupportive of patient care. All they care about is sales and they dont value hearing care.

This is the worst company ever and if you can avoid using them I suggest you do. They are extremely rude and condescending. And the evade the facts and the truth until after the order has been placed. I will never deal with them again.
