I love Papyrus and its cards but when I came in here today, one of the sales associates did an awful job wrapping a simple gift for my niece and gave me a gave me such an attitude. I requested to wrap my present so I picked the wrapping paper and instructed the sales associates to do it. he didnt even ask me if I want it a bow. After walking around the store for around 15 minutes, I noticed the sales associate sitting in another desk checking out his computer. Another customer entered the store and the Asian sales associate offered her for help and I was still wondering what is taking too long wrapping my gift. So I asked the guy whats up with my order and he said oh its going to be around $16 including materials, and I was like Dude really? What the heck! was so awkward and sketchy. Why I would give someone my gift to wrap it pick the paper if I was not going to pay. At the end I was not happy and for a lower price Bloomingdales does a better job wrapping up items. Last time coming to that location.
