My last event was a baby shower they had everything just the way I needed ready before my pick up time I had a large order 9 different arrangements they are the best always satisfied with everything I have ever had them do weddings baby showers birthday parties never disappointed

I will never shop at Partymakers again. I used them for my gender reveal and they ruined the reveal for my husband. I brought my box in around 1:30 in the afternoon yesterday with the envelope containing the gender. Because obviously it is supposed to be a surprise. They told me that they would have 6 balloons blown up inside the box and it would be ready by 12 pm the next day (today). My husband walks in today at 1:30 pm and not only had they not blown the balloons up yet, the young boys working the balloon section opened the balloon bag and started blowing them up IN FRONT OF MY HUSBAND. So our reveal was ruined for him. He knows what we are having and it will still be hours before I find out with the rest of the family. The boys apologized, but it seemed ingenuine and it was clear they could not appreciate the gravity of the situation. When I called to complain and request a refund, the young lady on the phone was not apologetic, nor was she any help. Even though when I requested a manager, she said that she would be able to talk to me. Overall, it was a very simple task that was done late and incorrectly. The lack of care was very obvious. A lot of laziness on the staffs part. Not just by the boys who messed up, but there is clearly a lack of good training or supervision. Very disappointing and frustrating.

The manager was incredibly rude and has no idea what he is doing. Surprised the business is still running with a family like that as owners. They made it clear they did not care to help and was so demeaning we will never step foot back in there. Party city will have our business from now on.

Fair prices but they dont check their tables for damage. I rented two tables and one of them was broken but I had already brought it home and couldnt prove that I had gotten it broken from the store. I trusted it so I never checked it.I was given a broken table and still have to pay as if I had broken it.If you buy from here, check the items you rent before you leave.

Super nice employees. They had a huge selection of kids party supplies to choose from. A bit pricey and had some bad knock offs.

Dont ever rent chairs and tables from this place!! They gave me a table completely broken and they wired it back together and then said oh we though you did it no sir and you know I didnt!!!. Chairs were completely nasty and food left on the tables. They are rude and basically said well you didnt clean them when you got them thats not my job when renting something, my job is to make sure they are clean when I return them!!!!.

Mr. Hathaway was super nice. I brought some lights that had a short in them and he let me exchange for something of equal value when they realized they didnt have the item I needed in stock.Super nice

Very POOR customer service and a complete rip off. I purchased a gender reveal box/balloons for $49.00. I received a box with just FOUR balloons. Totally ripped off. I called to express my dissatisfaction and pretty much was told that is how they do it. I would find some where else to shop for your party & paper needs. These people know very little about satisfied customers and service!

Very nice customer service. Even had a employee who I did not realize at first was actually leaving before I asked her a question, but instead of throwing me off onto another employee she actually helped me with what I was looking for. I had been so many places and was unable to find any mandalorian air walkers or foil balloons, and even though they did not have foil balloons they did have a baby yoda air walker. Now my son really likes the mandalorian but he enjoyed this air walker baby yoda, and I was happy to actually find one after my search at the very last minute all over this Gods green earth. The two employees at the balloon station was very helpful as soon as I told them what I was looking for. They new right where the air walker was, and without hesitation had to set up and blown up for me. I informed them my son was in the car so I didnt want it blown up at first because I wanted it to be a surprise, but they informed me that it would take a lot of helium to blow this air walker up and it would be best if I let them do it. I told them I did not leave near by so I would have to take it with me with my son in the car. They were so thoughtful that the hound lady started running around trying to design a way to conceal this big baby yoda air walker so my son would not exactly know what it was. I thought that was so amazing and thoughtful! Thank yall!!!

This place was honestly so great ! They had exactly what I needed and their prices were unbeatable. The service was great and the employees were very professional and helpful. Drove an hour just to come here for my babys birthday party supplies.

1st time visiting this establishment. Went in to see just what they might have to offer for an upcoming HS graduation celebration with friends & family. Over 2 hrs later, my wife exited having spent about $180 for supplies!

Had a lot of good stuff, but the service was not good. I called them asking if they had white cowboy hats and the lady on the phone was not friendly. When i went there, where the hats were was chained off and said I needed to be accompanied by an employee I went to the front desk to ask for one and the lady up there wasnt friendly either. She called over the intercom for someone to go back there, but no one ever came. We left without purchasing anything.

Excellent service. Found just what I was looking for. Also excited to see some new items, such as a kiosk for creating a colorful 6 foot banner. They have such a wonderful inventory of items, from balloons, gifts, gift bags, greeting cards, party items, etc. Highly recommend as your locally-owned party supply store. 🎈🎁🎉

There was a young man there who helped me find an anniversary balloon. He was super nice and he didnt give up looking until he found some balloons for me.

I usually dont do reviews but as I lay here in the hospital in pain I had to get my point across. Jenifer is nice and understanding and the owner Im assuming the old sounding man is the owner that called my phone is very nasty. They will not worry about my business anymore and I will rather drive a distance. Learn how to listen and talk to people.

The owner was ignorant as well as negligent in helping me in the store but seemed to have plenty of time to belligerently yell at the staff. The whole ordeal was awkward and I’m pretty sure the owner had his parents there as well which included an elderly man and elderly woman who drove an electric scooter around and dissuaded other customers from buying products by incessantly asking them obscure questions about their day, why they were buying, etc. while there were many birthday supplies and a staff that seemed to mean the best it was clear that ownership was the biggest obstacle in actually buying anything from the store. Good luck with commercial competitors coming to town.

They have mostly any party item you can think of. they were the only party store close to us that had the color table clothes we needed. they had the table clothes for the circle and rectangle tables. They prices were good.

I went to this establishment on today and purchase some decorations that I was going to need for my project next weekend. When I walked in the store, I saw immediately some of the supplies I needed. Then I asked the lady at the register where the balloons were located and she said it kind of snappy. So, I overlooked it and went to the back where the balloons were. I was taking my time because I had wanted to make sure I picked out the correct color and coordinate everything like I had planned. By the way, I am African-American. So you all can get the gist of the story. So as I was trying to pick out my balloons. The cashier in the back at the balloon stand, kept watching me and I caught him kept glaring at me like 3-4 times like I was trying to steal something. Not one time he asked if he could help me. So I finally picked out what I needed, so when I went to the register to pay for my items. The lady saw I was looking rather disgusted and I just politely let her know whether if I should put all of this stuff back because I really felt like I was racially profiled in this store! So she was like, I am so sorry you were uncomfortable, I did not think her apology was genuine, and I walked out and trust me I will never step foot in that establishment again!!..

Good selection but the staff wasnt very helpful during my visit there. No one greeted us when we walked in, stayed for over an hour and not once did anyone ask if we needed help.

Went there to find some stuff for my soon to be 4 year old birthday. I like this place better then party city the staff is friendly and caring.

They were very nice and helpful.I was in a hurry to my daughters 16th bday party. I called ahead to see if they had the really big number balloons. They did and Grace said she could already have them blown up and ready for me!! I really appreciated that and they were waiting when I got there. It really saved me a lot of time! I just wish the balloons were not so expensive.

This place has a small variety of material to choose from. Customer service is very poor. There is a closed off section in the store for items that are not worth closing off. And when you are in closed off section an employee monitors and watches you as if you are about to steal. Very bad experience for all of 10 minutes that I looked around. I recommend the real party store, Party City

Semmed to have a good selection of items. Only went in for one or two things but store was clean friendly staff.

Customer service was terrible, we asked how to work a machine and they laughed (like they didn’t know either), and we were given the run around. The employees definitely did not have their act together and had an attitude the entire time, not only with us, but other customers as well.

Im not much of a party planner, or a party goer, however, helping with a Mardi Gras party at church, I enjoyed all the offerings at Partymakers. Masks, hats, all ages, all parties, pinadas, everything you want or need.

First time here did not like the food at all, my chicken was really salty and my fries was also. My cornbread was hard and nasty barbecue was ok could have been better. Will not be back wasnt worth the money.

Received help for BBQ themed balloon ideas when u was struggling to visualize. Received on time with quick turnaround in my opinion.

Balloon only stayed inflated for 1 hour.. called and girl on the phone told me to bring the balloon back and I could get a refund (it was a $10 balloon), brought it in with picture Time stamped and receipt and was told they would not do anything. Had me talk to the owner and he was not helpful and just wanted a name of who I talked to so he could fire her. Will never be shopping here ever again!

TERRIBLE customer service each and everytime I come in. Every balloon I have got inflated has had a hole in it and each time I bring it to them, they charge me an extra fee. RUDE employee, older Caucasian man was incredibly rude and dismissive. Will never purchase anything from this store again.

Very rude staff. Horrible customer service, the person waiting on me stopped me mid- sentence to help the person in line behind me. I guess they didnt want to fill my order. I was asking for guidance with a gender reveal balloon because Id never done it before and they had. Told me to get the wrong kind of confetti and noone could even tell what the gender was when we did the reveal! Over priced for what you get. Ill never spend my money there again.
