Looked online for guitar they had the one I wanted. When to store to find out it wasnt in this store. Wish they stated that, waste of my time.

Dropped off a saxophone w a broken key for some basic maintenance in late October hoping to have it done in plenty of time for holidays. 3 months and 4 calls to the store later and after never receiving the promised call back w an update about what was happening, I finally found out the repair tech hadn’t even looked at it. Unfortunately I will be seeking help elsewhere in the future.

Dropped my guitar off for a simple set up. took 10 days (with no call backs) and after I got it back the guitar was still buzzing super bad, not worth the 65 bucks (including strings). 2nd time this has happened to me and I dont think i plan on coming back anytime soon.

Great experience, renting a PA from Music Complex. Rudy was a huge help & extremely accommodating. Called from NJ to rent for R.I. wedding & set the whole thing up over the phone - texted the day before to confirm the pickup & away we went... The system was perfect as Rudy & I discussed & even let us return to the other location for convenience. Awesome experience - Call them!

I love my new Yamaha, but they have my Yamaha clarinova to be repaired and do not have the professional courtesy to update me on its progress. Just a simple phone call would be appreciated.

Great experience with their version of The School of Rock. The recording session was so much fun.Always have the same or better prices than anyone and, even more important, trustworthy advice.I have taken both bass and voice lessons there. Happy with both! Great location too.

My experience there was HORRIBLE!! I called week after week for a whole two months just to get a trumpet lesson!! And every time they said that they would be getting back to me that day and that never happened. Finally after all of that I called back one day and they said that I could get a lesson that coming Monday at 4:30. That Monday I arrived 10 minutes early just incase something happened and I could get in early. But when I arrived I told the man at the desk my name, instrument, and the teacher that I was waiting for, he said ok and that the teacher would be right with me. Twenty minutes later of me just standing around the store the same man came up to me and asked who I was waiting for again, I told him and he went to the back to look for him, he came back five minutes later and said that he forgot that the teacher wasnt even there that day! So he then said that who ever took my call wasnt right and he then said just sorry. I was so UPSET, not only did it take them two months to get back to me, but they made me waste thirty five minutes or more of my time on a teacher who wasnt even there!! He didnt even bother to check once I got there and he knew I was waiting for the trumpet teacher!! So upsetting!!
