Excellent experience! I have been fitted for a bra before but not as well as it should have been. Marisol was my Customer Sale fitting Representative and she was awesome. Then, once I was in a Bra I felt and she felt was good, she got the Owner/Manager to check out the fit. So far I am one very Happy Customer. You dont realized how an ill fitting bra can affect your physical health! Especially, if you have Cervical, Shoulder and Scapular Pain. The weight off is amazing!!! Thanks Ladies!

They really helped me understand the products and what would work best for my body type. Not once did I feel as if I was treated differently because of my size, which means more than you all know. As a bigger woman it is really hard to get that kind of customer service. I felt valued as a customer. Bought 4 bras here in last 5 mos. Brought friend here for bra and the experience was not good. Rep said she would measure my friend but then never used a measuring tape, just “eyeballed”. Secondly, my friend said she could not breathe in the bra, so rep went up a size then said since 1st bra fit “perfectly”, the 2nd size would be a final sale. I told the rep this made no sense since the bras were regular price/returnable items. My friend clearly said the bra was cutting into her and she could not breathe. How does the sales rep’s opinion override a paying customer? Makes no sense. We told them we would not be doing business there if the bra was regular price, yet non-refundable. We are full-figured African-Americans and could not help but wonder if we were being discriminated against.

The very first person to greet me made me feel very unwelcome the first 10 minutes I was there. Basically looked at me and asked what I wanted in so many words. How lucky I was to not have her to be the one to do my fitting.Thanks to Zaa for being very knowledgeable and helpful with tips and my fittings. Breakout Bras was definitely a new experience. This store was highly recommended to me by a friend. I have to say I love my bra but I would hope the next visit I have would be more welcoming.

Savannah was absolutely a joy to work with and really made me feel comfortable (in an admittedly weird situation) AND she really knew her stuff. Very rude employees. Told my friend that her perfume was too strong so she was not allowed to try anything on. & if she did try anything on then she had to purchase it.Edit: it wouldn’t let me reply to your response but she literally just came from the hair salon across the street. She was wearing NO perfume so if she smelled like anything it was from her hair being freshly washed. Ridiculous.

The young lady I worked with was very friendly and made me feel comfortable enough to take my shirt off, which Im usually not. She was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I love that after the first visit all of your information is kept on file. So the next time you visit, they can just pull up your information via email or your name! I visited Breakout Bras last week after one of my few bras was damaged and I needed more. The day before I went, I went onto a popular bra sizing site to calculate my bra size. After putting in my measurements it told me I was a size 36JJ (UK sizing)/36N (US sizing). I found this completely unbelievable since Ive always worn a 42DD. In my mind there was NO WAY I was an N cup. Wanting to see how accurate this was before putting down lots of money on new bras, I went to Breakout Bras the next day. I wish I could remember the name of the girl who helped me out (she reminds me of a blonde Zoe Deschanel if that helps, lol), but she was great! She never even took out a tape measure! She simply felt my rib cage and said right off that she thought I should try a 36JJ bra (they also go by UK sizing). She is obviously very good at her job to simply look at me and know right off what my size was! She brought me a good selection of bras and took the time to show me the correct way to put on a bra... yes, there is a correct way. Who knew? ;) I now have bras that fit me perfectly and give me support. Ill definitely be back to purchase more!

EXCELLENT !!! stopped in to get some better bras and a swimsuit, and the salesperson Zaa just could not have been more helpful, patient, and kind - it took an hour to get properly fitted for a bra (which was easy) then try on some swimsuits (which is always a problem at 200lbs, but they had a decent selection for plus sized ladies), and Zaa was right on top of it the whole time - the people here obviously genuinely care about helping their difficult to fit clients like myself, and it’s caring customer service like this that will keep me coming back - Zaa was MUCH more attentive than what I experienced at other plus sized stores and department stores while looking for a decent bra elsewhere this week, and I would recommend Breakout Bras to anyone whos frustrated and needs help getting a good fit - just be sure to call first and make an appointment, they do take walk ins but the fitting process can take a bit of time to do diligently, and it’s clear the ladies who work here all care about getting the job done well - thanks again !!!

I tell you what bra shopping is a whole new experience at breakout bras. They have one-on-one people that assist you they have a manager that comes and checks and gives feedback as to what might be better. This was my second time there and their bras have lasted Me 2 to 3 years each time. it is just its a wonderful wonderful place I could not say enough great things about breakout bras please go check it out.

I went here about a week ago. The staff memeber that helped me ( Zaa or Zia, sorry if I got this wrong!) was sooooooo amazing!!! She was funny, sweet and courteous. Finally found a place that carries multiple options in my very hard to find size. Worth the 3 hour drive from home! And the pricing was very on par with most lingerie stores- its a boutique feel without the boutique prices.

They were very honest and really want you to get the best and your monies worth. They are a little pricey but hey the bigger your breast, the more material, so the more you will pay 🤷🏽‍♀️

Girlfriend got new bras there. High quality, helpful staff, proper measuring done, the works. She walked out of there very happy with actual support. They have a program where every six you buy gets you $10 off the sixth, with a card that tracks your purchases. Its a little bit out of the way to get to, but quite worthwhile if you want something quality.

I had an awesome experience! I went in to buy 2 bras, but once she brought out the bra I could instantly see the awesomeness! The awesomeness I had been missing out on wearing the wrong size! The bra lifted me and made me look immediately slimmer. I was so excited I purchased 5! The service was A1! You pay a little bit more, but the fits soooooo much better when it’s done right. Treat yourself to the experience, it’s worth it!

I go because I have nowhere else to shop for bras in my size. Once you know your size in different brands, I recommend using their online site instead to save yourself a trip. I should be glad they had anything in my size at all, but I would expect them to have more options for smaller band/bigger cup sizes.

My second experience was 10 times better than my first experience. I was very happy they were willing to listen and empathize with me regarding my first experience. Definitely will go back.

This was my first time in Breakout Bras and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Ariel was my fitting specialist and I loved how patient and how attending she was during my fitting. She was also training someone and I think she did a fantastic job explaining to the trainee and to me everything we needed to know. Ive never felt better about buying a bra, especially because I have PLENTY to share and it is hard for me to find bras. The bras fit awsome! I will definitely be back!

Did a bait and switch with prices. Very disappointed. I was so excited to have my wife get new underwear. The sales person told us one price of the bra and then when my wife gets to the register, she is charged another price. When she questioned the sales person and expressed her disappointment in being charged the wrong price the manager on duty stated that it was the sales persons mistake and that my wife would just have to eat the mistake.

Only place my girlfriend can get a good bra, and we travel to come here. She wanted me to come with her on Black Friday (today) before they opened. They hid a coupon that I found, and got her a free Panache sports bra! Major bf points.

This place is awesome. I have a hard time finding bras in my size. I am a 34HH and most places dont carry my size and if they do it is a granny bra that is more shirt than bra. It was suggested that I go here and see if they have my size. My shopping experience was the best I have had. The ladies were very helpful and listened to my wants. There are lots of bras but all in the back. So you have to get fitted (its a free service). They came back with a few bras for me and I found 2 for $105 total! You have to have a little time for this shop, but to find a well fitting and well made bra it is totally worth it.

Staff is very helpful. Bras are European style, which means they lift naturally, and bring your girls forward. You will have to spend about 45 minutes trying on, getting fitted, etc. The time is well spent!

This store can fit anyone. The corsettiers are knowledgeable and provide excellent service. You receive a discount for being a repeat customer. Once youre in the registry you can use mail order for new bras.

I went in today to find a bikini bottom. The lady that greeted me was very nice and listened to what I exactly wanted. Thereafter, Camile, a sales associate, helped me and was very helpful in bringing me several options and was not hovering over me while I tried them on. Place is a bit small but wife had a good experience. Wife has a bigger bust size that Sears, Dillards, Lane Bryant ect doesnt carry. no one had her size in sports bra. Went here and had to do a 30min sizing (not bad if you have patience).Took us 35min in in total for perfect fit bra. Wife was happy so Im happy.P.s. bathroom could be cleaner.

The sizers at Breakout Bras definitely know their stuff! Its the only place I can shop for bras. Their sizing method is different than any store you would normally go to. Trust me, its worth it. Theres a huge size selection and the expertise level is unparalleled.

**EDIT**, since I can’t respond to the owner’s response: Perhaps the fitting process should have been explained more clearly, because it wasn’t until I was in tears that it was explained. Perhaps the associate could have asked for my size to use as a gauge. Perhaps the associate could have been more considerate when bringing other sizes - after the initial one was SO far off - as many of your customers like myself may have body image issues as it is and did not need the extra stress of thinking the larger sizes were a reflection of our true existence. You DID bring larger sizes at my request and then upon asking how I felt, told me that it wasn’t the proper fit so the entire line of questioning of my feelings was pointless. Your response completely misses the point. When the original “size assessment” was so far off, why not immediately bring a size that’s more than one size larger in the band? I was not listened to at all, but instead dismissed because of your “fitting procedures of measuring by sight” which led to the feelings of frustration and humiliation. You spent more time trying to point out things that I didn’t include in my review than being concerned about other things that made this a disaster.Breakout Bras came highly recommended to me by many, many coworkers and friends. I had high hopes of finding a strapless bra to go under a formal dress I bought for an event through my husband’s employer. Arielle greeted my coworker and I warmly and was very sweet, which made me feel more at ease immediately. We explained upfront what I was looking for, the occasion, that Breakout came recommended to avoid stress, etc. However once being paired with an associate named Monica, my excitement and ease quickly turned to humiliation and anxiety-driven frustration. Monica did not introduce herself; she just sort of appeared and asked how she could help me. I told her what I was looking for and the occasion; she came into the dressing room to look at my current bra and informed me she would be back. I am normally a 38D and have had success wearing this size pretty universally both in comfort and fit. I am also aware that there’s sizing down of the band size and sizing up of the cup for a strapless bra. Monica brought me a 34H...I was mortified. The band was nowhere close to even meeting ends and the cups swallowed my chest and offered no support at all. When both my coworker and I informed Monica that the bra wasn’t even meeting, she simply said “okay! Let me try” and asked that I “pull my chest forward from under my arm” so she could try to fasten the bra. It didn’t fasten. When she brought a second bra, it was only one band size bigger and one cup smaller (36GG). The band closed but was so tight I couldn’t breathe and the cups were all the way to my armpit. Upon telling Monica this, she insisted that the right fit would be tighter than I was used to; while I understand that, I literally could not breathe. I requested a size closer to the size I normally wear and the sales associate kept insisting that it wouldn’t fit correctly. I felt like I was not being listened to or that my comfort with how the bra made me look and feel was being considered. At this point, we asked for Arielle again, who informed us that Breakout completes fittings BY SIGHT. I understand that tape measure-based fittings carry inaccuracies but I did not expect the sizes being brought to me to be 4 sizes smaller in the band and 5 sizes larger in the cup. I wanted so badly to have a wonderful experience (as buying a strapless bra in retail stores often doesn’t provide good support), but my experience was the complete opposite. I understand that each bra is different but I felt rushed and humiliated at the suggestion of sizes from my “fitting.” I tried to trust the process that Breakout uses but the “proper fitting bra” was far from it. 2 stars simply because Arielle was so nice and tried to help, but I was so frustrated and anxious that it was too late to make me want to continue to shop here.

After years (yes, years!) of frustration at trying to find a properly fitting bra, my daughter once again left a store in tears. Only this time, it was tears of joy!!! When we entered the store, my first reaction was, Where are all the bras? This isnt your typical retail store. It is much, much more! There are no racks of bras to sort through in hopes of finding something that fits. A fitting professional was assigned to my daughter and helped her find the correct fit and then a style that she liked. A lot of places say that they give individual attention, but Breakout Bras truly does!

The worst shopping experience I have ever had. I truly dont think that I was willing to spend money because I was put in a room, given bras that were way too small. Other women were offered drinks and were told that there was a supplier issue. After one bra, that I couldnt fasten, I was told to leave the room, walked to the register and handed a card with a bra size and website. When I ask if I could get it in the store to try on, I was told goodbye. Yes, I am not small, and no matter my weight, Im not going to be small. I went to my car and cried. Called the main number, was promised a return call and some answers, but that never happened. Check out the Better Business Bureau, this business has many complaints against them.

Dont bother. Decided I wanted to be professionally fitted - went in and asked for a fitting; was eyeballed and not even measured. Was told that they sized in EU sizing and that the wire digging in to my sternum as well as the side of the armpits was normal- so much so that the fitter even showed me the red marks under her arms where her bra dug in. Im sorry but thats not normal nor should women have to be uncomfortable in a bra no matter what size they are. The official fitter came in and suggested different styles then never came back to recheck. I left very dissapointed in service and attitude there! Would not recommend to anyone and would be curious what the manufacturers would think of their product being sold like that!

I have a very large chest and have no other option than to get bras from this store. But Im currently losing a lot of weight so Im hoping I shrink into smaller sizes so I never have to go back here. First time I went when I was a good bit younger and they were located on Haywood Rd. I went in to get fitted and the sales woman made me take off my shirt AND bra before wrapping a tape measure around me. I was unbelievably uncomfortable! Swore Id never go back. Years later I had no choice. I used to be a 52 N cup but have lost almost 100 lbs so far and measured myself at home and determined I was now a 48 J. I went to the store and said I just need a 48 J and so the woman took me into a dressing room and tried to get me to undress again! I didnt ask for a fitting!! I told her I was uncomfortable and just needed a 48 J. I explained that Im currently wearing an N cup but its gotten way too big. She brings me a 48 N. Are you effing kidding me? I didnt even have to put it all the way on to see that the cup size swallowed my breasts. I finally get her to bring me the size I asked for and amazingly, it fit perfectly! She then tells me that since a manager didnt see it on and fit me, that I cant return the bra. Whatever, I dont care because I plan on losing a lot more weight and wont even need this bra for long. I dont know why everyone there seems to be obsessed with seeing womens bare breasts. Its not professional or appropriate. Never going back. Mean it this time.
