Nice store for downtown Greenville. They have tons of cool stuff there. Some of the things are kinda on the higher end but they do have sales. I was bummed to see some of the candy we got was basically charged twice. They put the candy on the scale then pulled the pop rocks out and scanned them then put them back on the scale to be weighed with the other candy. The candy is sold by the pound. ($9.99) I would say the three packs of pop rocks probably came out to be around $2 a pack. When they should only have been $1.49 a pack. Its a nice tourist stop.

I called all the way from Texas because I saw online that they carried a very certain type of shirt that i had been searching for over 6 months, it had been made unavailable by the manufacturer (rsvlt). Bryan gave me excellent service by finding the shirt allowing me to pay over the phone and ship it to me. He also added a thank you card. Thank you so much, keep up the great service!

Beautiful old timey store. Great location. Be sure to try the Amish furniture rocking chairs. Very nice heirloom it will be a statement piece and very comfortable. Great hiking and camping sections. Candy is old recipes and it tastes like a touch of the good old days

I want everything in here. The bags, the Yeti size and color Ive never seen before. I want the housewares and candy. The shoes and the jewelry. And theres a bathroom.

One of my Favorite shops in Downtown Greenville, The staff is always so friendly and helpful. Truly a gem love the selection of candy, retro toys and kitchen gadgets!! Ifyou have not stopped by to just browse do yourself a favor and stop on by you wont leave empty handed and not because staff hounds you like other stores do its because there is something for everyone!!

We love visiting this store when we are downtown. The bottom area has a lot of candy options that is fun for kids. Plenty of fun stuff to look at and browse around. We always get a glass bottle coke and bag of chocolate covered cashews. Staff is friendly and prices are reasonable!

Our first visit was spectacular! We loved playing in the candy corner. They had barrels of candy. Sports equipment. Clothing. Random household items. Just a lot to look at . We grabbed a mouse on main map and took off

Great place to get all the general things you may need. Really nice store: great shopping experience and very nice staff. Old fashioned candy store on lower level. Candy sold as various separates. You grab a basket and all that you want; it cost $9.95 per basket / pound ; of course it will be more; depending on your Sweet tooth consumption.

This is the place you go for souvenirs and more. Definitely a touristy spot. I just moved here and I stopped in to grab a Greenville mug, and of course candy. Lots of cool gift ideas as well. Definitely worth the visit.

They sell everything from clothes, shoes, gifts, to camping and pet supplies. It is in a very old, historical building. Fun to look around but prices are a little high. Name brand clothes, shoes, etc.

Great general store. Selection of apparel is great and their outfitter selection is better than any big box store. A huge plus is that they are dog friendly!

Great selection of locally sourced items from North Carolina,  South Carolina and Tennessee.  Ranging from food stuff to candy to mugs and other kitchen were on the bottom floor to clothing, sweatshirts, and other items supporting local teams on the second floor, you are bound to find what you are looking for here. We love to pick up a few items for welcome baskets for guests when they visit. Recently, we traveled to Connecticut to visit family, and purchased a number of items to bring a bit of The South with us in the form of jams, jellies, ginger candies, licorice all sorts, fragrant candles and soaps, maple syrup, and locally sourced honey. The beautiful pottery is also a favorite and great gift for visiting friends or a great souvenir if you are visiting the area. Be sure to visit their other stores as well. They care a number of vintage ideas that will call upon childhood memories with their tastes and scents of so many items. Kids will love the vintage toy and book section as well as carefully selecting candy to take with them from the huge barrels in the Back of the store. Stop in and check it out and be sure to allow for ample time to explore and walk down memory lane as you are transported to a different time and place.

I felt very comfortable looking without being pressured. I purchased several types of candy in their Fantastic Candy Dept. in rear of store. I recently called MAST to inquire about the brand of one of my selections. A lovely staff went to research my question and returned with the information.....I Shall Return.......

This is one of my favorite go-to spots in downtown Greenville. Its always fun to look around at the old timey things here. If you are visiting Greenville, you definitely need to stop by here! They have some great nostalgic things. And definitely visit the candy section!

Great place to browse after a Main Street meal. Nice selection of old time candies, but they sadly DO NOT CARRY BIG HUNK candy bars. Why? Obviously it is a big oversight on their part.They do have a nice selection of better brands for mens and womens shoes and clothes. Prices are competitive.Very nice back packing equipment department, great knives, hatchets, compasses and trail books.Sauces, jams and trinkets.Fun place to hang out for an hour.

Wonderful store and friendly staff. Way bigger inside than it looks from the outside. If you are looking for outdoor clothes of any type, they have something for you. They carry some of the more pricier brands (Patagonia and such). Very organized and clean. Plus and old-timey store section that puts you in the mind of the Cracker Barrel General Store. Staff was very helpful as I searched for a particular Osprey bag they had on sale. Well worth the visit if you are downtown.

Incredible selection of everything you need for a weekend hiking in the mountains or a day on the lake and every outdoor adventure in between. A throwback to the glory days of the general store of the old west. A true outfitter.

Mast General Store has always been a destination for us every time were in downtown Greenville. Our kids love perusing the toys and we enjoy the outdoor related items. The staff is always very helpful as well. Its a must visit if youre in the area.

I have to give it to Mast General Store, while their clothing is sometimes expensive, they are one of the only stores that sell moon pies! I also love to look at their souvenir items everytime I visit. Great place, great items, great atmosphere, great store!

Cracker Barrel restraunt store meets clothing store meets candy store. Strange St first, but it melded together well enough that it worked. The markup on most products kept us from buying in person.

Wasnt sure what to expect but was completely blown away by this place. Old time candy, an excellent selection of clothing, toys and other items. Not the usual souvenir shop. Definitely make the time to visit. You will find something to buy that you didnt even know you needed.

I have been going here ever since I was really small. The options for clothing is pretty awesome if you are wanting some great choices for hiking. There is a nice selection of knives available as well as shoes (that is in the upper floor)I would recommend checking out the old fashion candy as it can be a challenge finding many of the options elsewhere so it is always great to grab some to splurge on for yourself. :)Dont forget to check the far back left corner of the store too while you are at it.

A fun shop that has a bit of everything. Need that jalapeno cheddar grits mix? They have it. Need snarky soap? They have it. Need a new shirt, shoes, socks, dress, toy for the little one, etc.....they have it! A pet friendly shop where the 4 legged friends are treated with as much respect as the 2 legged. Very friendly staff as well.
