I recommend Hometown 100% they are very nice and respectful and they will try and help anyway they can! Everyone there is just Awesome & Very Nice people!

I dont dislike it just ridiculous with the phone calls.

I love this place. They are always nice and willing to work with you as long as you dont take advantage. I definitely recommend this place over any other rental company.

Fortunately I havent dealt with these people on a customer level however, I have dealt with them on an employment level.Hometown has been hiring a delivery tech since Josh Collins left. Ive had my app. In since July. Instead of hiring someone to take his place they strung me along week after week with lies. I went again yesterday to follow up on my app. and was told it was on file. The manager never aked me my name or anything. The weej before I was told the General Manager had my app. and it was under review. So in turn they pull one of there hardest working floor associates and office workers to delivery tech and hire a women that has been late six times and called off once in the last two weeks. This place is logistically screwed. I just wish common sense was more common.

Be careful they advertise 180 days same as cash ppl that go there cant get credit. They fail to tell you if its under $1000 you only have 4 months to get it for the cash price I have used them for numerous items. Never again

This is a good place to shop for furniture for your home

I would give no stars if it was an option. I understand if a customer is late on a payment, (whether it’s one day, or two weeks) you have the right to come to their house. It’s technically your company’s property, and that’s understandable. But I find it ridiculous coming to a customers house 8:30/9 pm in the dark, banging on someone’s glass for 30 minutes when theirs a possibility of children inside sleeping! And sneaking around the property trying to look in windows is a little much. I don’t care who is at my door, I will not answer for an unexpected visitor when it is completely dark outside. This entire situation could have been taken care of more professionally just by coming during the day. Just a thought.
