Smaller spin off larger store in Forney Tx.. limited selection. Decent price if you find what you like. Have purchased sofa, mattress, coffee table and end tables. So far so good. Salesman Chad was nice and helpful. Didnt give five star to limited selection at this location

I purchased my Furniture here and it was a great experience. I was nervous because it is a big purchase for me as a single income household. The employees helped me and gave me space when it was needed. My kids sat on every couch and had a good time without feeling awkward. They showed me the best deals and let me pay it out in a time that was fit for me.

Great service friendly atmosphere. We were helped by the manager Neil Ludwig and we will recommend him . The store was not very large but they have a nice selection. They have other stores that are much larger and have more of a selection. But we were only looking for a recliner., And found what we were looking for. At a great price. We will come back because we support our small business. And our community.

I went in one day just looking for a love seat, knew what I wanted, the salesperson asked if I could help, I told him I’m just looking. Never pressured me, showed me what he had and told me that if I didn’t see anything we could look thru books.Awesome place to buy furniture, great price and great customer service. I purchased a love seat from him few days later nobody could beat or compare to the prices.Go and check them out.

My husband, son and I visited this establishment this past Saturday with the hopes of purchasing some bedroom furniture for our son. We walked in and around the entire store and no one ever greeted us or even acknowledged that we were in the building. My family and I viewed this experience as rude, unprofessional and utterly disrespectful.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. This place is a JOKE I been waiting for my couches for over 2 months they said they we able to get me one from another store got it to my house and it didn’t fit so they took it back. I have bills that have already came in but no couches, if I don’t stay in top of them in regards of the issue they wouldn’t even bother calling me. I asked for a refund finally they agreed to and they only refunded me half because the they say it’s a restocking fee and made over $300.00. They did not deserve that $$$. I would never give this place my Business again!

This place is amazing. I got a hole in my mattress 2 1/2 months after I purchased it and they replaced the whole thing for me for free! I feel like they really treat their customer with a 100% respect! My mattress is so comfortable. I have had several mattresses over the years and the one I have now is the best one yet. When you go here, ask for Neil. He is amazing & will help you find exactly what you need. The prices are fantastic & you really pay for what you get here! I would totally recommend this place over any mattress firm, or bed place out there! My experience here was unforgettable. Such nice people that really care what your looking for!

We bought a single leather recliner from Amanda. It was so nice and so reasonably priced, that we ordered a second one from her a few days later. These folks are great and you dont get any of that usual bait & switch you get in the big box furniture stores. Well be back in the future!

Amanda Smith is by FAR the best employee there! She was absolutely great and helped my fiance and I find a couch that we both loved! And on top of that she was very friendly and had great customer service skills which made us feel more comfortable during the sale to buy! We left the store feeling very satisfied with our experience and purchase! I rate Amanda Smith 5 stars!

We ordered a beautiful bedroom set in April and had it delivered and I sat around all day waiting on the delivery they said it would be anytime from 1-5 sooo I waited and they didn’t show up til 8pm! Which left us putting together the bedroom set til around 10pm! Our footboard was damaged when we got it and I immediately contacting the owner or manager Neil and he said he’d have a new one delivered and set up within two-3 weeks. Here we are June 27th and still no footboard! If I’m gonna pay a ton of money for a bedroom set and pay a delivery fee on top of that which was suppose to include set up but I understand COVID kept the set up from happening I expect to be treated great and customer service to be great too! This was not the case. There is no excuse to not get a damaged footboard replaced in a timely manner. It’s almost been three months. This is unacceptable. I’m very disappointed cause I really wanted to buy more furniture from them but sadly they just lost a customer and many more in my family.

Great customer service! Mr. Neil was extremely knowledgeable about every piece of furniture and made us feel comfortable while looking around. The prices are very reasonable and the financing process was easy and fast. We will definitely purchase when again!

I have never been to this location but Brian went out of his way to send me pictures of a sofa I had my eyes on! He was so nice and eager to help and I really appreciate his assistance. I usually buy from Ron at the Garland location who was nice enough to point me in this direction since they had a floor model. Thank you both, youre awesome! My husband and I moved to the area from out of state and tried to buy a couch and bedroom set from multiple BIG name furniture stores before finding Furniture One. We went to their location because they had on hand inventory but were overly impressed with their knowledge and excellent service! Furniture One in Greenville will have our business from here on out!

Bought a new mattress back in December of 2016. It started to break down so I filed a warranty against it. They approved it. I went to the Greenville store pick out a new mattress. I picked $1200 mattress. I didnt want the box springs so it took $100 off the price. They also took another $100 off the price so made $1000. I gave them my new address and phone number. They said it would take 2 weeks. I got it within a week great right. Big big wrong. They delivered it to my old address. They tired calling me but guess what old number. They finally found my new number. They called me wanting to deliver the new mattress. I tell them ok but I will not be home for another 45mins to hour. The delivery guy say he will deliver it tomorrow. The store calls back and say no they will be out tonight. I say ok. Well Im needing to make a few changes. They delivery guys pulls up I tell them give me 5 mins I need to finish something. They tell me they cant wait and get an attitude with me telling they will drop it off in the drive way. I tell them no your not. They get mad and slam the door on their truck. I tell them to leave. They try blaming all this on me. Do your self a favor and go somewhere else. Walter is the worst salesman. Only thing he is worried about is the commission. They wanted give me $130 store credit for this. I told them never mind and cancel the whole order.

We order a bed and the said it would be delivered by Wednesday and they didnt even call us to let us know it would be late so we called and they ordered the wrong bed. Then they didnt bring us the bed we ordered and refused to give us our money back. I will never buy anything from this store ever again!!!!

Just nowReceive my stuff after I had to give the first payment.. they will tell you your furniture will be there a certain day, and will not not even call you to let you know it has not arrived.. I was supposed to get 2 brand new mattresses with my bunk beds, whenever I took off the plastic we found a sticker that said they wr used!!! I called up there and Amanda told me that they are not new but they are refurbished.. (THAT TO ME IS NOT NEW!!!!) NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES YOU WASH IT!! IF IM PAYING FOR A BRAND NEW BED, I EXPECT TO GET A BRAND NEW BED!! I DONT WANT TO SLEEP IN ANYONE ELSES FUNK!!
