All Francis Furniture stores are not equal they are all over and we have been to most of them. The Greenville store was great. We bought furniture there and will go back if we need something else.Well we went back again, like the last time the people were great.

Great experience. All I spoke with were helpful and I had a positive response to all my questions. If the salesperson my wife and I had didnt have the answer she looked it up. Very good. She was helping no less than 6 people. Will be shopping at Frances furniture always.

Dont buy from Francis furniture. They do NOT stand behind there products even after they check it out and label it as defective. Our mattress was 4 years old Francis Furniture came out said defective they want more money to replace it and offered a much lower quality of mattress to us with more fees. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND WHAT THEY SELL!

Delivered furniture with 53 dry van. Lot is a bit tight but otherwise good experience.

My experience was disappointing, we bought a defective recliner and returned the chair and replaced it with a less expensive recliner. We waited approximately 3 weeks for our refund of the difference between the cost of the chair, with no contact from the salesman I called and was told it would be sent to us. I am not sure if this would have been refunded if I had not contacted the store.John & Anna Trunck
