I ordered a CPU on 07/07/2020, got a shipped notification email on 07/08/2020. Still has not been received by USPS and no one from TX Micro will respond to my messages through their website, or to any voice-mail I have left on the number provided on their site, which goes straight to voice-mail. Be warned in doing business with them. Hopefully someone will contact me soon, but I am not holding my breath.

If you need a part that can only be bought refurbish or used, this is the place.Was able to get a specific type of processor I couldnt find anywhere else, it was shipped out within 2 days of ordering (so dont expect to get things in a rush).After I got the cpu I found my mobo was actually bad so I had to return the CPU, I was worried because of how their are inconsistencies with their return policy (some areas it says returns for store credit only, others it says just a restocking fee). I was pleased that I was able to return the cpu and just pay a restocking fee.This seems like a Mom & Pop size operation, I was able to just give them a phone call to ask about my order and actually spoke with the owner.I have seen reviews about wrong or not working product- just keep in mind, they arent like most robot run websites, if you have a problem just give them a call.
