Quality t shirts with awesome graphics!

I was in the store on 1/20, while checking out I noticed that there is a military discount. I mentioned it to the cashier who was standing with another employee, who acknowledged every other customer who walked in. I mentioned the military discount after she had ran my card and she goes oh I see these cards all the time and usually ask but I guess I forgot to ask but its too late now, whoops. She didnt even try to offer to do anything. Im not desperate for a discount, however her customer service was lacking. When I mentioned the discount the other employee at the cash register just stared at me like I had 6 heads. I guess my point is, perhaps the employees should make a better effort to speak to and help the customers instead of being too busy talking to each other about their personal lives.

Edit: Turns out prior incident was a simple mistake and the very nice customer service cleared everything up! Edit 2: They offered to correct the mistake but nothing ever turned up so maybe they forgot? 3 Stars for at least trying.

Cute place with some fun shirts and designs. Love their sales. Granted their shirts are a little pricey, but they are Comfort Color shirts, which arent cheap to begin with. Weve looked at getting shirts using CC and wow are they expensive. But man are they comfortable.

So I go in with my sister and buy a shirt. I paid with a card and she asked to see my ID. I show her my military ID and she proceeds to run my card. Then the other sales lady ask her if she gave me a military discount and the clerk says no and I already ran her card. I dont ever ask for a discount because I dont really feel like its necessary however I thought it was completely rude that I showed her it before hand and she still ran the card and even stated to the other employee that she had already ran the card. I wont go back or buy any more products from here.

I love this store! I was born and raised in South Carolina but moved to WY 6 years ago. I am in SC visiting family & visited SFC for the first time yesterday and I am hooked! It has a great Southern feel that made me feel right at home! I love the website as well and plan to order online. The staff of SFC were very friendly and greeted me with a warm welcome and were very helpful!

My girlfriend and I were visiting Greenville from up North and decided to stop in this store to look around. We had the best experience, and were helped by Jennean. She was so extremely sweet and made us feel welcomed. She even took the time out to look up if the nearby shop had the shirt I wanted in my size! The quality and designs of their products is a giant plus.

I have visited Southern Fried Cotton many of times. Today I visited early in the morning.Will was running the store by himself because the other staff members were in a meeting.I just wanted Will and his boss to know that he was very helpful in helping me and he is a wonderful part of the souther feied cotton family.Thank you again!
