If I could give 0 stars, I would have!!! I ordered a pair of shoes on 6/20/21 in store and was told that my order would be back in 2-4 days. I tried to check my tracking status yesterday and today and it kept saying item not found . When I called the 1-800 customer service number, I was told that my order had been canceled(WITHOUT telling me)because they couldnt find the shoe and the shoes has been placed on back order until November and that my refund will be mailed to the store because I used my debit card to pay within 3 weeks. If I didnt call customer service to try to track my order, when was I going to be notified that my order was canceled???? NEVER will I NOR my family EVER purchase another thing from this store or online & I MEAN IT!!!!

Its a store and they sell like shoes and stuff. Staff was friendly enough.

Needed to do some last minute christmas shopping for my sibling and I found the best deals on their website. Will definitely be ordering again soon but for myself.

I dont shop there anymore, i went to buy a pair pink converse, with a coupon, the manager ugly attitude would not accept a $10 coupon on the $60 purchase i was going to make, he said they didnt have coupons, wow!! Which i got off there website, no madam for me

My wife took my baby sister today around 1:30 pm to pick out some shoes for her birthday which was today. The service that was given was poor. Lady stood behind the register and didn’t ask if they needed help nor did she greet them. They weren’t helped in the proper way. My baby sister was disappointed at the lack of attention she got. Me and my wife have bought sneakers there before and the manager is always helpful and great customer service but today he wasn’t there at the time and my family wasn’t happy with the service.

THIS STORE IS A JOKE. The manager, Marco, is the WORST. Unprofessional is putting it mild. Very rude employees, inappropriate comments were being slug around while customers were shopping inside. They do not have the audacity to fire any of their employees the CORRECT way rather than never scheduling them. HORRIBLE BUSINESS. DO NOT RECOMMEND. GO DO BUSINESS ELSE WHERE

Service is very poor. The manager on duty, Cindy, is extremely rude and inconsiderate. I came in for an exchange and she completely stopped tending to me and assisted a group of young white kids who came in while she was assisting me. I am 6 months pregnant and she left me there standing waiting without saying anything while she proceeded to go get an item for them in the back and even had the nerve to checked them out before completing my exchange.

Poor service, but the merchandise is reputable. Disappointed at the workers behavior; cursing in front of customers, playing on a phone that they weren’t sure who the owner was, associate more concerned about her own pick of shoes being rang up than the family that walked in after me. 3 people just hiding up the counter basically. Slender Caucasian female always asks so blah and standoffish. I wasn’t even greeted when I entered the store, so I refuse to spend money at a place where I’m not acknowledged. Please hire folks that care about helping others and actually enjoy their job. This is why I prefer to shop online; to avoid this nonsense

Emelio was great at helping my daughter order a pair of Converse that werent available in the store at the time. He was patient, courteous and definitely people person! He made the experience enjoyable, while my daughter learned that spending your own money for shoes sucks. :-)

Very busy in the store but the staff very friendly and very professional I feel as though they went the extra miles I would continue to patronize the store 4 stars
