Go check out the staff and pick up some cool merchandise from ur favorite Anime to band and if u dont see it in store no problem they can help find it online for you

I personally love every hot topic I enter. This one was very welcoming, but didnt have everything that most have. The staff are very helpful and the store is designed nicely.

Maybe this is a comment on the company as a whole but I feel like Hot Topic has turned into more of a goth Think Geek. Gone are the days of black walls and disapproving parents peering into the store. The walls are covered with the current meme trends and the isles filled with cheap plastic directed towards millennials or gen z. If thats your thing then Im sure you will enjoy this store.

Ive always loved the staff that has worked Hot Topic. No matter who it is they always act genuine.

The service is absolutely amazing. The employees are super nice.The first time I went to go find a Panic! At The Disco shirt, the lady was continuously coming over and seeing if we needed help.She even asked if I was going to the concert in Charlotte. Every other time i have gone here, the service is 100% magnificent. I just really wish they still had CDs.

Me n my cousin came in we had good service n good experience my cousin bought a few shirts one of them they didnt have hes size the guy talked him into getting it cause that has happened to him and gotten a bigger size it fit well.. He took it home didnt like how they fit he accidentally took the tags off of all shirts.. We came back to exchanged it .. Still folded the same way he bought.. The girl that was working was willing to change my shirt but not my cousins shirt cause she assume he had washed it after we honestly told her we didnt she said if she thinks he washed it she cant exchanged it .. so it stay at that a day or two we went to Raleigh they were more than gladly with no hesitation to exchange it for us ... So there for I think she was been mean and rude for assuming such thing !!! Wont be going back there

Expect to find more than just band t-shirts here now, with the most current pop culture items available. The store completely lacks any music to purchase in store, which is kind of unfortunate, since this was one of the only places to find new alternative rock CDs.

Staff tried to intervene on a parent to child discussion on what was appropriate for a young teen. We did not ask for help.

I meet some of the most amazing workers here, just went yesterday and this worker was so incredibly friendly and talked with me about rupauls drag race for a few minutes and she showed me some gems in the store I hadnt seen before, amazing service and atmosphere.

Every time I go USA ... This is the first store I visit ... I love everything they sell and I always find unique things, the price is good and the quality of the products too. The employees are extremely friendly and attentive, when you cant find something they help you.
