I absolutely love this store.. the employees are so helpful and polite. I’m always greeted with a beautiful smile when coming in the door. The store is clean and well organized. If you haven’t been in, I highly encourage you to give it a shot. Prices are incredibly reasonable and they have awesome clothing.

I recently bought a dress at the Atlanta Dress Up. Unfortunately, when I brought it home, (5 hours away) it shrank with my first wash. When I texted customer service, they could not have been more helpful and courteous. I sent a picture, and no questions asked, gave me a store credit! I was pleasantly surprised, since most retailers need to see the item in person and want you to return to the store, and are never as accommodating as Jade from customer service was. Thank you Jade, and Dress Up. You have a customer for life.

I love this store! They always have the cutest clothes that fit girls of all sizes. Aren helped me find the perfect outfit for my graduation and Hannah always has great suggestions for me when I come in!

I love shopping here but me and my friend went in today and this girl working their with long black hair kept giving ugly nasty looks looking at us like we don’t belong in the store. Super rude, and uncalled for. I don’t know if I’ll be back. She greeted everyone else didn’t say anything to us besides give us nasty looks.

This was our 2nd visit. The store is super cute! Check out the sign out front. The prices are great and the girls are super nice. They have a great selection of clothing, shoes and jewelry. Check out this cute bell sleeve I picked up today. The dressing rooms are on the 2nd floor, but someone is always there to go grab a different size, so you don’t have to travel back down the stairs. Great Experience!

I visited this location last weekend while in Greenville. I was obsessed the second we walked in. Everything is so affordable- its nearly impossible to find blouses/graphic tees under $30 but they had everything. Their jewelry was also so trendy and fairly priced. Their staff was my favorite part, especially the manager who was training. She was so accommodating and willing to ship anything they didnt have in my size to my address for no extra charge. She also was training an associate but still incredibly helpful while trying to properly teach her trainee to handle situations. Will definitely be buying from their online shop from now on!

I was shocked at the reasonable prices for the quality of pieces being sold. You could easily find work clothes, dressing up pieces and causal wear too. Another plus is you could find a complete outfit including jewelry and shoes if you really needed or wanted to! A one stop shop for sure! Very friendly staff that were helpful!

I love this store and the clothes in it. It would get five stars if it werent for their return policy. I took back a dress that didnt work out for me only a couple weeks after having bought it, but instead of getting my money back, I only get an in-store credit. Thats for all of their returns. Thats not a great return policy at all. I also wasnt told that when I bought the dress. I was only told that I can return it after a certain number of days. I was within those days, but even still the policy is only in-store credits for returns. Id suggest they change that. Other than that, the store has great trendy selections, friendly staff and great prices.

I love this store and I love the clothes. Ive shopped here MULTIPLE times and every time I leave I contemplate writing this review because the customer service at Dress Up is so poor. I feel as though I am treated differently than other customers. No one ever greets me when I come in or offers me help. When I ask for help, it seems as though Im an annoyance. And I truly hate to say this, but Ive visited the store several times before I came to this conclusion. Im African American and I only see them treating people who look like me this way. I see how they treat their customers who are white with big grins, greeting them when they walk through the door, and asking multiple times if they need help or if they can offer some assistance. This is very unfortunate because I really do like this store and Ive questioned if I should continue shopping there seeing as I receive such unprofessional and terrible customer service every time I am there.

My experience at Dress Up was amazing. The ladies were very helpful. She worked with me until I found my complete New Years Eve outfit. I recommend this place to all my friends!

Its very bright and usually smells really nice in here but its also not my thing. If youre looking for something with your initials on it or something very out of work Instagram influencer mom then youre in the right place. I cant say that I can recommend it but if thats your kind of thing, dive on in.

Went to the store earlier today expecting a nice experience; instead I was treated as if i was wasting the store associates time. I am highly dissatisfied and wouldnt recommend this store to anyone shopping downtown until they hired new staff. Not worth the time or money.

The walking areas are too narrow so it’s hard to get around people and the employees like to stand around talking and blocking clothing racks and don’t even move when they see you trying to get to them to look.
