Terrible service today. An employee talked to his friend for about 15 minutes, before asking me if we needed help. WOW!!! REALLY!!!!Asked an employee to check for a shoe and its size, because someone in footlocker told me Champs had the shoe. The employee at Champs gave so many excuses, instead of going to the back and check for me. I wish I could give them a negative star rating. I understand its Christmas, but still do your job and check.

When it comes to sports if you need it theyve got it. They got every kind of thing you need for any team that youre looking for. If they dont have what youre looking for they can get it for you Christmas is coming up this is a great place to shop

I have tried to get in touch with this company for over 2 weeks now. I am trying to find out where a shipment is that they said was delivered for a product that I ordered. I was told that they would open an investigation to find out where my package is, and someone would contact me. I havent heard from anyone and have called at leat 15 times to the number provided only being able to leave a message for someone to call me back. Again, I have had no return calls and only blanket emails. I would advise not to order from this company. I only gave 1 star because I had to in order to post my frustration.

My experience at Champs was alright,First the employees were extremely nice!! :)(Awesome) That was a good thing. I ended up buying a pair of jordans for $170. Then came the lady at the check-out counter,she was nice but I felt like she was rushing me which was alright,then i handed her the box with the soon to be my shoes,and she slammed the box down and ripped the paper i was planning on reselling the shoes but i guess I guess I can now.

If I could give a zero review I would!!! I purchased some shoes the day before mothers day and returned them on May 23rd, got 2 more pairs of shoes and they still owed me a refund.. on the 26th I got my refund and on the 27th they took 164.30 out of my account and caused a $70 overdraft fee Ive been in touch with 3 reps telling me they dont owe me my refund or my overdraft fees back even though I sent all of this via email to champs customer care email! Terrible customer service!!!

Have came here in the past week the first time was to get my son some shoes for school. The second time was today to get my son another pair and I ended up getting some myself. The only associate that greets me and helps me in the store is Keiyunia. She is very sweet, makes me feel comfortable and helped me pick out my first pair of Jordan’s considering I have not bought a pair of shoes in quite a while not knowing my size. Keiyunia helped me pick out a whole outfit. If she is not here when I go I will walk back out the store. I hope to see her there when I go again.

They say they don’t open until 12 but online it says 1130 I’m very dissatisfied all I need to do is exchange shoes like why say it’s 1130 then tell me to my face it’s 12 I won’t be shopping here again an I spend a lot of money in this store

Really great service - the two gentlemen who helped my 8 year old daughter find basketball shoes were outstanding! They went above and beyond to help her find the right style, color and size and were very patient and polite during our entire experience.
