These guys are the best supplier for roofing products hands down. When you order from them, you dont have to worry about the materials showing up late or the items being incorrect. Their prices are competitive, their staff is extremely helpful, and they more than likely have what you need in stock. If they dont, which is rare, they can source it and get it to where you need it quicker than anyone. Unprofessional service by David Tinsley. Hanging up the phone of clients is unprofessional and disrespectful. Customer service has always been a big reason for buying materials from a certain distributor and I would never consider Superior Distribution if this is the way a territory manager treats his clients. When I tried to alert his manager about this problem, Bryan Mullianax essentially excused David stating “sometimes people are more inclined to help clients if they know they can get a large sale” and “we all need to eat so we need to make money” so it is evident the poor service starts at the top level of this branch.
