I bought a door that I paid $600 for. My sales rep was Tim Lucas. He ordered the wrong size and when I called about it, he gave me a big run around about it. Told me that I was lying about the size I had given him and all they could do was give me a $100. credit for it. Knowing that they would sell it for more. I will never buy anything from them anymore.

Today at approx 335pm a black transfer truck was going approximately 60 mph down Camp Creek Rd Taylors please talk to your drivers about obeying the speed limit thank you

Customer service is horrible. Dont count on them calling you when your order comes in. And then dont expect an apology when they screw up your order. Also wear earplugs when you go out back since they are blasting horrible I guess you call it music on loud speakers .

I was having a new roof put on my house with materials I had purchased Special Order at one of the Box stores, the day of the job I learned I was 10 bundles short, plus two bundles of Hip & Ridge, the roofers only had the one day to do my roof so I was stuck, especially since none of the Box stores carries the shingles I had in stock, I called GBS and Gary checked and thank God, they had everything I needed in stock and $8 per bundle less, not only that, I only had a compact car so he expedited delivery within the hour free of charge! Try and get that at ANY of the Box stores, you wont be successful . I should know, I work at one . Thank you GBS

These folks are terrible. Better service at Home Depot. I bought Cedar for trim... twice... what they sent me looked like it was on the side of a French barn in WWII. Were to replace on Friday. Now Wednesday... still no word. Just called to ask for Dena.... guy answer phone, said he would have her call me.. hung up without a number. Stinkola..!!

GBS is great, good prices
