Madison Square Bridal is incredible! I was married on December 20, 2020, and I felt so beautiful in my custom gown. Rita and GiGi are precious and made my experience so welcoming and so exciting. I was worried at first about purchasing a dress I have never seen, but GiGi saw my vision for my dress, and took all my ideas and wants and drew me a sample. He took the inspiration photos I had, and allowed me to show them exactly what I wanted. From the moment I met Eva, I knew my dress was going to be perfect. The process of bringing my ideas to life was so simple with her expertise. She listed to me and made the dress exactly for my body. Working with her and this team was the best wedding dress experience I could have asked for. Eva created the dress of my dreams and blew me away with how perfect it was. She is a perfectionist in the best way possible! I could not find what I wanted in any store, and she created my dream dress in just a few months. I will recommend Madison Square Bridal to everyone! Working with Gigi and Elizabeth was the easiest part of planning my wedding! They made everything so much fun and they customized everything to my exact (and maybe extravagant) liking! Gigi and Elizabeth were absolutely wonderful! They really made the whole experience relaxing and fun. They are both very personable and the appointment was very intimate. They welcomed not only myself but also my guests I had with me. You are the only appointment in the boutique during your visit and they allow you to take your time as you navigate through what you’re looking for. I would 100% recommend them every time!

The only place that I called in search of a specific dress that told me that they would love for me to come in and try on that certain style dress and I could custom make my own dress. From the moment I walked in to the store, I felt as though they really cared about making me a happy bride. They played my favorite type of music, reassured me about the process of picking out a gown, instructed me on what they have that could help me, and made the whole process simple as I needed the guidance. My mom and I left there feeling like we made two new friends. Amazing customer service! Check out their store it is nuzzled back in between other shops but they have a lot to offer and you can get the perfect dress.

My daughter and I had an appointment today. What a pleasant experience!! My daughter had been unable to narrow down the exact dress as she liked certain aspects of several different ones. After listening carefully to what she wanted and relying on their expertise, the ladies were able to customize the perfect dress. The cost is surprisingly affordable for a custom dress. If you are wanting a great experience and a gorgeous dress for your day - do not hesitate to make an appointment! You will not be disappointed!!!

I was so unsure what I wanted for a dress. They had suggested I go to Pinterest and pick out my favorite. I sent them 4 and they priced out for me. Picked my favorite (ended up being theirs too) and went in for fitting. Felt like a queen with so many people helping. Wasn’t sure of exact color so, they took the time to go through swatches and put against my skin toneI live two hours from there so they were so nice about working around when I could get in there for pick up. The gown was GORGEOUS!!! They did such a good job. So reasonable for a custom dress.So many compliments at my daughter wedding. Highly recommend this place and Gigi and Rita Gonzales

I cannot say enough great things about this store and the experience they give the bride and everyone she brings with her! After trying on dresses elsewhere and finding only bits and pieces of each dress I liked, MSB was just the place for me to go and say YES to my dress. They take such care in explaining the customization process and making it all come together into the exact look you want. I was able to bring pictures of different parts of other dresses and marry them together into my own perfect and unique wedding dress tailor made for my style and my exact measurements! And if that doesnt sound awesome enough, I was able to do all of that for less than other dresses I had tried on elsewhere! Plus having the whole bridal shop to yourself really made the experience feel extra special. I would highly recommend MSB to any bride that wants to create their own unique dress to knock the socks off everyone on their wedding day!!

This place is THE best! Gigi and Elizabeth are personable, funny, accommodating, and wonderful! I had been scared to think about a custom dress (what if it doesnt look like I imagine, what if I hate it, etc), but they really go through every detail to make sure both you and they know exactly what is to be done. And customizing a dress with them is insanely more affordable than I anticipated!Even if you dont find the perfect dress for you at MSB, at least give them a shot! Theyre truly wonderful people, and you wont be disappointed.

I have mixed feelings about this business, and after all, its not often that one has to rent a groomsman tux for a wedding, so my experience with similar businesses is limited. However, they provide a service, so lets see how they did. Well see how much we have to adjust their rating, starting with 5 stars....1. All groomsmen were measured 1.5 weeks prior to the wedding date, and received our tuxes 4 days before the wedding. Lets say, +1 star2. The folks were friendly, but that should be expected.3. The tux rental was $200, so that seemed a bit pricey to me, and I figured that for that price my expectations should be high.3. The tux I received was quite wrinkled - had to carefully iron the jacket, pants and long-sleeved shirt: -1 star (so much for expectations...)4. The pants were significantly too long (+2 inches): -1 star5. One of the groomsmen was not able to wear his shirt, it was much too small - he was able to borrow a similar one from Mens Warehouse (no charge !!!, + 1 star for Mens Warehouse)6. They insisted that all tuxes had to be returned by 2pm the Tuesday after the wedding. And per their website the opening hours were Sunday-Closed, Monday-Closed, Tuesday open from 11:00am. So, not convenient with just a 3 hours window..Of course the return was my responsibility, but they made it a problem. -1 Star7. The hours on their own website said they were open 11am-6pm on Tuesday. Yet when I arrived at 11am to return the tux (using my lunch hour) the hours posted on the door did not match the website - they opened at 12:00. -1 StarTwo follow-up comments, following the store owner response:1. I had someone else pick up my tux, so I was not there for a fitting. However, I was told that the pick-update was just for that, e.g. pickup. No refitting would be done. Perhaps I misunderstood. Ill give the benefit of the doubt and return 1 star.2. He said that he was there at 10:45 on the morning of the pick-up date. However, per the signage on the door the store was closed, and the lights were off. The reason why my son was the first customer is because I met him there, we both went there at 11:00 to return tuxes. So he ended up waiting for at least 45 min.So, my final adjusted rating: 3 Stars.Again, this review was from a groomsmans view. I have to say that the brides dress was very nice

Great experience & MSB!! Elizabeth and the team were extremely helpful and knowledgeable! They also closed the store for my appointment and were willing to spend as much 1:1 time as we needed!!I’d highly recommend making an appointment!

MSB is absolutely amazing, I was torn between two dresses and the staff put together my dream dress and made it so I didn’t have to choose! Elizabeth, Michelene and Gigi were nothing but kind, supportive, and willing to make sure I had my dream dress. Highly recommended for all brides!

I really had a great time with Gigi and Elizabeth, they worked with my budget, and helped me narrow down from anything, to a specific dress custom made! They had a wide selection to choose from, and I cant wait to see the dress finished!

I’m so thankful that I found MSB of Greenville! My appointment with them was very educational and helped me identify what elements, details, and silhouette I wanted in a dress! I actually had already found my dream dress across town (didn’t know it at the time of my MSB appt), but working with Gigi and Elizabeth helped confirm my decision. Gigi and Elizabeth were a lot of fun to work with - they kept the appt light-hearted and fun. It was a great experience making my dream dress. They make sure that you are the only person in the store so all the attention is on you and you can pick and choose which pieces of dresses I liked the most.

I met GiGi and his team at the Spartanburg Bridal Expo back in January and was immediately intrigued with their creative process in custom gowns! I booked an appointment in March and worked with Elizabeth to custom design my gown. It was a fun experience from the time I walked in the store! I felt so well taken care and listened to with my own ideas and of course, my pinterest board. They also were able to provide their expertise in dress design. They have a multitude of different lace patterns, fabric options, and styles of gowns. You can design anything you can imagine. If you can think it, they can make it! I go back in November to take my measurements and I cannot wait to see the final product for my April wedding!!!! I will update this review when the final product is complete!!

I’ve never been one to write reviews, but after my experience at MSB I HAD to change that!!! First off, I was sooo nervous (It was my first bridal appointment)) and the MSB team made me feel very comfortable and relaxed! I even got to pick a Pandora station to listen to while trying on dresses. The consultants listened to my preferences of style and showed my dresses that fit that style! They also showed me some of their preferences based on my body style. The MSB team was absolutely amazing and very experienced with all aspects of the wedding industry!! During my appointment with them I found the PERFECT dress and purchased it! They made me feel so beautiful and were able to help me stay in budget!! I didn’t go the customize route but I LOVED that they had that option available and affordable! Hands down one of the best experiences that I’ve ever had! Who doesn’t love that they can goof off and unwind with the girls to make YOUR big day less stressful? Definitely give them a try!!!!
