Took my truck to Marks in November to get new brakes, went in today because brakes were very squeaky and they told me there was a year warranty for them. I took it in and he tried to tell me my brakes were good KNOWING they werent. Then he told me they were gonna charge labor... why do I need to pay labor if the brakes are good??? Come to conclusion they sold me used brakes for $260 dollars with labor. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE TO MARKS cant be trusted.

Went in at 8 for a oil change and inspection, with two people ahead of me. My first time going and this will be my new spot for sure. My usual auto place inspection machine was down and it was a couple hours wait just for a oil change. So I just googled a place and chose this one cause I see it all the time in route to work. I was able to go in work a hour early lol I have NEVER experienced such fast service. Im really impressed and pleased with my service today.

Called and inquired about about service before taking off work to make sure I wouldn’t be wasting my time, so I Told them I need a balance, rotation and oil change. They Seemed confident in there ability to do so until I proceeded to sit in their lobby for over 2 hours just for the mechanic to tell me he couldn’t balance my tires because they don’t have the correct weights and I should take it somewhere else, over 2 hours for a oil change I could have done myself the only reason I got the oil change with them was because I needed my tires balanced so I would already be here, so now I’m leaving here without my original issue being resolved and one vacation day down because they couldn’t do something as simple as balance a set of tires, oh and this is the second time they told me they couldn’t balance a set of tires on two different cars. In my opinion if you’re in need of wiper blades inspection or an oil change this is your spot ANY OTHER MECHANICAL ISSUES TAKE IT SOMEHWERE ELSE!!!!!!

After describing the work I needed done, they told me they would call me back with an e0stimate. I never got that return call and every time I have called since, I had to leave a message. Would highly recommend for oil change. Went around 12:30 on a Monday and was taken right away! Very professional and worked quickly! Was in and out with an oil change in 30 mins. Very reasonable price and did not heckle me for services I did not want! Great overall experience!

I have been riding for 3 years without no AC in my car so this year I made up in my mind to get the AC fixed. I was going to take it to my dad mechanic in Washington DC but the Holy Ghost said take it to Marks. On April 30, 2019 I took my car into Marks I was thinking one price in my mind because AC in the car are expensive, when I went to pick up the car up it was only $46.76. Thank you Jesus, and thank you Mark, and staff; his staff was nice and helpful.

Went in for an inspection. They found a nail in one of my tires and plugged it up for me. Everybody was incredibly nice and helpful. And the waiting room was roomy and clean, complete with a TV and a fish tank to watch.

Went here because the ratings of 74 people were 5 stars. And you know what, it is! First thing I notice was every one was super nice. And Im talking about the customers. They sat smiled and when leaving were all nice and happy when leaving and waved good bye to me. My car came in needing some motor mounts I was told. Another shop told me I need shocks, rocker arms, $1,000 worth of service. After inspection all I needed was tires. I had two steel belts that were busted. One in front and one in back. No wonder why I had shaking in my steering wheel. So I have good tires on order. And I did get transmission flushed which all cars need it done to keep them rolling. Mine has good power passing and take off still and want to keep it that way.The mechanic came and talked with me about my car and asked questions and he was extensively helpful. And made me feel I was important and my van. So that is why I give them 5 stars. From the customers, guy at desk, to mechanic all super nice. They did what needed to be done and didnt try and make a profit on saying something needed to be done. Women men your in good hands here!

Mark explained everything during my inspection & when I called about a weird noise. After my inspection, One of the techs also showed me how to change my oil filter on my work truck. I feel comfortable & confident enough to allow them do it. I will gladly return....whenever I have another business day off work. They can work on all of my vehicles and I live 30 minutes away. I wish they offered AAA services if my vehicle ever needed repair away from home.

Marks has the best customer service of any automotive repair shop Ive ever been to. The atmosphere is inviting and friendly, the waiting area is clean and comfortable, and there are even computers available to use while you wait.Best of all though, is that I trust these guys. Theyve never tried to swindle me by trying to sell some unnecessary service or telling me I need to fix something that doesnt really need to be fixed. Im not a car person, so I highly value their integrity and honesty. Both Marks are genuinely really nice people. Ill continue to go to them exclusively for oil changes and general auto repairs.

Marks has consistently taken good care of me. Ive brought my car in for multiple issues and worked with William each time. William stands by his work and will be very straightforward with you - Hell tell you everything you SHOULD do and based on your budget, hell lay things out for you in terms of do this, then two weeks later do this etc. so that if its expensive work, you can spread it over a couple of paychecks. He and the whole staff have been easy to work with and accommodating and you dont feel taken advantage of.I went to an auto parts store recently where I wanted them to check something out for me before I decided whether it was a simple fix or I needed to actually go to Marks for it, and just happened to run into the owner in the store. He recognized me, asked me what was up with my car, waited with me and instructed the auto store employee what to look for, and gave me his honest opinion without making me feel pressured to bring my car to him. Good customer service from all these guys.

I own a 2002 Toyota 4 Runner with a 3 inch lift. I have been a loyal customer of Greenville Toyota Service Dept. for 10 years. After several visits and almost $2000 dollars in repairs; I still had an awful squeal and vibration coming from under my truck. Mark scheduled me an appointment. One of his mechanics rode with me to identify point of sound. After a few hours he explained what was happening. $108 part and $161 for labor my truck is vibration & squeal free. Wish I would had allowed Mark and his crew to repair first.Thanks again Mark & Crew!

I recently moved to a different address in greenville and found Marks only about 7 minutes away from my new address. When I arrived there i was greeted by one of the automotive technicians who was very friendly. They did a full service oil change in no time. I was there maybe 15 to 20 minutes and my car was DONE! The price was also very good as well. i would most definitely recommend Marks quick lube. I plan on going there from now on for my automotive needs.

I went in with brake problems and had no idea what to expect. After speaking to Mark for a bit about what was going on he was able to dumb down the technical jargon enough to help me understand what procedures were being performed. The entire staff was very friendly and professional during all of their interactions with me and every other customer that walked through their doors. Mark was also kind enough to let me know that there was additional wear to the front brakes which would need to be addressed eventually. At no point did he push any additional services or products on me. Needless to say, I will be continuing to use this business as long as I live in the Greenville area.

The tires and steering wheel in my minivan were wobbling, and I was pretty sure the problem was with the tires. When I took it to Marks Quick Lube, they found out that the problem was a little more serious than just the tires! They worked me in, and Chris and William fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. Theres not enough words to express my gratitude for the most heartfelt experience I had since being here. Im new to NC (from California), dont know many people, & live almost 2hrs away from Greenville. I decided to kill two bird with stone that day, being I had a Doctors appointment in Greenville that morning. Idk much about cars, so after I did my research (Google, lol) to see where was the best place to get my oil changed near me. By the ratings & reviews it was an easy choice...I honestly wasnt prepared for the welcome I received. It didnt start from the moment I walked through the door. I couldnt find the place (since my GPS had me going in circles), so of course I called to see if they could give me better directions. Not only did they do that, they went beyond by staying on the phone with me until I made it to the front door, (might I add) without being stressed out by me not knowing landmarks, side streets, etc.. (being Im not familiar with anything in Greenville). I also had my children with me & after a long day of driving, Doctor appointments, getting lost, and not to mention the ride we had ahead of us to make it back to Swanquarter, they were just over the entire day & just ready to be at home. I swear while there they forgot we were there getting my vehicle serviced. It was like they pressed a restart button or something. They were all smiles, relaxed, & very comfortable there...The atmosphere, the prices, the knowledge, the integrity, the people that work there, the love, the back story of the other Mark (it was as though I knew him without ever having the chance of meeting him). Amazing service and really considerate polocies regarding inspection. Theyre always quick and polite. Services are reasonably priced and they dont try to upsell you on things you dont need. The waiting room is nice with coffee and snacks, and computers if you need to use them.
