Was promptly greeted at the service station. Nice waiting room. They’ve updated their process: I have a service plan with them and no longer have to go to the cashier’s desk to get checked out (for a bill with no balance). It was ready for me and I just stepped right outside to my car.

I gave four stars because my service was supposed to include the car being cleaned, and the $300 40K service states it includes that, and it was not. Every time I have had it serviced there they have not cleaned it. In the grand scheme of things, probably not the biggest deal, but don’t tell me that it will be done and then not do it. That’s three services, and never gotten washed. Sorry, but I believe you deliver what you promise. Other than that, everything was great. Thank you!

We have had our 2018 Lexus Rx350 L serviced several times at Lexus of Greenville. The service has been excellent. The service representative, David Romeo, as well as other members of the Lexus team have been professional, friendly, and helpful in responding to our needs. The work itself has been completed in a timely manner and up to expected standards. I highly recommend Lexus of Greenville for your Lexus needs. One more comment. The waiting lounge is rather small and needs to be enlarged to accommodate the large number of customers who are waiting for their vehicle to be serviced. Time for Lexus to update its facility on Laurens Road.

Unscheduled appointment as large screw penetrated tire. Service staff was busy so I stood there several minutes before anyone engaged me. They acted like an unscheduled visit was not what they preferred and werent thrilled about it.....but what was I going to do?Took 1.5 hrs as promised and the attitude once the work was done significantly improved.

They always make sure my car is is in tip top condition. I appreciate them making sure that I am still driving a well maintained and excellent performing 2011 IS250. Their factory trained machanics are great.

I took my car in for the 10,000 mile maintenance and oil change. I love the video I was sent of technician doing a thorough inspection of my car. He pointed out what he was talking about, what he was looking for, and overall how the car was doing performance wise. Very courteous, professional, and helpful. The waiting lounge is also great. Very comfortable couches and chairs as well as an office space off to one side for people who needed to work while they waited. They also had complementary snacks, coffee, and sodas.

Greg Oliver was extremely helpful and easy to work with. Appointment was timely, repair was done right and service top notch. Excellent experience - highly recommend.

I believe Lexus of Greenville did a great job. We had an appointment but was able to get in 30 minutes earlier than that ! Was just having wife’s vehicle first service so it was free. Which helped out a lot. They were pretty busy but was able to get a loaner so we could go eat lunch while we waited. They were done before we were finished with lunch. There is zero question about it: if you own a Lexus vehicle and you live in upstate SC and you actually care about your vehicle - then this should be the ONLY place you take it for service. It is that simple. I’ve been bringing my Lexus here since 2017. As far as anything service related - my car will be going nowhere else as long as I live in this area. We were greeted and then shown to the nice waiting room. We were told about how long the service would take, and it was within that limit. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

I was greeted promptly. I loved how Bryan contacted me through text message and informed me that if I had any questions I could text or call him. I also enjoyed the video of the inspection done. I thought that was really cool. That was the first time a dealership has done that for me. I am a military spouse and was home during travel, so this was my first visit here….I liked the atmosphere and service.

From the moment I drove in for my maintenance checkup this morning, I was greeted with smiles and words of welcome. But more than affable, Bryan and Teresa attended to every detail from the maintenance for my car to helping me secure the use of a loaner while the work was being done and then settling the final bill. Getting one’s car serviced can be a bit like having a cavity repaired at the dentist—necessary but not the most pleasant activity. Lexus has consistently proved to be the exception. I took my car in for several maintenance items and during a routine inspection the service technician discovered a repair that I was unaware of. It needed to be corrected so I added that to the list. Everything was completed and I feel like I have a new car. Cole Johnson has always been helpful and is a good guy. Plus, he and I are graduates of the same university and we enjoy talking about our football team.

Got there 20 minutes early for my first maintenance check. No problem and took us right away. Appreciated giving us a loaner car so we didn’t have to hang around for a couple of hours. They called us in one hour and 45 minutes to let us know it was done. We checked out quickly and easily. Everyone was very professional and efficient. Thank you! My only disappointment was they did not wash my car.

Well over all the service at the dealership is excellent and I go there because the technicians knows my vehicle best, but this time when my vehicle was returned to me, it was not vacuumed or washed, and that really made me feel some type of way about the overall Lexus service, because If I wanted to, I could save money by going somewhere else, and if this small courtesy service that they provide happens again that may be what I do .

Recently had the a/c serviced and trunk shocks replaced on my 1992 Lexus SC300 with 52,000 miles. They had to order the shocks but the repairs were ready the next day and everything is great! Very pleased with the service and experience at Lexus of Greenville. Fernando Geiss

We bought our Lexus from Lexus of Greenville and always return for our required maintenance- this was a 30,000 maintenance. We always request Brad K. for our service rep because he is always so helpful to us. We have asked for Brad since we bought our 1st Lexus there as well as on our daughter and sons vehicles. The only thing at all about this service is that I was told at the time of coming by and making my appt that we would get a loaner vehicle since this particular maintenance usually took several hours (and it did take 3 hours). This in no way is a criticism of Brad....I did not set the appt up with him and we did not bring up the loaner vehicle when we came in. Your customer lounge is comfortable so we did fine waiting on the service to be done.

The folks at Lexus are very nice, helpful and knowledgeable, particularly Chuck and Steve, and I did end up purchasing the vehicle I went to see and test drive.The only downside to the purchase was the time spent waiting. We had our 2 1/2 year old grandson with us, and the 3 hours between test driving the vehicle and leaving finance was, to us, pretty ridiculous. I understand there was only 1 finance person working that day and there were more folks than us there buying cars, but still, the process was long and drawn out. Neither my husband nor I have purchased a car from a dealership in a long while, and forgot how exhaustive an experience it can be. While Chuck was able to skip us ahead of someone else for the finance piece, it was still a very tiring experience, especially having a toddler with us.Aside from that, we love the vehicle and appreciated the help we received at Lexus of Greenville. I brought my SUV in for routine maintenance. Steven helped me and he was professional and super nice! I thought I wouldn’t get the complimentary car wash since it was raining but my car was still washed and vacuumed!! Steven even came out in the rain as I was leaving as I had an issue with my seal around the rear trunk that I forgot to mention! Steven resolved quickly! He also mentioned other things I needed done but didn’t make me feel pressured! I’ll definitely be back!

When my car was delivered it had a small scratch on the door. Without any hassle or wasted time trying to determine who did it/how it happened they fixed it.
