Soooooooo friendly and helpful. They dont automatically assume the worst of you like the Asians, follow you around the store, ask you to hurry and pay, or lie and tell you something is out of stock so that you think your only option is the display( at full price) smhl. They do not make millions from our community each year and never give back to us either like the Asian does.Highly highly reccomend.

Rude rude rude I was in that store for 8 minutes and no one was around and then randomly a white lady comes out of nowhere and looks at me and asked me what she can help me with as if it were not obvious I wanted to buy something🙄🙄🙄🙄

Needs to close down or stock up on current and up to date products. i live within walking distance and still travel further because they always have absolutely NOTHING in this store.

I recently traveled from Spartanburg to Greenville after reading about Janet via the stores website. I had been looking for a professional braider for over a year. After talking with Janet and learning more about her as a master hair care specialist I decided to get kinky twist. I was amazed at the job that she did with my hair style. I most definitely will be going back to get my Sisterlocks. I am very pleased with her as a professional stylist and her overall work. She knows about hair and will not steer you wrong.
