Its ok. Every now and then you may come across a worker with a dry attitude, buy most are very helpful. The hair quality is (O.k).

I brought a wig that I was told was a human hair wig for $200 .. well I tried to dye it a ND it wouldnt even take the bleach to dye it I would definitely pay more attention to these wigs that suppose to be human

I loved how they have mannequins available with various samples in the human hair selection. The better the quality, the higher the price. One sample felt like straightened pubic hair. Nevertheless, I would rather feel the hair myself to know what type of product Im purchasing.

Not friendly. They only allow 1 person to try on wigs at a time. I think they can do better than that considering the size of the building. Previous visits were a little better than the 1 rating Im giving now.

If you dont find what youre looking for here then your just plain CHOICY because everything I need they either have exactly what I want or something close to it... And IM PICKY!!! I went into this store to buy a wig but that section was not open yet. Thumbs down for that. It was so hot in that store with all kinds of stuff, just so cluther and stuff here and stuff there. I mean if it was not so hot in there probably would have stayed longer and search for what I really wanted. I left in a hurry and went to another store, Walmart. Just too much in that store...so hot then wearing a face mask made it even more miserable to be in that store.

The new customer entrance was confusing. Enter through the door you normally didnt used to enter through if you are a regular. Everything was easy to find. Not many employees to help you find stuff but it is what it is!

The best beauty supply store to go to for everything you need. I have been several times and have been pleased each time. The customer service isnt always 100 but everyone has their days. Its nothing to get upset over or stopping shopping at.

Very disappointed by their selections for human hair wigs. Their display of the wigs werent enticing either, as they appeared worn out. However due to COVID-19 trying on wigs isnt allowed.

This place has great variety. I am a frequent shopper of beauty products. Every time I come to shop I feel as though I’m being watched like a thief. It makes me feel very uneasy and not want to spend my money there. I’m not sure if this place has trust issues with a particular group of people but it makes me want to shop elsewhere. Other than that it has a good assortment of products.

They have more of a variety of hair, i drove all over looking for a certain type of hair NONE of the other hair store had it, but Beauty World Supply had it plus more.

Have not been there for over 15 years! Walked in was greeted by front cashier! So I felt welcomed! I was escorted to the items I needed. I noticed that the floor persons was very professional and polite! Was in and out! Will definitely shop there again!!

Great place to shop for many brands of hair as well as hair supplies and products. Im always able to find what I need and the girls are a great help. My only complaint is the fine line between customer service and stalking. It can become a bit uncomfortable from the constant eyes watching my every movement and following me around in the store. I appreciate the caution and security which is necessary to a degree but, not every person is shopping with malicious intentions.

Large selection of hair and hair products; almost too many, but definitely a wide array of products offering a better variety. Two of my biggest concerns are that rap music and R&B are almost always being played and not all of their customers are fans of that type of music, especially myself (I will be so grateful for the day when I walk into this establishment and hear Christian music), and the other miss is customer service (its either hit or miss; some workers appear as if theyre bothered by you asking them a question). All in all, Im pretty sure theyll have what you need!

They have tons of hair care supplies and essentials. Me only complaint is they dont have a large variety of colors. Just the basic 1, 1B, 2, 4, and 27

Organization could be better. Couldnt find a heat protectant so I decided not to purchase a hair dryer. Was able to find the majority of what I was looking for. I did try to get the attention of one of the male workers and he just continued walking on. It then took forever to find someone else and I was just pointed to the aisle of mixed items.

The store has almost everything dealing with hair and body that is on the market . . not just for African Americans, but for other races as well. The younger staff try their best to help customers with whatever they may need .. however, I used to work at this location and .... Bad managers can take a good staff and destroy it, causing their best employees to flee and the remaining staff to lose all motivation. Please remember to be kind to the ambitious young women that are employed at this location, as their management is not so kind.

Love it. I came in close to closing and even after they were closed employees did not rush me and were super helpful. I didnt realize they were about to close when I arrived but everyone was so helpful and sweet. I easily found what I came for too.

I dont particularly have an interest in that type of store. I was just looking for a particular item and that store was recommend. If you are in the beauty business or looking for an item that most stores wont carry I would recommend trying there. They have a large selection and variety of items there.

Like to go there for some of my hair needs like oils and a few other natural hair products, but overall much more expensive than regular stores like Walmart, Target, Dollar General, etc. Def will not be buying most natural hair products here like curling cremes and whatnot but I do love to buy other hair accessories. Store is always clean but most associates are not very friendly.

Terrible Customer Service, here’s why yesterday I went in to look for braiding hair, I walked to the back of store there was four workers in the area. No one greeted me or asked if I needed assistance so I spoke up and said loudly may I get some help I was ignored they were not assisting other customers instead they were walking through the aisles looking around I immediately feel uncomfortable because I am visually impaired I did not have my cane with me and I really don’t know much about hair I just knew I needed some braiding hair so I continue to look, I have been looking around still no one help me it had been 10 minutes now so I just grabbed something that look like what I want it I made my way to the front to purchase and my total is $74. I got home and I was upset because it was not to hair I want it and I feel pressure to purchase it so I wouldn’t spend anymore time in that store where no one would help me . Two hours later I decided to return the here to the store I walked in and they were a little busier but still no one greeted me as I come through the door so I stepped over to the register so I can make a return a young lady told me are you making a return? I said yes I need to exchange I picked the wrong hair she then grab my bag Apple that the receipt I said I’m going to hold onto this can I go ahead and pick up the correct hair? She said yes so I made my way back to the back this time I was determined to get a workers attention I walked in in I loudly said May I please get some help there were two young girls who walked past me and ignored me this time I spoke loudly again still no answer so I just started looking myself for The correct braiding here I got down the aisle stood there looking in a Asian man walks up to me and asked me if I was the one making a return I said yes I picked the wrong here he asked for my receipt I said I am not giving my receipt to you unless I can come with you so you don’t lose it because I pay with my credit card he replied with an attitude saying I don’t even know why you would leave your bag with the girl anyway she is not the return lady I said how am I supposed to know I was only following orders from your worker we then proceed to walk to the front at this point walking back to the register I was disgusted with their behavior and poor customer service majority of the people working there were black Miami and they’re not to know if someone is visually impaired or disabled but that should that matter each customer should be greeted and workers should not be standing around laughing and carrying on when is customers homey help . I feel they pick and choose who they want to assist and that is not fair this has to stop, I did not return all of my hair I return the braiding here that I purchased but now I have this other here that was $30 and I feel my money could be going to a better company has better employees, i’m sure I’m not the only one who has had this terrible treatment we don’t have a choice is black women to shop anywhere else for here but at places like this where the employees treat us very badly so I don’t have any terrible words to say don’t shop there because people still shop there is mongoose black women continue to wear weave in their head or need hair products but hopefully the employees can work on being a professional at their job there is a time and a place to be ghetto and there is a time to be professional I would read that whole experience 2 out of 10 stars,

2nd time shopping @ beauty world in Greenville. So i go in today to purchase a wig. Well the wig i picked out wasnt the wig that was taken to the cashier by staff. I didnt realize it until i got home & took the wig out of the box. 😠 now im stuck with a wig that i cant use. I really feel that in this situation i should be able to exchange for what i want....

So I bought a ponytail from this establishment thinking that if the color didnt match or whatever the issue was Ill be able to return it. I have not wanted just got it the day before took it out the box before they close and noticed it doesnt match the color of my hair. I wasnt able to see the actual color of the hair because of they have it packaged in the store. The receipt does not say ponytails cannot be exchanged or refund it says some items it doesnt clarify which ones. You guys should be more specific about what can and cant be returned and refunded on the receipt and also throughout the store. Also the cashier should let people know what can and cant be returned. It would definitely clear up a lot of confusion!

The customer service in this store has gone down completely! I personally feel as though it was not that great to begin with. The workers never smile and arent friendly or helpful what so ever. Me being a woman of color is honestly disappointed but not surprised to see another establishment of African American culture be ran so unprofessionally. Just sad!
