I wish I can give this place a lower rating. My 1st time coming here was horrible. From the smell of the store to the employees was just horrible. Hospitality is an understatement.

They have a great variety of products. Wish they had more dark color hair...

Family operated and family oriented. Everyone is kind and helpful. It is a very clean store. There is a wide selection of all of your hair needs, along with makeup, jewelry and accessories.

Staff readily available to help me with my purchase. Wide selection available.

Currently waiting for buisness to open. It’s a shame to be one of the only hair places open on Sunday yet not open. Parking lot full. Shameful. Currently googling anywhere to get what I need.

The store is stocked with an abundance of hair for all types of styles. The shelves in the hair care section were somewhat bare. However I was able to find the products I needed. The inside of the store could use some updates - better flooring, better display of products

The website states they open at 9 on Sunday but I sat outside from 9:30-10am and nothing. Prices are a bit steep here, but the customer service that I’ve received was polite and friendly. I already don’t carry big bags into businesses because there’s a stigma surrounding stealing with those big bags so the oversized bag prohibition for this location wasn’t a big issue for me. I’ve been shopping here since like 2012 off and on (they were located on Dickinson) at that time. My only thing is the times need to be updated because that’s wasting people’s gas and time. Other than that, you get what you pay for.

Not being rude but its not enough customer service

I will not be spending anymore money here. I went to do an exchange not a refund I had my receipt gave it to him but both clerks are questioning when I originally bought the hair it states it clearly on my receipt when I came. The receipt says 14 days to exchange but the clerk gonna say 7 days which is not on the receipt. I’m within the correct time frame and merchandise was never opened with my ORIGINAL receipt this should have been smooth transaction without me being questioned. I completed the exchange finally never get a dime from me again. Employee also walk around store act like they putting stuff up but watching you. I always have more than enough money to complete my transactions.

Honestly... Need restock more often, and include big men.

Went to buy a gift for someone, so I asked the clerk about a price for the item. The staff/owner assume you want to steal something because my purse was too big according to him. I left the item there and gladly took my money somewhere else. I will not be going to this store again.

Prices are overrated. Much cheaper in Kinston NC.

You name it ... they probably got it!

The associates here are amazing! They had alot of patience with me as I shopped for hair & products that I didnt know the name of but as I described what I was looking for ( I cant pronounce her name) but Z went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer when I left Adoria today she found EVERYTHING I needed! The cashier here is awesome too! I highly reccomend Adoria for hair & beauty supplies!

The owner has a very nasty attitude! I’ve stop going there months ago. This place isn’t better than beauty world. Customer service is ok. The place has a nice selection on hair but the price isn’t worth it. The prices on hair is unnecessary👌🏾

Horrible..just horrible, you are not allowed to try on hair/wigs/ponytails and also does not accept returns or exchange on these. How am i supposed to know if i like it or if it fits perfectly?, im from charlotte and i know plenty of beauty supply stores that give you wig caps so you can try the hair on in the store and know if you like it or not and also accepts returns or exchange as long as the hair is not opened and tags off.. they really need to work on their policy. Wont be going back.

Have to go in with headphones on so I can ignore the employees who constantly harass me while Im trying to make a decision on my hair....but that doesnt work they still interrupt me to ask if I need help....yes I need Jesus to help me not to give you a few words....

Honestly I wish I could give this place no stars. Worst experience ever today, this was my 1st time in the store, came in with my sister, 3 month old baby and my 2 year old toddler, I had them in a double stroller. After coming in we walked in the store for about 3 mins before we are approached by an employee who asked us if we needed any help. We told her we were fine and were looking around. We proceeded to look around (shop) and 5 mins later we were approached again by the same employee who then tells us we cannot have the double stroller in the store. It was clear that they were afraid that we would steal from the store. I have never in my life heard of any store not allowing you to come in with a stroller. I was offended by this and put everything we were going to purchase back and left the store. This was completely rude and unacceptable!!!

I stay in New Bern and I like to go there because they have a wide variety of hair. The only problem I have is their customer service, the Caucasian lady that at disaster is rude and dont let me start on the black girl with the long hair she is rude also. I asked her to help me search for a pack of hair and she act like she didnt want to be bothered. If you dont like your job or to deal with customers you need to go elsewhere.
