Above & beyond customer service! There was a slight mix-up with the shipping of my order in which I had to pick up my package from the post office and pay for extra postage. I reached out to Gerber Customer Service to be reimbursed for the extra postage I had to pay and they acted quickly and made things more than right by not only reimbursing me, but also emailing me a $25 gift card for the mistake & inconvenience. It made my day! Plus, I love all the products I ordered. Great quality & great value. Gerber will be a go-to company for me as I prepare to bring my first little one into the world. Thanks, Gerber! I usually order from Gerber monthly but since I have been trying to use my points the protection agency has been denying my forms of payment. I guess its only okay if I pay full price for all orders. Also the online customer service sucks. When they do respond its very vague barely addressing your concerns and I am also unable to speak with anyone from customer service. The contact number takes you to a recording and you never receive a call back. However like I said if you pay full price you will receive your orders and I can never complain about the quality of there clothing. The quality is top notch.

Had a great experience with Gerber customer service.My apartment number dropped out of my address so my order was returned. I contacted customer service and within 2 days my new order is on the way for my 1st grand baby. And Im not being charged another shipping charge!Thank you Gerber!
I applied with this company months ago. Went on many rounds of interviews (more than 3) and said they will provide feedback. Instead they ghost you. Staff usually had technical issues with simple video interview calls. There was a lack of professionalism to job candidates which speaks volumes for the organization itself. I would not recommend applying here.

I recommend avoiding this company as their customer service and turnaround are, quite simply, unacceptable. I order about $50 worth of clothing for a premature baby. The placing of the order was easy enough and they processed my card speedily. However, it’s now been days and not only has my order not been shipped, I’ve received non correspondence with updates about my order. Worse, my numerous attempts to make contact with the company have been ignored. Since it seems the clothes aren’t going to come soon enough to fit my quickly growing son, I decided to cancel the order. There is no structure in place to efficiently do this. You can’t just cancel the order, as you can virtually everywhere else in online shopping. There are other far superior companies from whom to buy baby clothes. Try any of them first.
Ordered many clothes for my little one, the package miraculous has an expected delivery date 12 business days after it was shipped! I contacted customer service multiple times but they were not willing to help, even FedEx said they needed to file a claim for lost package. In top of that many companies offer you free shipping, they dont add extra at the end to insure your delivery. My recommendation is to avoid buying directly from them, they lack of customer service skills and are completely unwilling to move a finger to correct their mistakes. Never again buying gerber products. 1st time shopping with them and worse experience ever. Will update when my shipment arrives if it arrives!

I have bought so many clothes from Gerber and the quality is great. Their patterns and styles are on trend and adorable. I had a shipping issue where I didn’t receive my order -that was out of their control- and when I contacted customer service they shipped it out again using a different shipping provider and was at my house within days. Excellent service and cannot say enough good things about this company.

I placed an order ten days ago, fedex tracking says delivery is now pending for the last 3 days, although it was due to arrive (same tracking tool) 5 days ago. I see this is a constant complaint here and it still has not been addressed. I would call customer service but it seems they are not worth the call. Do yourself a favor and don’t bother. I wish I’d read the reviews before I placed a lengthy order for my first grandchild that may, or may not arrive. Wow Gerber.
I just placed an order at the beginning of the month. Still no ship date, the phone number on the website goes to a recording. You cannot contact an actual person. I’m fighting to get my money back now! AVOID this company at all costs!
I have been waiting 3 weeks for my order. Missed the baby shower, so I am not happy. I still havent gotten my order. What a disappointment .Never again.!!!!
Over 11 days order not delivered, not response from Gerber, nor for shipping FedEx, nor Route Package Protection that I paid.It’s a SCAM with a Big corporate name in it.
Customer service response time via the live chat takes a few minutes, but once connected our issue was resolved immediately. (Had a refund code that wasnt working) The rep (Jodie) ordered from her end to get the issue resolved.
I have loved all the products Ive received from online orders. The color of garments match the pics online. The fabrics soft and cuddly, perfect for babys and young children. On the rare occasions Ive needed to contact customer service Ive received prompt and courteous service.
I love Gerber Childrenswear products for my little girl! They have such great quality fabric and offer clothing from newborn stage to toddler stage! Shipping is super fast as well!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!!!!!!! I ordered several items online and when i received my package i noticed some items missing. I called to let them know and they said they would get it taken care of. A week later i sent them an email asking for a status update. They asked if i wanted a refund on missing items or my items and i told them just like before i wanted my items. Now i still have not received any of my missing items and its 3 weeks later!! they also wont respond to me!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!
It appears there are many unhappy customers here. I wish I read their comments before making a purchase from them. All I am going to say is that I have never seen such poor customer service in both order processing/handing and communication with a customer. They blamed it on COVID, but for some reason other online retailers are doing just fine. Save yourself a headache and DONT buy from Gerber Childrenswear

Very unprofessional in the execution of packaging & costumer service. Please dont call & inquire about a product you will be treated rudely & with very dry matter of fact attitude. Too lazy to ask for a order number.. Just want to clock in & collect a check.. The way my box was packaged with 2 pieces of tape not securing the box & some items just throwed in the box without any packaging. Gerber is a disaster. A sad situation.

I made a purchase on November 26 in your online store, which they sent by Fedex and in the traking they say they had delivered it on 12/01/2020 and it never arrived, we are more than 9 days away and they still do not give me an answer about my purchase. I do not recommend buying from their online store, terrible customer service.
