Excellent experience. They gave me a best case worst case quote so i knew exactly what i wouldve been dealing with to get my car repaired. I appreciated the honesty and transparency. Prices are fair and im happy with what i paid. But more importantly the quality of the work was excellent. They were able to repair my car that same day. When i came in to pick up my car that evening they decided to fix my exhaust leak for free since they had to get up under the car to repair the other stuff. Which i thought was very thoughtful. The mechanic who worked on my car did a great job and is the kind of guy to shake your hand afterwards and thank you for bringing the car to them to repair. They gave me a heads up on things to look into on my car down the road and i feel that i will definitely be going back in the future for any further maintenance. On a side note the facility is very clean which shows they have pride in what they do.

Roper Mountain Auto was recommended to me via NextDoor so I scheduled an oil change for today. Price was very reasonable, service was quick and extremely pleasant. I was not upsold in any way. Terrible service and Bobby does not stand behind his service work. I would leave them a zero if that was possible. I highly recommend people to find someone else to do service on their vehicles. Both Bobby and Marie are rude when they dont agree with your opinion. Not professional in the way they handle things when you disagree with them. I have recommended friends and family to them in the past. I will not do that again. Even my friends and family have had issues with their work and professionalism they have displayed. They broke the hood rods on my moms BMW and did not except responsibility. She had to go somewhere else and get them replaced at her cost. Bobby also threaten me over the phone because Marie lied and said I cussed her out. Very unprofessional business. If this keeps them from getting one customer then this is time well spent.

Ken Stone is awesome. Very friendly and professional. And I couldnt be more pleased with the work he did. He even saved me money where he could which was much appreciated. I have found my permanent Mercedes repair shop.

HONESTY AND INTEGRITY a rare GEM....I was referred to Roper Mountain Auto Care. It was for something simple an oil change for my Diesel F250. I have long been told the heavy duty oil used in diesel trucks today can run 8k - 10k miles, not 3000 like the vehicle manufacturers want us to think..NOW, mind you my oil change isnt $19.99, it is a fare price at $95 being that I have 7.3 Liter Engine, so thats a lot of oil! On the reminder they put 9,500 miles...Such honesty! I am so thankful to have found these guys. I will continue to bring all my vehicles for repair to these gentleman. This repair shop is so honest and has men of integrity that you could feel comfortable sending grandma there!!
