This had to be the easiest and fastest experience of buying a car. I shopped around and found that other dealers in the area were selling the same cars for $4-6k more than this location, I came in with no expectations and left with a new vehicle and no regrets. I would most definitely recommend this location.

I can honestly say Im so happy I chose this place to get my car. Russell spotted me coming in and walked to the car as I parked far side of the lot. He made sure I was able to get the car I wanted. I understood my position but they accepted my negotiation. Although I knew I couldve gotten it a tad cheaper I bit the bait after 2 price drops. Im building credit and I got the car I wanted, at the exact payment I said I did not want to go over!!! I just cannot complain! Thanks so much for being the highlight of 2021 for me!!

I was greeted by name as soon as I got out of car. Service team was great and answered any questions I had. I chose to stay in break area for customers and enjoyed free beverages. My car was ready in the time I was quoted and service that was done explained and we discussed future service, I have always got great service from these guys and gals. I love my K5 and appreciate them keeping it in top shape.

Update: I had to bring my car in because I kept hearing a rattle in the driver side speaker (or so I thought) along with 2 other issues. They told me to ask for Jordan and his service was wonderful. Josh was my technician and he was outstanding! He listened to all my complaints and even after finding the issue allowed me to test for myself to make sure. He was very patient and accommodating. These 2 being on the team is a bonus for Kia.Tyler was a great help in my car search. I came in knowing what I wanted to look at and he was more than happy to show me every option they had in the car. Tyler was very honest and open about what I could get at my price point and he made it happen. I love my purchase and thus far am not experiencing buyers remorse. Ask for Tyler when you go!

I usually don’t leave reviews but this, has been an easy in and out experience both times I came in for a used car; I really enjoyed the car these people were amazing with everything they talked about and did exactly as they said they would. The car is amazing and I loved working with them keep up the amazing work. They fixed all the problems with the car prior to me taking it home even though they didn’t have to. It was sold as is. But just to satisfy my needs they did it. I couldn’t ask for a better company to do my business with. I really enjoyed working with these people. They had a great sales team and I hope they continue to do great.

Special thank you to Adam Perez and Lee Kia of Greenville!! Car shopping is not fun when you have to do it. We loved our 2013 Soul with 140+K miles. The Green Alien was amazing. Regular maintenance, oil changes, brakes, etc and she was always ready to ride. After some research and our previous experience, we knew we had to trust Lee Kia on our 2nd vehicle purchase. We love our new Kia Soul GT. We would definitely recommend the car, the dealership and the sales guy, Adam. 100% Customer Satisfaction!!

Great vehicles at a great price. Even during this used vehicle shortage, Robert the GSM gave me a phenomenal deal on my van and Darryl the salesperson was great to work with and went above and beyond to take care of me. When my wife picked up the van, after it was detailed, Darryl took the time to answer her questions even though he was with another customer.This is the third vehicle someone in my family has purchased there. Every question or concern was answered in a timely professional manner. I looked around the Kia lot on a Monday afternoon.. and decided to shop around in an effort to get the best deal on a vehicle that met all my requirements. On Tuesday, I had some questions about a model that I was still interested in. I appreciated the way the salesperson responded quickly, even though he had the day off. The customer service dept really clinched the deal when they suggested I set up an appointment for the following day. The entire experience was good.

Buyer Beware!! Very Bad Business and Very Disappointed with this establishment! After weeks of looking my husband and I thought we found the perfect vehicle. It was everything we wanted, spoke to Joby Stephens and he confirmed with validation the sales price. We told him we were on our way and that we would be discussing our trade in and ready to make a deal, he happily said he would be there waiting for us! We told him ahead of time that we were 2 hours away and he said that would not be a problem. When we arrived, it was to our surprise that Joby went home for the day. We sat down and had them appraise our vehicle and were then presented with an offer that was $9000.00 MORE THAN the Price that Joby Sent Us. Please know that we are not novices and had ALREADY CONFIRMED with Joby that the purchase price included mark up and he said “Yes, Except for sales tax, registration, title and dealer fees”. So, to get an offer that is now $9000.00 in addition to all of that was very frustrating and BAD BUSINESS! The acting sales “person” or “higher up” (I use this term b/c he specifically said he was not the manager) called Joby privately and then came back to us and said sorry for the confusion, Joby did not mean to send you the price and they are NOT WILLING TO HONOR the price that we agreed to with Joby. We explained that we just made the 2 hour drive and were surprised that (our salesman) left knowing he had made a sale and then I asked to speak to the actual manager. But He REFUSED TO COME OUT AND SPEAK TO VALUED CUSTOMERS as he was too busy with something else! I thought about calling today and speaking with another manager, however, I thought I would not get much headway so instead settled on a public review in hopes that the owners of the establishment Jodi Cochrane and Bob Hogan will see this and handle the matter in the Best way for their business.

Absolutely would not recommend. Drove an hour for our appointment only to be told the car we came after was sold. We had already filled out the pre-approval paper work for that specific car. Would definitely recommend looking else where before you waste a Saturday here.

We worked with David Boggs and couldnt have had a better experience. He was detailed and very pleasant. He let us take our time and was very patient (letting us test drive 3 different models) even getting us drinks and giving us plenty of time to discuss our decisions privately. He was gracious and worked with us to find a good price, as were all the staff we worked with. I had been to Kia previously 5 yrs ago and remembered how friendly the staff was then. My husband waited two hours and had an appointment! He was told that he would not be waiting more than 2 hours for this work to be done. He was told two hours and after two hours his car had not even been looked at so he decided to leave since it had not even been started and since they were not even going to be doing the work he originally came in for. Kia, did however, try to get us to do some other thing for $170 that Goodyear only charges $120 for. They wanted us to do this instead and not the recall and then they could not even find my paper work when my husband finally asked for his car because he was not going to continue to wait when they had not even started his car after sitting there for 2 hours and he had an appointment! It is unbelievable.They would not do the recall because they said they would rather do his rear differential than do the transmission software download even though that is what the recall was for. This of course was going to cost us $170 dollars! This is the second time we have asked to get two separate recalls done and they somehow said we needed something different to be done and did not do the recall.The women at the service desk must really hate her job or is too bothered to be friendly because she was really obnoxious with her attitude. It is absolutely horrible. We have set 3 appointments for recalls and ended up paying around 200 dollars each time for other stuff that they wanted to have us do and then not even getting the recall because the part was not in or they for whatever reason would not do it! We still have never gotten the work done and it has been months. They finally set us up for a 3rd recall visit and we have never had such bad service. We have had nothing but problems every time we have been there. We were thinking about trading his car in for a new one but we will never get a Kia again because we dont ever want to have to deal with the service department!!

TLDR: They will lie to get your business. I chose to take my car elsewhere because I couldnt trust them.My engine was stalling, so I had it towed here on a Sunday (June 20th). On Monday they told me that they *might* not be able to see my car until the end of the week. When I called throughout the week, they said my car was moving up in line to be seen. On Thursday they said my card was *very* next in line but might not get seen until Monday. I didnt hear anything on Monday, so I called again. This time I found out that they had been booked up through July 8th and that there was no time estimate for seeing my car. I asked why they couldnt just be upfront with me about the wait time, but they had no good answers. They will lie to get your business. I chose to pick up my car and take it elsewhere because I couldnt trust them.

Truly had a wonderful experience here! Originally drove an hour and a half to test drive a Sonata, but it sold 20 minutes before I got there! David Boggs was my sales rep and offered me some other options that were in my price range. He was never pushy and answered my incessant amount of questions with patience and knowledge. Ended up leaving with a Kia Optima Hybrid that I truly love! I feel like I got a wonderful deal, even ran my deal by a friend who works at a dealership and she even said my purchase price was phenomenal for the car I got. Just shows that I got an honest price and a great trade-in value for my car. Would recommend Kia of Greenville to everyone I know!

The service department here is terrible. My car has less than 75,000 miles on it. 2 months ago my car began having issues where it would stop accelerating and then just cut iff while driving. It has had to be towed to the dealership (it is under warranty) at least 6 times. Each time they say they fixed the issue, i pick my car up and the same exact thing happens. This has been going on for over 2 months. No one wants to be helpful about rectifying the situation or fixing the car. The mechanics I’ve talked to seem to downplay the issue and dont want to look at what could be causing it outside of any code that diagnostics have pulled (which clearly isnt the issue). The people in the service department are rude and not helpful. Ive even spoken with the general manager regarding my concerns and he was dismissive as well. I will never buy another kia or any car from this dealership

Would not return any calls after the sale. UPDATE (7/5/21): I was contacted by a manager from the dealership. I went to Kia of Greenville Service Department for an oil change, tire rotation and an alignment. I was told wait time 1 to 1.5 hours. I ended up waiting 3 hours. I paid and went home. On my way home I noticed no new oil change window sticker was put on. I looked at the paperwork again it said it was done. So I had my son checked the oil and it clearly showed that the oil was not changed or filter.

I have to say I had a great experience here . After a really stressful day of trying to get a key made for my car after being left stranded I finally got a ride to Kia of Greenville . It was already closing time for the department that makes the keys . But they helped me before clocking out . They made me feel welcomed and was eager to help me and even though they let machine was acting up they tried there best to make it work so I could have a least I temp key til I could another one made . I couldn’t have been more pleased . I can’t remember the woman’s name who was able to help me but she deserves a big thank you .

Took my car in for a broken window regulator on the front passenger side. I was informed by service that they broke my door in the process and that they replaced the broken parts free of charge. They made sure to tell me several times that it was free of charge (of course it is, you broke it). I was told I would get a call at 9am the next day (Friday) to let me know when the painter would be available to paint the piece they replaced. I never got a call...I called back several days later (Monday) and asked for a status and was told I would get a call on Wednesday at 9am to let me know when the painter would be available for Wednesday.I just called at 5:40pm on Wednesday since no one contacted me. I was told since their painter didnt show up, they decided not to contact me (really??). I was told that the painter should be in next Wednesday and that they will call me then.I know with 100% certainty that I will not get a call. Go elsewhere for service, the lack of communication here is terrible.
