Trashy & shady business. they towed my car from my apartment when i clearly had a pass on the windshield. i called them to make sure that my car was there before i went to get it and they told me multiple times that they didn’t have my car. one stolen car police report and a lot of stress later, the police finally managed to get in touch with them and force someone to go down to their lot and find my car. of course, it was there. then they tried to charge me a holding fee for the 1 day that i “didn’t pick up my car” when i was literally told that they didn’t have it. and i still ended up having to pay $150 to get my car back. the trashiest people and business i have ever dealt with.

God awful service. Had a accident in which the brake line failed and a curb was hit. The right axle of the vehicle was busted with a poorly attached tire. The police called this tow company as my tow company was en route and said we had to use this service although my tow provider was only 5 minutes out because they got there slightly earlier.The tow technician came with a standard tow dolly. And attempted to lift the car as he was lifting it he was causing more damage, we said stop your causing more damage, we could hear more metal bending and the undercarriage was visibly being distorted.He said it “doesn’t matter it was a totaled anyways” and continued to cause additional damage to the vehicle. It wasn’t his call to determine the damage of our vehicle it is our mechanics call not the towing company. He made no attempts to try a alternative method of towing and the establishment has a flat rack at their disposal which was how this was supposed to be addressed.Considering that we had liability insurance that leads to more money out of pocket on our end to get the repair, adding a larger coat burden for the damage we already sustained.When I requested to speak to management they called me crazy and in summary said that it was going to be more damage anyways.I called my tow service to remove it from this establishments yard and they brought a flat rack to tow the vehicle without having to be told to do so, considering the type of damage the vehicle had. They carefully lifted the vehicle, jacking it first and then putting it on a flat rack with no warping, or metallic bending noises.This establishment did a piss poor job of moving the vehicle and did not care about protecting the vehicle or customers concerns. If I could rate them lower than 1 star I absolutely would. My recommendation is to avoid this company at all cost. Both their technicians and leadership lack professionalism and a working understanding of how to to get the job done with minimal collateral damage.

Got my car towed and it was reasonable not complaining, however they were rude and got charged $150. They took my car for 3 hours and if I did not pick it up before 5pm it would have been more they said. It had to be cash because they do not accept anything else.IF YOU ARE READING and you got towed.. no matter how long they take it, if its 30 minutes or 5 hours with in that same day it will be $150 after 5pm they will charge more.

Thank you for the service that you provided for me today. God put people in the right place in other folk time of need. This towing service got me and my mom back to LaGrange NC safe and sound. Never had to ride in a tow truck before but it was a fun ride. Hats off to my driver. I had fun laughing and talking with you. I hope my mom and I made your afternoon a good one.

I had to have my sons car towed. I am in Florida and he is at ecu. They were slow to respond with solutions to the problem. I decided to have it towed by a friend that is a mechanic. It had been 3 days and I hadn’t heard from them. I admit, this auto shop made the right diagnosis, however with the lack of communication I just didn’t feel comfortable leaving it there. I think this is a fair review.

I was helping my friend get her car fixed because the brake lights wouldn’t come on at all and it was the worst mistake ever. Let’s start off by saying the man rushed us to give him our information while on the phone with someone else so we got no details about when it would be looked at or what to expect. Next, they call us the next day and tell us the want to charge us $600 to fix it and $100 just to pick it up even though no work had been done to it. To top it off when my friend got her car back the turn signals( which worked fine before) now do not work at all either, the inside of her car was also trashed. They took all of her personal items out of her glove box and threw it all over the car and someone even left their hat in the car. To make matters worse we found out another mechanic could fix it for $150 vs. $600, over priced is an understatement.

Charged me $150 for a three block tow (car wasnt even wrecked, otherwise it may have been a small fortune), when my car broke down as I was exiting their lot about a block away they told me they would charge me the same again, also left my car key out in an area where anyone couldve walked off with it. On top of their outrageous rates, they also charge a 4% card fee.

Mr Albert came from Greenville to Washington in a few minutes VERY PROFESSIONAL in fact he saved me over $500 I was heading to purchase a part I never needed and he knew what I needed he got my Lexus charged up so I could purchase a battery and I did and its running great any other mechanical problem I will definitely support this shop he said it was more people just like him there and Im all for integrity THANK YOU AGAIN MR ALBERT

Last night my bike broke down in winterville and I was told by my insurance company that it would take an hour to have someone there 15 minutes later I got a call from them saying they had to get their bike cart and would be there soon i only waited a total of 30 minutes from the call to the insurance to the tow truck showing up. Albert was awesome with getting the bike on the truck and strapped it down very well. And didnt even think twice about having to drive it back to Suffolk, Va 107 mi drive. Didnt bother him at all. If anything happens to my vehicles their gonna be my first call.

The gentleman who towed my car arrived very promptly, my car wouldn’t shift so towing it was not very convenient but he made it work! Cheaper than towing using my car insurance company. They will definitely get my service if necessary from here on out, and I will never fail to recommend this company to my friends and family.

Which would be an issue to take up with the city or property management, not these guys just doing their job.

Being from out of town and a young woman I tend to be skeptical of handling things such as car problems on my own. I had nothing but a positive experience. They towed me immediately and gave me a diagnostic but due to it being a Friday they werent able to start my car until the next week. They communicated with me even while I was in a different state and had me back on the road as soon possible. They also gave me a huge break on an unexpected problem with my car. They have built my trust and my loyal business!

Monday my truck broke down an hour away and I needed it up and running asap. They said no problem. They delivered. They checked out my truck while repairing it and noticed a few things that were going to need work. BUT they didnt try to sell me anything. I appreciated that. Not much parking there but the people were helpful and knowledgeable.

If you need your car fixed within the span of 2 WEEKS never bring your car here. My car sat at their shop for two days last week. They said theyd call with an estimate... Never did. When we called to find out the estimate, they didnt even have one ready because they hadnt even touched the car yet! They told us to bring it back this week. We call before bringing it this morning and we are told that theres too much going on for them to look at my car. They need to learn to prioritize their customers or they need to hire extra help! Never taking my car here again.

They installed air spring suspension helper kit on my truck. Did exactly what they said they would at the price they quoted, though the work involved turned out to be significantly more time consuming. I was referred to them by a friend who has done business with them for years and has always been satisfied. This was a great experience.

Just had some car difficulty so I called for a tow truck. They arrived promptly and when he got there, he asked about the problem I was having. He checked it out himself and realized that my cables connecting to my battery weren’t functioning properly, tightened them, and my car started right up!! Thank you so much for making this already stressful time with Florence looming in, feel much less stressful!!

If I could give zero stars I would. My wifes car wouldnt start after pumping gas, so we called to get it towed. They told us the guy would be here in 10-15 minutes. That was over an hour ago. We called and they have accepted no culpability whatsoever, and wont even discount the tow. I have to go back to work and dont have time to wait on another towing service. This is unacceptable.

Cold, snow, and ice and I got stuck in my own driveway. Called Geico Roadside service, and they contacted Anderson & Sons. The driver called me right away to confirm where I was. He arrived shortly after that (since he as already out) and took care of everything quickly and politely. It wasnt an easy job but he handled it just fine. Helped me get the rest of the way out of the the driveway. Service above and beyond.

Michael & Ashley Anderson...What can you say about towing predators that tow my sons vehicle as he is moving his friend back into her dorm. This company is a money grab company with a history. He also damaged the vehicle because he is incompetent in his position as well as uses foul language at me on the phone and threatens my son as to belittle him. Hes an overweight man that likes to use his size to intimidate ECU students. He uses his wife as a secretary riding along answering calls that she has no business answering. I asked multiple questions to which she had to refer to Michael. He is Very unprofessional, very dirty, he uses crooked tactics and NOT RECCOMENDED for use for any service. Maybe his father Marty can teach his son something about courtesy...or maybe he already has? The apple does not usually fall very far from the tree.Pros: NONECons: Ridiculous fees, damages cars that he tows, threatens customers when he is proven wrong, and needs to have his license revoked.

These people moved my daughters car and broke the muffler off. No big deal but when they went to fix it they used plastic ty raps to hold up the muffler and send her on her way. She had to argue with them to use metal clamps. They clamped one side and refused to remove the ty raps from the other side of the muffler. I tried to reason with the owner over the phone and he was rude and did not care. These people are hacks and have no morals. Use anyone but these people!!!

My motorcycle had gotten knocked over while I was at a friends, and I have Geico Insurance. After talking with them for an hour and like 9 different people, they recommended Anderson and Sons Automotive- Towing and put me on the phone with them. I didnt get a chance to catch the guys name, but the one who came to pick me and my bike up was very professional and nice about everything. He secured my bike to the dolly he used to put it back on the truck, and was telling me different things about it being secured safely. Im a little new to motorcycles so he was telling things that other customers liked to do when he had to tow them and gave me some pointers in case I ever tried to move it myself in the future. When we were riding through downtown Greenville, he even slowed and pulled over when we got to some bumpy pavement to make certain the bike was secured properly and no further damage would happen to it. Upon reaching my residence, he helped me unload and was just a big help overall. I dont look forward to getting towed anytime soon in the future but if I do then I know I will call Anderson & Sons Automotive- Towing. Thanks for all the help guys, very professional.

My car ran off the road n I was calling different places that had towing service for almost 30 mins finally called Anderson & Sons Automotive & Towing he answered told him what happen he sounded like he was sleep said he would be there in 15 mins hooked it up they dont take credit cards he drove me to sheetz ATM he was so friendly and quick

Got towed from my apartment complex because my tags were out. Registration was paid up and was just waiting on the DMV to mail me my new tags.
