And when I didnt think it could get any better, the Service Director, Kim, and her entire parts & service departments treated me like royalty when installing my new running boards! We live 5 hours away and found what I believed was the perfect car. I called and spoke to two sales managers as well as someone in sales. Told them what my out the door price would need to be and had a pre approval from my bank in hand. We agreed on pricing. Once my husband arrived 5 hours later he was told the incentives only apply if you finance through them. Was told multiple stories by these 3 men. Needless to say my husband spent a 13 hour day trying to get a vehicle and drove away with nothing due to lies manipulation. Highly disappointed.

I can not express how nervous I was when I had to go to the Dealership by myself. Last time I came to buy a car a few weeks ago. Went online made an offer, filled out my tradein, several people calling me for your dealership, over and over. So, I called Saturday morning, asked the girl if you still had it, she said yes. I said can you go ask your manager, she comes back, he said yes. because I am driving 30miles. As the story goes, in that 30minutes, someone came drove it, negotiated, purchased and left the premises. Wow in 30mins? Today the exact same thing, lies, misleading, fishing for my information, will not give the INSTANT price for today. You use that word several times. I would have given this place a -5 if I could. I called this place about a car they had listed for sale. Price for car was advertised at 23999.00. Called made sure car was available and set up a appointment next day to come and look at car. Drove 4 hours to look at car. Met the sales person and went for a test drive and immediately she started telling me that this was not the out the door price. I thought that was odd but understand there are some doc fees etc. I was OK with that. Oh no!!! They had come with all kinds of things that you had to buy with the car or they wouldnt sell it to you. ALMOST $5000.00 ADDITIONAL GARBAGE I told them that I would just pay cash for the car and take it and the price that was advertised for. No they wouldnt sell me the as they said they were loosing $6200.00 on the deal. Lying, cheating place. Bait and switch shysters. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Dont ever go there!!! RIP OFF PLACE!!!

Absolute terrible experience. I called on a car they had for sale, the car had a bunch of rock chips and the paint was bad. We talked numbers and ended up agreeing on a price. They told me they were sending the car to have the front bumper, rear bumper, and spoiler repainted. I waited nearly an entire week to get pictures of the car. When they sent pictures of the car you could clearly tell it hadn’t been touched, the front bumper was still faded, and multiple rock chips. When I called and asked about it for he manager said he would have the salesman text me. I asked for a video of the car and was ready to buy, I already had a contacted a shipper to ship the car from Texas to Tennessee. The salesman reached back out to me and told me that he wasn’t willing to sell me the car anymore. Called and spoke with the manager telling him the situation and he didn’t apologize, was very rude. Buyers beware. Spend your money elsewhere…

I would give 5 stars for everything up to and including the paperwork. But, IOriginally decided not to get gap insurance. Then, a couple of days later I called them over 30 times leaving messages with people, mail boxes and my favorite, this box is full over the next 3 days. It is a month later and I still have not gotten a return call. I did get the gap insurance some where else. Extreme lack of follow up service.

Drove over an hour with a baby and left in the same car. Austin walked away in the middle of me talking trying to explain something to him. Bottom line go to another dealership. This one is not worth my time or yours. Wish it could have been a zero star option.

Well today was bitter sweet. We got the Ram Laramie Longhorn March. They called me 10 times in 2 days over a trade in quote and the General Manager of the dealership sent me an email mocking my request to not be contacted.I cant imagine anyone would want to buy a car from these people. I looked into purchasing a car from them and got a trade in quote for my current vehicle. Not a quote on a vehicle they had on the lot just my own truck to trade in. They proceeded to call me 10 TIMES over the next two days. 7 times the first day before I could even get off work to check my phone. I got 4 different emails so I finally replied telling them I wasnt interested. Th GENERAL MANAGER then emails me with a snarky email response, making fun on my request to stop being contacted. Im not sure who is even left to complain to at this point. Only buy here if you are interested in predatory sales practices. Im sure it only gets worse when you get to the dealership.

Ive been a Barrett motors customer for only 6 months and I am so pleased with EVERY interaction Ive had with EVERY location. Their customer service is thoughtful and they welcome you like family. They even have their own insurance at a very comparable rate...and lastly...ladies, their bathrooms are the cleanest Ive ever seen for a dealership. Barrett motors is on point every time. I can actually relax knowing if I need anything concerning my truck they got me covered. I love the guys at Barrett.

If I could rate less I would. They were more than happy to have me buy a new vehicle, but have since been impossible to reach on more than one occasion. The prices look better, but don’t buy expecting to be taken care of after you leave the lot with a new vehicle.

Driving around with expired tags for our new purchase from them. Said they would email temporary ones, and they have not. (This is the second time they said they would email temporary ones.)Called and got transferred to a title rep who did not answer and her voicemail box was full. Impossible to communicate with.Have been asking about the plates for weeks since the date they told us it would come in came and passed, and their response is it will be next week every week.Ive never had this experience with a dealership before. Very unprofessional and unresponsive. Such poor communication and unreliable.

The place and people seemed awesome but i will never do business again with this location. The GM just let go of the best vehicle salesmen i’ve met in years (John Via) 2 days after he sold me new favorite vehicle, and its not too often i find a vehicle salesman that felt trustworthy and intimately knew any vehicle i could point at inside and out. I’ll go to Rockwall for the next few vehicles i’ll be purchasing this year. When i called to ask John some gee-wiz questions, since i had built the relationship with John which is key in this kind of business, the Sales dept rep on the phone seem to not GAF either.

He’s very professional and honest, which made my first experience there great!

They have absolutely no service after sale, they wont even return a call or e-mail. Make sure you have everything you need before you leave. We bought an extended warranty but once we got home we decided to drop it and shop for a more competitive one and of course you have to go through the dealer. 2 weeks and to return calls or e-mails.we e-mailed the general manager and left messages for both our salesperson and finance dept.i wont even talk about the smoke smell that mysteriously over whelmed the cab as we were about 30 min. out of town. That has cost over $100.00 so far,definitely a smokers vehicle but there was absolutely no smell whatsoever during our scheduled test drive!??! We will not refer anyone to this dealership.

The truck was detailed and there was now a mat in the back seat area.I had a great Salesman and a great experience at Greenville Dodge.

Do not recommend this dealer. Purchased a new Jeep Wrangler in 2015 and paid cash for vehicle with no trade in. Six years later I am selling the vehicle only to discover no title was ever sent even though I paid $125.50 in title registration fees at the time of purchase. Now have to get duplicate title from TXDMV and handle myself. Per the investigator from TXDMV, many complaints about this dealership! Buyers beware!!!!

Was there a few weeks ago too just look around and get an idea of what car I wanted but the staff up there made it very easy for me too make a choice on which car I wanted. where all very helpful and had an amazing sell rep his name was Juan Vazquez very friendly and informative on the car selection they had. Will be coming back again for my next car purchase.
