This is the second time there and still great service, the best price, good service and friendly caring ladys at front desk.

On 4/12/21 I called auto safe to make an appt for me the next morning at 9 am for them to put my driver side window back on the tracks. I came to my appt the next day 30 minutes early and they said that it was going to be an hour before they can get my car in, which didnt make any sense because i have an appt. So i told the lady to call me when my car was ready 4 hours later, still no call received. I then proceeded to take my car back up there and left it, 5 hours later i go up there to see if my car was done and it still wasnt ready until their closing time at 6 pm. They are very unorganized when it comes to appt, like dont have someone make an apt if you arent going to take them till after that appt time.one month later...On 5/13/21 I roll my window up and it came off the tracks again so i take my car up there at 11:30 am and I dont get a call saying its ready until 4 pm. I go there the next day to pick it up and when i get home i see that my door isnt on all the way and that when i go to unlock my car it doesnt make the beep noise it made to let it be known that the alarm is off on my car and when i go to lock it my car alarm isnt on anymore so they broke that also but they said it was a mechanical problem. Also I cant unlock my car doors from the outside anymore, i have to unlock my 1 door then get inside and then unlock the other doors. When i brought it to the guys attention when i brought it back, he tried to say that he had no part of my car doing that like someone else did something to my car when they had my car all night, so somebody mustve did it cause it worked perfectly fine before giving it to them. He worked on the wiring in my window then said that this one part of my car was broken when a year ago before i got my car my dad bought as brand new piece for it so i dont understand how all of a sudden its broken.I will not be going here anymore for any type of services. Not worth my time or money.

Requested a quote online, called and made an appointment. Reconfirmed. They replaced the windshield in about an hour, and were able to salvage the brackets off the old glass for my after-market window shade. Did a beautiful job. Price was fair, and less than Safelite (who doesnt honor their own warranties and is unavailable to speak with you about it.) Highly recommend this place!

Horrible experience. I arrived and parked to the side of the bay. As I was going to the office the technician yelled at me to move. There is zero appropriate parking. I pulled to the side of the building blocking other cars. The entire area to the side is littered with debris that will flatten a tire.After I gave my key to the front office I was returning after getting my water from the truck. The same technician almost shouldered me and when I looked back he was just staring. Very hostile. Not professional. Go elsewhere. We work hard for our money go to a place that appreciates your patronage.

The technicians left broken glass on the right front passenger seat, right front floor board, and on the right side of the dash. I removed large chunks of broken glass from the area of the passenger side air-bag flap cover. I brought this to the attention of one of the technicians. I was asked to pull my vehicle back inside the work bay. One of the technicians then vacuumed these areas. I think that a blind person could have done a better job. I will never recommend anyone to Auto Glass.

I met Monica and Keith. They were super friendly and knowledgeable of what would work best for my windshield repairs. The price was a huge difference from another company I had spoke with. I will be making an appointment for a new windshield soon!

Had a rock crack my window and Clint took me in the same day and had a solution only 10 minutes after the accident. Having my child in the hospital - I needed a fast fix and they truly went above and beyond to meet my needs and at a great price. They really did turn a horrible day into a great one. Was told to be there at 8am because there was no set times but when I arrived there was no one there then a lady pulled up and then a man and she got in his car and they left so from 8am till ten minutes after 9 they were gone. Did not know they were the people that were running the place. So I went in and they couldnt even get computers up so I left. What a joke leave customers sitting in your parking lot for an hour.! Then you dont even apologize! I think they should offer the customers from this am (total 3) a 20 % discount off the quoted price.

During these unprecedented times, the incredible honesty of the entire staff was amazing!!! My first contact with Clint was over the phone where I explained the leaking problem that we were experiencing with our Jeep Wrangler. So, yesterday, I stopped by; he took a look and told me that if he could simply replace the gasket without having to replace the windshield, that would be the route he would take and therefore save us a little money. However, he ordered a windshield to have on hand just in case. If my schedule would have allowed, I could have returned later that day as he had the parts delivered the same afternoon. What amazing customer service. Erica called me this morning to confirm that I was still coming in; again, amazing customer service. Upon my arrival, I was greeted with a warm smile and breath of fresh air. Justin, one of their service technicians owns a jeep and was very familiar with this type vehicle. So, before removing the windshield, they did a water test and it wasnt the windshield at all. Apparently, jeeps are notorious for this type leak (of course, we had no idea). Justin took the time to raise the hood and explain what happens with the water. Both he and Clint made recommendations for a simpler fix. Justin being a jeep owner himself actually took the time to write down sources for parts. I am both thankful and grateful; and left there feeling blessed beyond words. They were so above board honest and helpful, wherein, in the majority of cases, especially being a female, they could have easily replaced the windshield costing me unnecessary money and yet their total and complete honestly saved us a lot of money and the problem would not have been fixed. With that being said, I would totally recommend them for any repairs! Upon my leaving, Erica gave me their business card with a hand written note saying Thank you & God bless on the back; that speaks volumes for the entire staff!!!! Went for a simple chip repair and came out with a worse crack than I had. They kept trying to sell me a whole windshield. The chip was no larger than a nickel.

Customer service is excellent. Mechanic allowed me to see what the problem was with my window before he fixed it. Everybody very informative courteous polite and professional would definitely recommend .

They give you a quote immediately, have windshield ordered and in the shop ahead of time, finish job faster than expected, do a very clean and thorough windshield replacement job, and they stick to their quoted price. I thought based on the reviews it would be a good place. My daughters window needed to be fixed it would come up. I have car shield so they required me to pay my deductible which I did. After picking up the car my daughters door handle fell off. I called back they insisted they didn’t touch it and it wasn’t there fault but who else would have. It was working before she dropped it off. Now here we are 3 weeks after getting the window fixed by them and it won’t come up again. And I was told I would have to pay to re diagnose it again. Worst service ever!!!!! Calling everyone today this is ridiculous

Been trying to get my windshield replaced from this company for a month. Lots of empty promises and zero follow through. Spoke to the district manager on Saturday. He said he was going to personally see to it first thing Monday morning. Never heard back. Dont waste your time with the run around.

Great job! They did more than expected. My vehicle is a 1984 and it had some surface rust under the chrome trim.So, they polished off the rust and treated it with a primer before installing the new windshield. I Highly recommend their services.

Saved 50% on a windshield and installation vs.dealer on my kenworth t800. The metal strip I had was old and brittle they replaced it with a black rubber type which didnt bother me . Im sure I saved more like 70%. Plus liz and the rest of the crew were very nice

Attempted to set up a time to get windshield repaired, Who ever it was that I was speaking to was very impatient with me, was being rude, cutting me off as I was trying to explain the situation and ended up hanging up on me.

Worst service I have ever received. After replacing my back glass there was dirt and broken glass all over my back seat and parts of the interior were not put back into place. After contacting the office and bringing my car back, they made no attempt to accept their mistake or make it right. They left trash in the car and were overall extremely rude and disrespectful.

I called them originally to get my windshield done on Thursday. I couldn’t make it to Greenville today. They came to my house in Spartanburg in less than 2 hours. Amazing service and very professional. The guy was very easy to talk to. Thank you so much I am so happy!!

Called and asked about a quote on a back window with tint. Got the price made the appointment for the next day. Dropped the truck off at 9 AM! Called to check on it around 4 PM was told they ordered the wrong piece and did not get to it today... Brought the truck back the next day and got the window changed. Paid the price I was given only to find out the window they ordered and installed was without tint.. then they tell me with tint cost $700... told them we also wanted to go ahead and replace the seal on the window and they did not replace the seal either. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH AUTO GLASS NOW. spend a bit more money and get it done somewhere else. Save yourself the headache.

Erica was quick in her response to my online inquiry and Justin did a great job in replacing the windshield. The service was prompt, professional, and friendly!

Best price in town by fare. But they damaged my head liner and some aftermarket wiring in my truck. They also made a mess with broken glass. Now that the back glass they installed is leaking, they want to blame the 3rd brake light. I wanted value, and I got cheap. Cheap part. Cheap servers. Cheap warranty.

Best prices anywhere. When I arrived David was incredible professional in making sure everything was set and ready to go. Keith was the technician who replaced the glass and did a superb job. Was a very smooth and quick turnaround from when I dropped off the vehicle to driving off. I dont want another cracked windshield but would schedule again with them if necessary.

New to the area and took a chance coming here. They were about $100 cheaper than safelight. Eric was very nice and did a great job replacing my windshield. I would definitely go back.

I have a 2000 Ranger; that had a terrible leak from the windshield seal. I’ve been trying to find a shop in the Taylors area for over a year that would take it in; but because i had used flex seal to slow the leak nobody would touch it. Eric, the manager, said it would be no problem and was able to fix it with no issues. The level of experience is higher than the local competition and on full supply. I truly considered trading my truck because of this issue and auto glass now was able to help me get things right with it. They also did it for 50% less than the last shop I took it to quoted me. If your considering anybody else; stop and call Eric, I promise it will be a very positive experience for you. I’m a mechanic and will recommend every single one of my customers that need glass work here.

Called today at noon and told me to bring in at after 1 same day. Service was great along with Eric who was with customers who all came in. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who need replacement or repair. The price was so much less that others around who could not get me in for a few days!!!!

These guys are great! Placed an order at 1:30 pm and they had the glass here and installed by 5:30pm that day. Eric is a great worker and we have never had problems with theyre work. Thankfully its all warrantied anyways and great prices!

I called and requested replacement of a windshield in my 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan. The lady taking my call was extremely helpful. I explained that my wife had the van and could not drop it off. I got my wife to contact her and they set up the replacement work the following day. The price was very reasonable and better than Safelite. On top of it all, the service was excellent. These guys are my new best friends! I went in to have the back window seal replaced because of water getting in to car. Nope. They diagnosed the problem as a front drain. Then cleaned it out, vacuumed the water out and all for a third of the original quote. Keith was a wonderful tech. It was a great experience. They will be our go to guys for all glass needs. I feel like I should bake them cookies or something.

After walking in they were able to fix my rear passenger side window. Insurance deductible was almost 150 more than what I paid here! Within an hour and 15min I was back on the road. Staff were super friendly! I definitely recommend this place!!

I had my 2012 Tacoma windshield changed last week and extremely happy with the work. Eric the installer and store manager took ensured the repair work was swift .They got work done even though I called in to schedule replacement almost past their normal work hours on the Saturday afternoon.

Could not believe the quick response at such a short notice. This place had me in and out pretty quick considering there was a rust issue involved, which even that they helped take care of. The price was cheap, and Justin ( window installer ) was on point. The manager brought me into the shop, discussed my issues and Justin took care of the rust around the window frame. I even came back into the shop to give my approval on the rust removal before the window was installed.. Check them out, save some green and walk away with satisfaction... I did.

Second windshield replacement from this location in last few months. Keith did a great job with the install. Explained not to shut doors heavily unless a window is open so the cabin pressure doesnt unseat the fresh windshield sealant. Customer service is excellent.

Cant recommend these guys enough. A semi tire blew and shattered my windshield on my way home to Charleston. Auto Glass Now was the only place open until six, so I gave them a call. I told them I would be arriving right around closing time, but they told me they would stay open for me.My tow ended up taking longer than expected, and I called again saying I wouldnt be able to make it until 6:30, a half hour after they closed. They told me not to sweat it and get there when I could.I ended up getting there a little after 6:30 and found two guys patiently waiting for me. They promptly took my car in, removed the broken windshield, and put in the new one while my puppy and I waited inside. After getting insurance and everything sorted out, I was able to leave in a perfectly functional vehicle around 7:30.These guys stayed open an entire hour and a half later than normal just so I could get home that night. Again, I cannot recommend these guys enough. If youre in the area, they absolutely deserve your business.

They speak the truth! They cost 50% less. Their installer knows what hes doing (trained by Safelite and has done over 2000 installations). The product is first rate with the standard lifetime warranty. They were fast! I got the LOW LOW LOW quote in the morning, and I had a new windshield on my car (installed in my driveway in about 1/2 an hour) in the early afternoon.
