Customer service was extremely poor and condescending. I felt talked-down to and was not even given a quote for completing work.I drive an NC Miata and I came into this business because i needed body work to repair a significant dent on driver side door and front bumper as well as a complete paint job. Visiting here was a complete waste of time.Before the guy (who literally never introduce himself) even looked at my car, he questioned my ability to pay. He asked who was at fault in the car accident? Why this was important, I do not know. He asked for the quote from the insurance company. Again, why? I do not know. I told him insurance would not be involved. He gave some spiel about customers questioning his prices. Why would i care about this??? I just want you to tell me how much it will cost you to complete a job. I dont care how your past customers couldnt/ wouldnt pay you. He said it would be $50 to give a quote. Ok, no problem, your time is valuable. He took a look at my car. He said that his company does not do complete paint jobs. huh? OK, just quote the body work, Ill complete the paint job elsewhere. He complained about the body work needed to be done. He stated it might be best to replace the skin of the door instead of pulling the dent. He complained that the paint wont match. He complained about the dent on the bumper. Finally, he complained that it might be better to just replace to door because when he completes a job he want to do it right. Thats LITERALLY why I came here. Wont give me a quote to complete the job, told me to go somewhere else or replace the door myself. At least he didnt charge me the $50.I try to support local businesses, but not this one. Went to Caliber Collision instead.

They did a great job on my husbands 2002 Ford Ranger, removing the old paint on the hood and repainting and resealing it. They matched the paint exactly, and it looks beautiful! They even finished the work in two days instead of three. We highly recommend them.

Bra Lewi and Rei Leil (Wont say their full names because Im not getting this post taken down) are both from a different autobody shop. Regard their stars. Im not even a worker but Ive interviewed many of the employees and found no employee on his phone. Also I believe when someone is on their break, they are allowed on their phones. And just panels means just parts of the car. This does not mean you rate poorly on a autobody center. Theyve saved my family so much time and energy. Basically they fixed up my car so well, it looked like it came straight from the factory.I would highly recommend going to this place. And if you think Im bs you on this, then see for yourself. Spend 20 minutes in there and youll realize youve gotten your car fixed and a polite staff there for you.
