The ice cream is great and its one of only a handful of privately owned ice cream shops left around. That being said I have bought Jumbo flurries from here for the previous 5 years and a new employee refuses to sell them. I was clear that price was not an issue, I just wanted the larger container as it takes up less room in the freezer than 2 larges.

Their chocolate peanut butter malt was the best we’ve ever had. And we’ve had a lot of them all over the country during our travels. The service was fast and friendly. Great prices as well!

What we had was good the people were nice and the place was clean. Ice cream was not the smooth DQ type is had a course texture.

I love their sundaes, banana splits and milkshakes. The staff is so friendly.

Drove almost 30 minutes to get ice cream. Got to Frosty shack at 8:35 and was told that they closed down the machines early. Meanwhile it shows on Google that it closes at 9. When I went to inquire why they closed early, I was told the manager decided to change hours this week, and was told oh well. Not great service on a warm night.

Got husband a large sundae and a medium for myself, was a cup of vanilla ice cream, hardly no topping, the girl overfilled the cups with ice cream, so there wasnt room. Tried to support local business, will go back to Dairy Queen.

The workers dont seem to care about there job,they are always goofing around. I asked for a small black raspberry ice cream and the gave me half black raspberry and half chocolate like why would I have asked for that.

Fort Allen Frosty Shack there milkshakes are really good there large milkshakes are really good you should go and get there large milkshakes it is the Special it is really good.

Yummy ice cream and in a nice town to walk around in. But if you prefer, you can sit in the shop or venture across the street to the center of town to sit on a park bench amongst the fauna and flora.

Vanilla cone dipped in chocolate. The cone was leaking ice cream around the top. Needed another chocolate dip.
