Good service.Product quality on some items is poor

Great store. They have very nice things at a fraction of the price. Unless you are an absolute pro or just insist on the best of the best, there is no reason to overpay elsewhere. I just needed masonry bits. They were half the price. Maybe they wont last as long as the other brands elsewhere but for the amount of time I need them, they will work. Stop here first.

Pretty awesome store for tools. But tools is it, I went in looking for spackling and they didnt carry that.

Typical HF, huge selection and reasonable pricing draws me to shop here.

Watch their advertising....they say they arent responsible for misprints and dont honor or work with you at all. So if you have a bit of a drive you should call first before wasting your time. Also dont give military discounts like most other stores around. They have some nice variety though and decent return policy

Always gotten a good deal on tools on tools with quality advice from the sales personnel... Y pay a crazy amount of money for the same tool that if it gets damaged They replace it,no questions asked on the spot, love that about them!!!!

Not overly crowded, employees were nice and offered help, masks are required, has almost every tool you might need. Prices were a little more expensive than expected. Having a used car I plan on going back and getting more tools, most likely soon rather than later.

You really have to look closely at the things you buy there. Some are good, but alot of the tools are made incredibly cheap. If you use it everyday, pay the extra money and get a name brand. There is a difference.

Was looking for a replacement welder at low cost for small jobs. On line research found welder that was highly recommended was from harbor freight. Called greensburgh store and was helped by courteous, well informed staff. Arrived within an hour, welder was waiting for me. Again staff was very helpful with questions and purchase. Will return. Great job!

I mean its harbor freight you either run with it or run away from it very fast! I love it would be 5★ if there was bigger selection so its 4★ for now. And I always take my shih tzu in with me hes always brightening peoples day up at least 1 notch.

Always friendly service at the Greensburg harbor freight location next to Gabes. For the most part they usually have stock of all tools with the exception of certain items. During parking lot sales or liquidation sales or when a really good coupon is running you may come in for a specific item and it be sold out, in which case they will recommend you either check back in a few days or visit another harbor freight tools location. All in all this is a great choice for the home handyman to professional mechanics, contractors, and tradesmen alike to find affordable options when shopping for tools!

Harbor freight tools, for when you dont need high end brand names and warranties, they have quite a lot that other places dont for far less money.This particular store is clean and well kept with friendly and competent staff and management.Like any bargain store, do your research first if you need to rely long term on the products youre purchasing.

Harbor Freight has almost any imaginable tool at reasonable prices. Quality has been improving over the years. Professional tools will last longer but the gap is closing.

I shop HF on a regular basis, but I hadnt been to the Greensburg store. They were very well stocked and had what I needed. The staff was helpful and friendly. Highly recommended! 😊

I always check here first to see if I can get a cheaper version of whatever it is I need. Sometimes the tool and price fit the job! I have had good luck with the air tools and air hoses from there. Quality suffers with some other stuff but thats to be expected. Staff is always friendly! Store is always clean and stocked.

Realize that the coupons are just not worth the hassle at the check out if you are buying multiple small items. While I appreciate easy access to these discounts, Ill use these for only big ticket items.You cant beat the enormous selection each store carries and the low sale prices. Thank you Harbor Freight.

I love to shop there. If I purchase a larger item I get a warranty and that works for me. Their return policy is good. 30 days or have extended warranty. Staff is usually helpful and the coupons that are sent in the mail help to save money also. If you need your special tool for more than one or two jobs maybe these are not right for you. But if you are like me and need an occasional tool to finish a job this is the place to obtain it. Many of the tools will surprise you in their durability.

Had to drive to monroeville today because they dont keep good inventory on warrantied items. Turned a 6 hour day into a 10 hour day for me. Do better, keep your items in stock!!!!!

I like Harbor Freights, but this location is not my favorite spot. The employees and the store setup is fine.Its just in a location that is not easily accessible to get to. The red-lights and entrance to the plaza its in, just make me want to shop somewhere else...

Had exactly the tool I was looking for. The wait for the cash register took a few minutes longer than normal which caused a gentleman to get very upset. After he checked out with a few quips at the cahier I checked out and had no issues. The cashier was very pleasant and offered a great experience. The service was very good but watch out for some grumpy people while waiting in line!
