Ordered 5 items that needed engraved, didnt have time to wait for it to be done though,, asked if she could mail it out for me, she said sure (free of charge.) Very helpful caring staff.

Cost is worth the product. This is the place that generates heirlooms. Things that you will keep a lifetime. They engraved my uncles purple heart medal. One shot and they nailed it!

We are always treated awesome here. The staff is very friendly. We have gotten our family members a wide variety of customized here and have never been disappointed. Most days your purchase will be ready that day while you shop. They will just text you when it finished. Easy peasy.

The manger named Donna is very rude towards customers. Thinking she’s too good for the store for being there for 20+ years, acting as if the company owes her. She has yelled at employees in front of customers not apologizing for her behavior( has an enormous ego). I’m shocked that she’s a manger with her attitude and how she treats both employees and customers. She doesn’t know how to be a nice person always snapping and acting as if she’s above all. But yet would have excuse after excuse for everything store wise blaming the employees and not looking at herself.

Went in to order a gift for a party that needed engraved, I planned on paying for it and picking it up at a later date. The sales clerk told me it would be under a half an hour and it would be done. I explained again I was in a hurry and it wasnt necessary to have it now, she insisted that would be under a half hour. So I stayed and missed my other appointment because 20 minutes now was going to save me a trip an over an hour of drive times to go back to get. I continued shopping at the mall to kill the 20 minutes had no call, 60 minutes later no call, I go back to the store to check on it, and it wasnt even started. I could do nothing but walk away. She was informed I was in a hurry and I didnt need it, she pressured me to wait for it then did absolutely nothing, didnt engrave it or didnt call and say she was busy, nothing. A pleasant experience that lead to lies and and not doing what they said they would do. Horrible customer service, I will never go back. She should have just let me come back for the completed gift or called me and said she got busy, which i would have understood, but nothing was done except ignoring a customer.

They have good stuff, but for this location specifically the staff and managmement is horrible. My mothers day gift never made it to its destination and they failed to notify me. This is after multiple mistakes they madw on my order. I do not recommwnd this location, but if you do you will need to micromanage your order because they will mess up!

Helpful, uniqueness, and pricey with an overinflated ego. Its hallmark store that does etching and personal embroidery.
